This is a prime example of a place that does not care about customers. They always mess up your order. Something as simple as cheese or no cheese is beyond them. You get home and the order is wrong. You go back to exchange it and they still get it wrong. Zero apologies. Zero care. Train your people!! It is not a rocket science to make a hamburger with no cheese or get any orders right. If I could give them a zero, I would Went through the drive-through after a 14 Hour Dr. just to order something small because we were starving. We told the person on the speaker plain double cheeseburger very easy with a large Coke and then the fries and the chicken nuggets order mine playing with only mustard and pickles didn't ask for a large soda like I did on my dad's but they gave me one. Waited 10 minutes in line saying "hello?" to the screen multiple times. Finally had enough and drove off only to see the worker standing right there at the window just messing with their hands. I get there's only one person there, i've worked fast food and understand the environment, but at 4:50 in the morning and considering it to be a "24 Hour Drive Thru" (and to add they make $20/hour now) I feel like you would easily be able to take my 20 second order of two hash browns and let me be on my way. Stopped by at this McDonald's on a road trip and needed food quickly. This location accepts app orders and the food comes out pretty quickly too. This McDonald's is located in a fairly large shopping center with a Target, Subway, Jersey Mike's etc. There's also a drive thru at this location. Right now there's a deal going on for buy one get on free burgers/sandwiches such as a Quarter Pounder, Big Mac, or Filet-O-Fish. Great opportunity to try these burgers or the opportunity to get a couple since they cost a bit more once the promotion ends. Food came out pretty descent; not too messy. Ordered Filet -O Fish and it was pretty good. Staff was pretty pleasant. The architecture of this location makes it kind of dangerous since after exiting there's on coming cars from the drive thru and people coming into the shopping center by the crosswalk. read more

Just here for a sweet tea this visit. Super busy drive thru at this location. Long lines. Long wait. I was on my way after a 17 minute wait for a tea. Imagine they're short staffed as most everyone is these days, so I made sure to wish the girl at the pick up window a nice day. She hadn't acknowledged me when she gave me my tea, nor did she acknowledge me when I said "have a nice day!". These fast food employees are so stressed out...I feel bad for them. Went to this McDonald's yesterday at 7:15 or 7:30 in the morning in order to get an Egg McMuffin. I decided to go to McDonald's instead of Panera or a donut shop because I thought I haven't been to McDonald's in a while. It's probably gonna be different and may be good. I obviously had made a mistake as this McDonald's was terrible. When I walked into the McDonald's I encountered the kiosk so I thought should I order from a person or should I order from the computer? It's early in the morning I'll just order from the computer. I ordered my item, and they were appeared to be only three orders total and mine was one of them. I stood around waiting about five minutes when I heard a woman in a blue outfit who obviously was a manager yell out to the back five minutes after I placed the order "Egg McMuffin" she was obviously telling the kitchen that they needed to make an Egg McMuffin five minutes after I ordered the egg McMuffin. I waited another 10 minutes I think for the egg McMuffin the service was so incredibly slow that there was a man who walked in his entire breakfast, and then left before I ever got my food, and we both walked in at the same time. This man must've ordered his food ahead of time, but I was seriously surprised that he managed to eat his entire breakfast before I even got a single egg McMuffin. When my order was ready, the woman who was dressed in blue, and was the manager, proceeded to yell out my number, even though there was nobody in the restaurant other than me at this point. Went through the Drive-Thru the other day for some lunch and couldn't help notice how unnecessarily robotic the workers were there. I'm under the impression that happiness isn't even a word in their vocabulary anymore. Just FYI McD's is an at will employer, and life can be worse: you could have no job.
