This review is for the last time I came here. Ordered 2 for $4 mc muffins but they charged us for 2 mc griddles. I didn't look at the receipt (stupid me). Also got 2 sundaes, 1 chocolate and 1 strawberry. They gave me 1 strawberry and 1 caramel. The caramel sundae was only filled up about a little more than half way. Disappointing! Came here again tonight and they got my order correct, finally. I used a coupon for a free 6pc nuggets with a purchase of $1 (excluding tax), the dude was having a hard time and he said the coupon didn't go through for some reason. He called the manager over and he honored the coupon anyway. I've been going to this Mc Donalds for a long time. They are typically fast but tend to forget to give me something I've ordered. For example two different times I got home and found out that I was missing fries. It was too much of a hassle to go back for so I left it alone. I learned to check the order before driving away. Today I went and I had to wait quite some time to get my order (10 minutes). Of course it doesn't help that I was in a hurry so I didn't check my order before driving away. I get to my destination and they didn't include three items in my order! I was livid! I had to go back. But they had the nerve to ask me for a receipt- which they never gave to me. There are 13 cookies in a tote. That's how McDonald's used to see their cookies. So I asked for a tote. The guy says he can only sell them in packs of 3s and 1s. So I said that's fine. I came by the drive through on Thanksgiving Day at around 5pm and never had I ever encountered such sweet employees!!! Holy smokes LOL I mean I know this is just a fast food place and all, but usually all the Mc Donald's I have gone to, many of the workers seem as if they hate their lives. But the coworkers who were working here were so welcoming. Ok. So where do I start. Play area is cool but let's just say it's not clean !!! All of the tables were not clean. The touch screen were disgusting. I went inside to ask for sanitizer wipes since it was empty...looks like it's been empty for quite some time. The manager acted like it was a big deal. He asked an employee to grab it from storage. I went back out to play area. Manager then came out to put them out. I walked up to him and said thank you at least three times with no response, just an eye role and walked away! this place is generally pretty good for a late night snack. the ice cream machine is usually "not working," which seems to be a common theme among most McDonald's. the customer service is *almost* always great, with the employees taking my order saying hello and thank you (pretty standard stuff). one employee I encountered named Julian - who worked the drive thru speaker and first window - was rude and seemed miserable. no hello, no thank you, no goodbye. all we customers ask from McDonald's these days is the bare minimum and this employee couldn't even do that. luckily, the employee who gave us our food (forgot his name, sorry!) was pleasant and friendly. read more

I've been through the drive thru a good number of times. They do a good job. They're always pretty chill and good to us. On occasion they'll mix up an order but I think it just depends on staff during certain shifts when someone is new. Not bad. It certainly doesn't bother me since they always fix it when mentioned. Never been inside... Never ate food here... I've been in the drive thru too many times though... too too many for my own good... what you ask for?? ICE CREAM!!! I love their soft serve, I love the M&M McFlurry... I like their frappes.. Extra whipped cream please! I was hanging out with my two friends on Saturday night and they both asked me to drive them to McDonald's for ice cream-based desserts. We arrived at approximately 11:45pm, and I ordered a Reese's McFlurry for one friend and a Hot Fudge Sundae for the other friend. They were both very excited to enjoy these desserts. The girl at the drive-thru mic then told me that they couldn't give me anything involving ice cream; not even shakes, because "the ice cream machine locks at 11:30." We've been turned away for ice cream late at night before, but this is the first time someone actually explained that it was because the ice cream machine locks at 11:30. I asked her why the ice cream machine locks at 11:30, and she didn't know. This leaves me with one big question. Why does the ice cream machine at McDonald's lock at 11:30? Does this serve a purpose? Is it every McDonald's or just this one? When does it unlock? Or was this girl just funning with me? Aside from this, I like this McDonald's. It's decorated with lots of artwork depicting the original McDonald'ses of the 60's or whatever, as well as some odd but welcome astronomical imagery.
