Love the vibe in here, truly. Came on a busy night and it was a two man show but boy did they deliver! I had a double bleu cheese burger (8/10) and garlic fries (7/10). I also tried a bite of thr Gilroy burger (9/10) which was packed with garlic flavor! What I would do differently is probably a single patty and light on the bleu cheese dressing. The strawberry milkshake was a classic addition to my meal so bring your lactaid! Eat at the counter or eat at a table, the food is what you're here for. When I pulled up into the parking spot directly in front of the restaurant (it was extremely dirty with trash) which needed to be swept big time, however the inside looked clean and fresh with very friendly service. I ordered the smash burger, and it came out perfectly medium cooked and was flavorful and juicy. The brioche bun was soft and fresh, and I really liked the French fries too. This is my second time here and I think my burger tasted better than the last. I want to come back and try the Bacon Western Smash that's on the menu. (See current menu pictures I posted) They also have a chalkboard displayed with delicious daily specials & a soup de jour which is in addition to the regular menu. Finally tried this place and we are actually mad we haven't sooner !!! We got the double bacon smash burger with avocado and fries and that burger was amazing !! We also tried the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and wow !!! They make their own sauce and you can taste the love and quality in the food !! The staff and chef were super friendly! Love the vibe !! The buns are quality bread, the meat patties are truly smashed, juicy , good portions, and topped with melted cheese & a great sauce. We also ordered the daily special, which was BBQ ribs. With the ribs we got a side of potato salad and a side of brussel sprouts. The ribs were cooked to perfection; tender, flavorful and falling of the bone. They were flavored with bbq sauce but not overly sweet. The brussel sprouts were charred perfectly and had the right seasoning to keep you wanting more. The potato salad was fresh and the flavors of the potato salad balanced out the flavors of the ribs and brussel sprouts. Ready for dessert? You can get $1 scoop of ice cream, or a big slice of cake. 6/5 this truly is a gem. Incredible food, atmosphere and service. Everyone at this establishment works hard and nobody has one job. I saw the head Cheff take orders bus boy was doing other tasks like cleaning tables. The chef came out and say hi to customers and talked to them like a real human. The bathroom is extremely clean. Fast food prices with bistro level service. My food came on a real plate and when I asked for an extra side of sauce, I got a huge amount. These people are here to serve, and you can feel that. Awesome experience visiting Smash Bros! As a family who is overly enthusiastic about N64 Super Smash bros and smash burgers this was an easy choice for my kids and I. We were quickly and warmly greeted by what I assume to be the smash bros running the bistro. The music playlist was spot on for this millennial dad looking to relive the glory days of 2000s alternative. The menu was easy to navigate even though we knew what we were there for (the smash). Being in a rush I missed seeing there was sweet potato fries on the menu which is usually an automatic for me. I had already paid but the smash bros were willing to accommodate my hurried mistake at no charge. The burger was exactly what I had planned for so the mark was met for my high smash standards. The food came out piping hot and fast enough to be in and out in 30 minutes which was great cause we had an appointment to get to. Great experience and will definitely visit again! My son and I came to the Fresno area for a football camp at Fresno State University and I checked Google for some highly rated places to eat and found Smash Brothers with a 4.9 rating and decided to try it. Upon arrival. William and Jonny greeted us right away and made us feel like family and explain the menu to us and also explained about the specials that they were offering that night. We ordered two delicious smash burgers and garlic fries and they gave us free ice cream as well. I randomly saw a printer sitting on the counter and asked Jonny if he would be able to print something for me because I forgot to print the medical release and other paperwork for my son's football camp tomorrow at Fresno State. Jonny proceeded to plug in the printer and gave me his Wi-Fi password and I emailed the documents to him and he printed it for me without any issues. I know if I would've asked the hotel to print them for me, they would've charged me for just the paper. We proceeded to talk with Jonny and William about Fresno State and how they contribute back to the community and work very closely with the Fresno State football team and offer them discounts for eating there. They also offer discounts for first responders and give back to the community. William and Jonny are really nice guys and I was happy to eat at their restaurant.
