Today 20-30 minute wait time at payment window. Pulled out of line and left after paying without getting food. Would not return my money. Yesterday waited 10 minutes at ordering kiosk before I realized it was dead. Left without placing order. 2 years ago I paid for an order with a $50 bill but received change for a $20. I mean, I feel like one star says enough. It's just consistently slow and has been for now almost three years. The crew always seem fine, no one is rude or anything but the overall service is just really slow and the food is never consistent. Horrific. I have no complaints about the food but the people.....we went for lunch and to use WiFi to get some work done while eating. Oops - no WiFi. As an employee we could have logged in to WiFi but not paying customers. In the time we sat there I heard more cuss words coming from employees than I hear in the hallways of a high school.
