Best caramel latte I have ever had, and I am quite picky. The caramel syrup tastes like real caramel, not like the flavoring you get everywhere else. Not overly sweet. We could barely fit in the door to come in. Although the place is smaller, it was because they were busy, and notably popular. To go orders lined the counter, yet no one seemed overwhelmed at the customers still walking in the door. Great atmosphere to sit and wait for your sandwiches. The Tigerbelly was worth the wait. This establishment is winning in every way. Very well done decor, clean, bright and welcoming. I LOVE it here!!! I don't live in Geneseo, but I make it a point to stop here every time I'm in town! I always get the gluten free muffins. They are AMAZING!!!! They are so tasty, and moist, and just so good (especially for being gluten free!). I switch up my drink order, but I do really love their chai latte as well. One of my favorite places to stop! When you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and by name. The shop is so comfortable and welcoming. I love to come a bit early to pick up my orders because I like to just sit and soak up the atmosphere. The coffee is excellent and the baked goods are delicious! My adult kids all love the breakfast sandwiches... Especially the tiger belly sandwich! Local Motive has a a small town warmth and kindness to it. In my opinion, there is no way you can go wrong stopping here. You will soon become a regular. read more

Definitely a solid coffee shop! A colleague and I were driving through the area, and wanted something other than fast food or chain restaurant food to have for breakfast, and voi la! we found Elizabeth Anns. The second we walked in, we knew this place was going to be awesome. Although small, it is warm and cozy; just what we were looking for. The seating is perfect for a few folks wanting to grab a quick coffee and conversation, or the individual who wants to spend a little more time and get some work done on a laptop. They have some food options; nothing too large, but all good. We had their breakfast burritos, which are home made and more than did the trick for us. The folks behind the counter were also very friendly! When I think of a hidden gem, Elizabeth Anns definitely falls into that category. With all that being said, I definitely recommend Elizabeth Anns Kitchen, and can't wait for the next time I am driving through! read more

The heart of the home is the kitchen; Elizabeth Ann's Kitchen and The Local Motive coffeehouse inside it are the heart of Geneseo. Warm, friendly, local, and authentic, this is our go-to spot for coffee, baked goods, and take home entrees. My favorites include their vanilla latte, blended iced coffee drinks, and blueberry/lemon loaf. Our family is also partial to their croissants with their freshly-made chicken salad, which we get to go and enjoy outside when the weather is nice. I'd also recommend their iced tea, iced coffees, and mochas. They are probably most famous for their freshly-made cinnamon rolls and we agree: they are the best around. The only downside is their popularity: expect a wait at busy times like Saturday mornings. That's only because getting things right takes some time - their service is outstanding and friendly and well worth the reasonable wait. read more

Been around this area all my life and do not recommend this "coffee shop". The coffee was sub par, as is one of the older short haired woman(mid 50's early 60's) who was tending the cash register. Come to find out she is the owner and extremely rude. I tried the cinnamon roll and one would think they would try to keep them fresh but they were stale and old. Appalled that they would keep them in the case for that long. I would never recommend this place. If you are looking for a wonderful coffee shop check out Pegasus in downtown Geneseo! read more
