From the moment I was at the drive-through I had to repeat my order several times and they kept on getting my order wrong. They kept on asking if I wanted lemonade and I kept on saying no. When I went to the drive up to the pay window, I look at the receipt and it has lemonade Plus other things I did not order. It's the BEST McDonald's I've EVER eaten and I had it delivered through door dash believe it or not! My food was piping hot and freshly made but what impressed me the most was how much care was used in packaging up my breakfast! It was like someone there loves me! I called and the manager Yasmin was the sweetest and was overjoyed that their efforts were noticed and appreciated! Food's alright and we haven't had any messed up orders here but this one employee is consistently sour and during a slow day (almost 0 customers today) he took an order for my girlfriend and ignored her phone that she placed under the scanner with a coupon for a free item After seeing the charge for the item on the receipt we just showed it to the employee and said that we were trying to use the deal on the app but he didn't put it in so during a totally dead shift he tells us it's not possible to do refunds once an order goes through (isn't that what a refund is??) and instead of refunding that item or giving us a free one he just gave us extra peanuts for our sundae. Pathetic and lazy, doing their job wrong and trying to avoid fixing it by making up an excuse. Recently went to get breakfast, as we were going on the road for a mini - vacation and evening we ordered was so salty that we couldn't eat any of it. If we were home, we would have returned everything, (I mean, how can you get hashbrowns wrong?) but we were already on the road when we started eating. I drove right back around and asked the cashier for some fresh, hot fries. The newer batch was crispier, hotter, and saltier, but not by much. Not only that, but she bagged my sirloin burger sideways, and the burger almost fell out when I took it out of the bag. And we had to tell them everything again. I order a spicy chicken sandwich. And when I drove to the side to check my food and I tasted it, the sandwich was regular not spicy. No one knows our name line before, and we often wait at the drive thru speaker for several minutes (that was never the case before). Literally the most High quality McDonald's. Order from doordash here and there and food is always good. Always give extra sauce, always get order right, and food is always hot. Although the staff was nice, this McDonald's was FILTHY on the inside! There was only one relatively clean place to sit. Every table along with the floor was dirty. I mentioned the fact to the staff and it took them 20 minutes before they started to clean it up. See pics. read more

Tried to eat at the restaurant on May 3rd, but gave up. 9:30 pm tried to go inside the McDonalds, but the doors were locked, but the Drive Through was open. Went over to Drive Through and attempted to place an order. Was told to "WAIT A MINUTE!!" by the person on the drive through intercom. Finally placed an order with an impatient, rude employee and drove toward Window 2, as instructed. Waited for 14 minutes as car #3 in line, while noticing cars stack up in line behind me. The two cars in front of me may still be there for all I know, we gave up and went home hungry. Great Job Guys! read more

It's McDonalds. You get what you pay for, and expectations are not high. This McD's is brand new, clean, well lit, and in a great area. Set up as more of a cafe, this McD's caters to the not-children crowd. No PlayPlace, but there are 2 touch screen game kiosks. The games are ok for 10+ simply because of the reading/logic involved. read more

Still probably the worst McDonalds I've been to. My husband got breakfast and ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg whites and a pancake meal with no eggs but double sausage (because our daughter is allergic to eggs). When he gets up to the window, the lady complained to him that he doesn't order "by the menu" and neither of the orders were correct. She gave us double eggs with the pancakes and ham on the McMuffin. This is not the first time they've messed our order up, so if you do go here, always double check before pulling away from the drive thru. read more

I am assuming not every worker is like this but i ordered 3 happy meals to go for my kids and a quarter pounder for me. The employee forgets the milk for the kids also forgets the sauce and actually drops them on the floor but puts it right in with the food. Not to mentioned i had to stand there and ask for a bag to put all these to take with me. This was at 2pm on Sunday when it is slow time so I just don't understand the laziness of the employee wear purple today. As far as McDonalds go, I have never had any issues with this one. My order is correct and it is in a nice location, Maple Lawn. I have had consistant issues with the on in Clarksville. They work quickly and I have not had any problems with my orders and I've been going there for about 3 years. I specifically go to this location , as opposed to a closer McDonalds, because the food is always hot and fresh. Horrible service. I've been there a number of times right when they were closing. Lights were on, but was unable to order anything because they've "already thrown all the food away." If they're going to close and not offer anything from the menu, why don't they turn off the lights first at closing time, and then stop taking orders through the drive-thru? read more

Service has always been slow since it opened. They have gotten my order wrong several times. The manager argued with me about what was ordered saying I didn't order something when the receipt clearly showed I did.
