NEVER AGAIN This Mcdonalds is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to! It was 8:30 at night and as soon as I walk through the door there was a 20-25 year old man wearing a Taco Bell hat and a Hardees T-Shirt. He was sitting there screaming at his computer in which he was playing a shooting game using McDonalds free WIFI . Extremely unacceptable!!! He NEVER stopped screaming at his game the whole time we were eating. The shooting noises also gave me PTSD from when I fought in Vietnam. Never in my 70+ years have I been so disgusted with a person. On top of that a guy came up and stole all of our ketchup off of our table. Employees did NOTHING!! I got tired of all of the gun noises left, walked out to the parking lot, and heard some very aggressive yelling. I looked up and saw an employee screaming at a customer. Ok, McDonalds never ranks well with me on any review. I am actually not opposed to a 2 star deduct just because I'm really not a fan. My willingness to get food here is limited to: 1st: Getting a sweet tea for a long drive. Their tea is actually pretty good and coming in at $1.00 for a large is the best price anywhere, hands down. 2nd: Getting a sweet tea and a French fry. Let's be clear you run a 50/50 (at best) chance that you're going to get a fresh batch of fires, but if you do, McDonalds is really kind of hard to beat for fast food fries. 3rd: Getting a McNugget meal. So, basically what this is equivalent to is ...... I'm going to die if I don't eat food and getting an order of 3 large fries is probably not the healthiest .... yes, I know neither are the nuggets, but at least that spreads the unhealthy love between items. So long story short, this review is for option 1. They have easy access close to off/on ramps related to the 59. They have friendly staff manning the ordering and serving windows and the price is really hard to beat. As much as I want all McDonalds to have 3 stars or less, the golden arches of this location shine like a beacon in the night (ok, it was night time and the M is lit up).... to those (ok, again really just me) looking for a sweet tea kick for a drive home. Driving from Houston TX, To Tennessee and back to Houston. Bringing a car on the back of a trailer back from TN. 13 hours into the 24 hours drive we stopped at this store at 11:50pm on January 22nd. Order 1409. Whoever was working the cash register at this exact moment. Needs a raise. Without a doubt the best guy I have ever met working in a McDonalds Restaurant. Par for the course for Mickey D's. Service was fine and the food was what we expected. Clean enough though a lot of the patrons were of the chain-smoking variety by the smell of it. Took advantage of the all-day breakfast for the first time (at 2pm). Sucks that the dollar menu has gone bye-bye which was an easy $ saver with the Little Dudes. read more

Hit-and-miss, but mostly miss, but what do you expect. The food here is rarely ever fresh, and tonight's visit was disappointing. My chicken McNuggets were the most stale McNuggets I've ever had; not fresh whatsoever. It also had this odd chemical taste to it. In addition, the sweet tea was far too sweet. It's always either too sweet or has no sugar at all... unfortunately, it's never just right, which is why I tend to just go for a regular Coke. I will say, there have been visits where everything was hot, fresh, and delicious, but tonight was entirely unsatisfactory. It's probably going to be a while before I come back; maybe whenever the Szechuan sauce comes back again. read more

They asked for us to pull up for our order - they never came out to give to us. I went inside and African shift manager was inside telling stories and could not get her attention. When I interrupted her conversation she seemed annoyed and to my surprise they hadn't even started to put it together but only took seconds. So basically we could of had our order much sooner. She flippantly apologized which I did not acknowledge and she laughed and acted like I should had reciprocated because she apologized. Not happy with level of service today need to get rid of her as a shift manager she does not lead and work to get people's orders out in a timely fashion. read more

The slowest most rude service I have ever received the absolute worst people. The woman in the drive through asked me the same question three times ( asked if this was my order) I said no three times and then she yelled at me that I didn't have to yell. I had already said three different times that it wasn't what I ordered. This happened at about 12am on January 7th it took us 23 minutes to get through a fast food line I mean what's the point of fast food if it takes that long and you get yelled at by employees next time I'll go across the street to Wendy's before dealing with that shit I'm sure their food is better and people A LOT more polite read more

After getting home we realized our order was wrong. Not a super complicated order. Went back to get it fixed, gave them the wrong food, verified the right food verbally twice with them then they brought us two sausage muffins instead of four. gave the bag back and asked for two more. By this time I was very frustrated and when they gave me what I thought was the corrected order I just left without checking it. The lady with blonde hair and fake eyelashes was extremely rude and a couple behind me went out to my car and she knocked on my car door and talked about how rude she was to me and I agree. I Called to complain about the rude customer service and the "MANAGER" pretended like he couldn't hear me. So I hung up very frustrated. When I left the 2nd Time When I got home I realized they gave me my original wrong order, the same bag. I'm sure they did it on purpose!!!! On the third trip it was finally corrected. Im very upset not that the order was messed up (it happens) but that the "MANAGER" and crew were laughing at us, being rude and difficult. I feel like the crew was intentionally doing this because the order was very simple. Why would they give me the same bag back like that? On the third trip I asked for a refund but was told no and the "MANAGER" continued to laugh more in our faces!!!!! They thought it was very funny and acted like we were stupid. When we got home we were so pissed that we just threw the food in the garage. We contacted corporate because this kind of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD. Corporate apologized for their behavior and offered a full refund for the inconvenience of having to drive back 2 times and said that they do offer refunds for this and the manager was unprofessional and this is not what customer service should be. WE will NEVER be back to that location and I will be SURE to share this on every single review website they have for this unprofessional location!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT eat at this location. Save your money!!!! Complete garbage!!!! I hope those employees get in trouble for how they treated us. The WORST McDonald's EVERRRRR. Very slow service. TV's were so loud I didn't hear our number called. No ketchup available in the dispenser and no one would look my way when I approached the counter. Also no salt available. And sweet tea was in the unsweet tea container. Big fail. read more

I only stop at this restaurant on Sunday mornings . While the food is good and the bathrooms are decent , I'd advise customers not to come here on Sunday mornings . I used to come here every Sunday morning , then the place got to be a " Pig Pen " . The tables and floors were always dirty . No one was cleaning . The young crew were always goofing off behind the counters having a great time . Stopped going here and went to McDonald's in Southside .There the place was clean and food was good . Came back to this restaurant about a month and a half ago . Was impressed that it was now clean again . The young lady cleaning the tables was very friendly . Two weeks ago all this changed . No longer saw this young lady . Tables and seats now had food all over them and so did the floor . Went there this Sunday morning and it was even worse . My wife and another customer started to clean off our and the other person's table . I went up to the counter to order . I told the cashier that the tables looked like a " pig sty " . Food and drinks spilled . I told her that it caused me to go elsewhere before , because it should be cleaned up . She just smiled at me as though it was the funniest thing she had ever heard . The rest of the crew standing over near the drive thru window had to have heard me as I have a loud voice . No one up front said a word ! No one said , Sorry , We'll clean it up . Nothing . I turned around and told my wife to stop cleaning off the table , that we were leaving . The only other customer in the restaurant and her child stayed . This was at 9:45 Sunday morning Sept. 29 , 2019 . We left and had breakfast at another cleaner restaurant. I could see why there was only one other customer in the restaurant . If customers are too inconvenient for employees to breakup their group conversations , then maybe they need a new front end crew leader . read more
