The Food is always Hot and Fresh here. The Service is Great but while eating I noticed that a staff member who was on break. Started as a normal day trying to get some food and I had to go use the bathroom when I walked in, I heard uncomfortably loud squelching sounds coming from the big handicap stall I did my business but the squelching remained persistent I even called out to the person to ask if they were ok, and no response I peaked under the stall and saw a young teen recording herself fisting her butthole. I usually order iced tea and ALWAYS ask for lots of ice. The tea I got today had no more than half an inch floating on the top, the drink was not even cold, and the ice melted right away. This is not unusual. It may not seem like a big deal but iced tea without ice is tea, which is not good at room temperature. They messed up a VERY clear order. I asked for a HAMburger with ketchup, onions, and pickles. They gave me a CHEESEburger without the pickles. I don't eat cheeseburgers especially from there. It said on the wrapper of the burger the correct order. So someone needs to learn how to read. ALSO not even a WEEK before my Mom and Stepdad went there and got a spicy chicken sandwich. They gave them chicken nuggets, which costs less. So my parents got robbed technically. read more

You'd think that a cashier would know if you said SPICY deluxe McCrispy or DELUXE McCrispy when placing your order. Well, if they were paying attention anyway. It wasn't even an excuse of "It was busy." Sure, there were customers in the store, but everybody had gotten their food by the time I was at the register. There is virtually no excuse that my order should've been screwed up. Something I learned during my time at this very restaurant is to leave your personal grudges outside of the store at the door and have your mind set on your work. my experience was NOT good. they have so many people working but can't get the order right? I got my child a happy mean and they gave me a COMPLETE different thing. I order a Dr. Pepper and sweet tea, and instead we got Diet Coke and Normal tea and it was not filled up all the way, we also had to wait 5 minutes for a quarter pounder. Do better! read more

Best restaurant in town, I've went here hundreds of times with my friends. Always good, probably the best McDonald's in Illinois.

I work here and I get a free meal every day and I'm not that picky XD It's always tasty I think service could be a bit better but it's hard to train people up front (counter) because I feel it's a bit more chaotic than the back (kitchen) because in the kitchen it's so structured but when they throw you into the fire upfront it isn't as structured like there isn't an order to things and I feel a lot of employees may struggle with that but there's only so much the managers and gm and supervisor can do when the main priority is customers first training second as for ambiance it's quite nice our managers always say alright it's slow time for cleaning XD not like that but their nice about it ya know as for work culture I would absolutely recommend working here our gm is awesome and we got some great people and when you're dealing with some stuff at home some of my best friends were from here sooo hell yeah!!! I ordered a caramel macchiato and an iced latte with no flavors, a bacon egg McGriddle with no cheese and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I got my two drinks and had to wait for sandwiches. While waiting I tasted my latte and it had vanilla flavoring. When they brought the sandwiches I returned the latte for a replacement. While waiting I opened the sandwiches. The one that was supposed to be a McGriddle with no cheese was a biscuit. I returned that when they returned my new drink. Which was coffee (no milk) with vanilla flavoring. Definitely not an iced latte. When they brought my sandwich back I said the drink wasn't correct but I would go inside to get it corrected. I went inside and they were already making me my third drink. She asked exactly what I wanted, they made it again with French vanilla. So the fourth drink they finally got correct. I drove back home opened the "McGriddle " only to find out they gave me another biscuit with cheese!! Seriously, a little attention to detail would do wonders. Very disappointing. read more

Seriously the best McDonald's I have ever been to! I go here weekly, and have rarely had an order wrong. They have this restaurant running like a well-oiled machine. This is the best-run fast service restaurant I've ever seen. It's also one of the busiest; rarely is there not a full parking lot and/or drive thru here. What is amazing is how they handle those crowds - it's like an Indy pit crew. It's not unusual to get in a line of 8 cars in the drive thru and be on your way in two minutes. The staff here are incredibly friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy helping people. Food is well prepared. The owner and managers should be teaching a master class on quick-serve restaurant management. I've never seen anything like it. read more

I once dropped fries at this particular McDonald's about a week ago (if you're reading that, yell it) and they didn't give us a refund even though they saw me drop fries and they made us buy a brand new batch (not even at half price!!) The complete opposite experience of when I didn't have to pay tax for my big drink. read more

I'm not sure what people are complaining about regarding the flies. We live in the Midwest! There are flies in every restaurant. I personally go here 3-4 times a week and have small work meetings there. They are extremely accommodating, even refilling our drinks at the table, now that's service. The General Manager is super attentive and runs a great crew! The place is spotless! The food is always fresh and hot, and yes sometimes they do make mistakes, but much much less than other fast food restaurants. I think overall, this is one of the cleanest and best run McDonald's around! read more

I love the iced flavored coffees there when they're made by someone who remembers what all and how much to put in them! For some reason half the time they're wrong and I've complained to manager and she gave me free tickets go use to buy more but when I went back the next day and ordered two, the sweetener was left out of them! Please train your employees on how to make these drinks otherwise wasting money going there and the tickets are useless! read more
