I absolutely hate this location, the wait is horrendous and when you place an order online, they will not have it close to ready. As Beth, the rude manager stated, "it's not her problem they can't see the online orders", well guess what, it's not mine either as a costumer. If it's 5-6 PM, have things halfway ready, experience should tell you that. If I were the owner, I would be embarrassed by the NWA locations. my friend went to this mcdonalds cause its local and easy. imagine how baffled i am when i find a smashed fly on my mcdouble, than when i go to get the refund they refund the one mcdouble as if that makes up for how nasty that is they couldn't even refund us in full and that is insane. you shouldn't own a fast food restaurant if you don't know how to properly run one. read more

I don't expect much when I come into a McDonald's. As expected it was a bit dirty and the food was as expected as well. But an employee, Natasha who gave us our food, refills and interacted with the children was amazing and really went above and beyond. She was so very friendly and kind. Extremely hostile work environment. The GM named Vanessa Stone is very hostile. She holds employees hostage until she can find their replacements. March 29th 2025 she would not let an employee leave after the employee had quit, she wanted to keep the employee there for 30 minutes until a replacement was found. She fired me after changing my schedule. I worked 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. the night before and she changed my schedule at 8:00 p.m. changed it so I would be 2 hours late the next day so her reasoning for firing me would be dismissible because "you didn't check the paper schedule". Threatened to withhold my last paycheck if I did not return my uniform within 3 days. There is an extreme amount of prejudice at the store. They will not serve me food even if I come through the drive-thru in a passenger seat, they simply reject our service. Another thing I would like to note is any other McDonald's you ever go to will take your order at the counter but this McDonald's in particular forces the customers even elderly ones to have their order taken at the kiosks. They have one employee always in the lobby trying to help customers with the kiosks but whenever a problem arises and the employee tries to help with their order at the register, the managers including Vanessa Stone are very hostile and do not believe in using the register, always trying to push the employee out of the way and have them use the kiosks at all costs. Whenever I go to a restaurant I expect my order to be taken at the register as it has been done for many years because the way I order food cannot be done at a kiosk. If you can help it do not order delivery here because your order is likely going to be made wrong. I have an allergy to certain ingredients and whenever I order DoorDash or Uber through this restaurant they always mess up my order by putting on the same thing that I am allergic to even whenever I request for it not to be on it. Even at one point I ordered a McChicken with extra mayo, I got nothing except bread and an absurd amount of mayonnaise with no lettuce and no chicken. In that same order I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese with no onions and it seems there were extra onions of both kinds, slivered and dehydrated onions. There are many things wrong with this place. They have heating cabinets where they keep your food such as hamburger patties, nuggets, McChickens, Crispies, and fish fillets up to temperature but wouldn't you like to know that they reset the timers on them so often that a fish fillet they often had served to a customer sat in the cabinet for well over 2 hours. Have you ever gotten a crispy chicken sandwich from this place and realized that it was very dry? Probably because it sat in the heating cabinet for over 2 hours, if they don't sell something they keep it in the heating cabinet and never throw it out to put something fresh in it. Quite often the burgers will come up off of the grill still pink and bleeding but they stand by the phrase, "The heating cabinet will finish cooking them," then shortly less than 5 minutes later those same burger patties will be served to the customer. The chicken nuggets are the same way that if they are not cooked entirely because one or two end up staying on top of the oil, they are told the same thing. They keep it in the heating cabinet because they don't believe in wasting their food whenever it goes bad, they would rather sell it to you so they can make their profit. Any other McDonald's in the area knows better than to swindle you for profit and they will serve you high quality food. This McDonald's is a disgrace to the Matthews management company and to the McDonald's name itself! AVOID EMPLOYMENT AT THIS MCDONALD'S AT ALL COSTS! GO TO SONIC THEY PAY MORE, GO TO SIMMONS THEY PAY TRIPLE WHAT MCDONALD'S CAN. GO ANYWHERE EXCEPT THIS MCDONALD'S AND TRIPLE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS PLACE. read more

Probably one of the worst McDonalds I've been to. They only filled my drink half full, and were going to charge extra to fill it up all the way. Slow and usually giving out wrong order. Everytime I come in the morning, it's never open at 5am. It's usually open at 505am to 515am. Lazy workers can't get up in the morning. Do your job and wake up on time ppl. read more

Check your order before you leave. Three times they put the wrong condiments on a cheesebuger on Sept 23,2017. As we were walking out the door with our carryout order some ladies customers said you better check your order before you leave. So we did and order was wrong after three tries to get it right, it still was Wrong and the Manager never apoligized and we left with a cheesebuger with onions on still. Please if you have allergies take your EPI pen with you! Also don't expect Manager to care about making it right. Hopefully she was not the owner and Owner changes the store problems. also Womens bath was Dirty. Time of visit 4:54pm on Sept 23,2017. My food is at a 96% wrong when I go to this McDonalds, and when they do manage to get my food right it's cold or hard as a rock!

I ordered lunch on the app, sent my husband to pick up with the order number. When he got there they said they could not give him the order because he did not have my phone. He told them the order number and that he had already paid for it and wanted to pick it up. They stood there and stared at him and said nothing. So he drives to the window where he pays and there was no one there, so he drives up to the window where you get your food and says he just wants his food and they say nothing then he says will you take it off my card they said nothing and he drove off. He came home so upset that he says he will never go there again and I believe him. I called the Matthews office in Springdale to complain because the store would not answer the phone after several attempts. Bottom line nobody at that store cares and that is obvious. So why do I care so much? I am a business owner and if my customers were treated this way by my employees they would no longer have a job. I need people who care. read more

The jerks who own the local McDonald's around here care more about their bottom line than they do about their customers. This particular McDonald's is relatively new and it's only one of three fast food restaurants in the local area, so it's an often selected choice. No joke, they have gotten our order wrong EVERY single time. Whether it's no fries/gross fries that are cold or cooked in extremely old oil, no kid's meal toy(s)or even things as major as an entire meal or no apple slices in every single kid's meal (3). We have gotten tired of calling up there and complaining. The corporate office in Springdale clearly doesn't care because nothing has improved. Also, they offer Apple Pay and I don't know how many times I have had to teach the crew AND the managers how to use their own payment processing service! This is just an awful location and it comes down to the owners. They're real pricks. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because at the end of the day, they're still McDonald's. read more

The night manager, Angela, made a hateful remark about a young man that works there last night. She didn't have enough help and many people came in and overwhelmed the 3 that were working there. The young man, Joshua was using the grill. Angela was mad at Joshua and told a customer that"he sucks!" She was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. He was working as fast as he could. That restaurant is not clean most of the time and during the summer the place is always overrun with flies. It is one of the least friendly McDonalds I have ever been in. Angela sucks.
