First time to this particular In-N-Out. The burgers and fries are amazing as always, but this location is a bit of a pain to get into, the drive-thru entrance is close to the light and the actual parking lot is shared with another restaurant. If the drive-thru lines is backed up, good luck getting into the parking lot, poor design. Once you are in the lot, parking is very tough, lots of spaces, but many for the other restaurant and the parking for In-N-Out is tight all around. This location is very busy, so if you are in a rush you might get a little frustrated. But just relax, find a spot and enjoy the food. They have outdoor patio seating here as well as a pretty good amount inside. Interior and exterior is what you expect and what you get from them, classic In-N-Out style. They also have crunch ice at this location, which I love. The parking takes a star off, but the food adds two back, so still a 5 for me. Enjoy! read more

Someone was doing something right at the in-n-out on Harvey Dr. In 2017, I worked at nearby Glendale Adventist and when we had in-n-out before work ( I was doing night shift at the time) it was always consistent and delicious but nothing like what I experienced on my last visit here. Maybe it was because I was hungry or not having to go to work after our meal, the food was excellent!!! I am one of those people who have a special in n out order and the kitchen executed it perfectly, Parking is not as organized as I would like it to be as it shares a lot with another restaurant, it can be crowded. How can you not be happy at a nice In-N-Out in a majestic location at the intersection of the 134 and the 2 freeway. Mountains surround this iconic location and gives you a woodsy environment. Perhaps the one that started it all- my love affair with In-N-Out. I cant remember if this location was my first or if it was the one in 'HollyWeird', but this was definitely my favorite location as far as convenience when I lived in Silverlake. Always bustling but in a more chill way, I made my pilgrimage to this location quite a few late nights when I was back in town. The essential West Coast famous burger hot spot with surprisingly awful fries! Didn't realize the common knowledge of how spongy, mushy, weirdly flavored the fries are, yes they were fresh. Didn't help, just added more hot and freshness to what was not tasty at all, at least this crew was cooking without a rest for the mad rush of what seemed like an entire baseball team showing up with us twelve for dinner. HAPPY EMPLOYEES Happened to be in the area when I strolled by this In-N-Out in Glendale. Miraculously, there wasn't a line - yet!- so I immediately ordered a hamburger, fries and water. If you're going to eat fast food, they have the best! All the employees were so happy and cheerful, I felt like I was in the middle of a 1950s TV episode. If only every establishment had such wonderful service! By the time they called my number, there was a long line for lunch, and tables were filling up fast. I scored a nice seat, but some of the customers around me were a bit odd. The food was delicious; the atmosphere, not so much. Given that the In-N-Out in Alhambra is temporarily closed until they sort out the huge drive-thru lines that creep into the street, this location was the closest one to visit. Food here is consistent as always. Ordered a 3x3 animal style, which was great as usual. Also ordered very ambitious concoction of animal fries (light well) + chopped raw onions + whole grilled onion + raw grilled onion and a meat patty on the side. Safe to say, this definitely hit! Staff here are great. When we came here, it was pretty much a madhouse. But they do a great job of keeping everything in order. Even had one person dedicated to cleaning tables after people left. Very appreciated! I will note the parking and drive-thru situation here is pretty rough at busy times. If not for the fact neighboring Fuji Buffet was temporarily closed, there simply would not be enough parking spots. And don't get me started on that insanely long drive-thru line. There's a reason I just order inside. Overall, this location certainly is busy for a reason as it is right next to the freeway exit. Plenty of reasons to see why it is so popular. Loved this in-n-out location. Caid took my order and he was very patient. He gave me advice as to what to order and was very smiley and friendly, and those people are the best. I ended up getting the flying dutch, like i always do with a side of fries and got the small lemonade. It was so delicious that i ended up getting another regular burger (also because i was traveling back home the next day and made sure i was indulging in in-n-out lol). There is plenty of seating inside and outside but it's still always so packed, it's crazy but not surprising because it tastes so good and service is great. Theres music playing but it's never too loud but then again, there's so many people there that you really struggle having conversations. I also really like that they have a separate bar for sauces, napkins and the peppers. I ended up getting an in-n-out hat as a souvenir and some sauces to go but the in-n-out spread is SO GOOD. Having gone to this location for decades, my pro tip: parking will be faster than the drive thru. At the intersection of 2 freeways + surrounded by 2 huge residential canyons, this location is extremely hot. came to this location since the americana at brand in-n-out can be chaotic...location was busy, so parking was a bit hectic...once inside, it wasn't too bad...half the group securing a table...the other half getting in line to place the order...order for 6 people...animal style...protein style...plain...extra vegetables...cheeseburger with just grilled onions...etc...some fries and drinks too...took some time which is expected for number to be called...only got one of the orders incorrect...gave a cheeseburger with grilled onions and everything...the staff was quick to make a fresh cheeseburger and took couple minutes, but replacement burger was provided....food was good as expected...staff is great about reading back the orders, so could also be partially my fault for not listening carefully... read more

Solid burger and service! Obviously expect a packed house wether your dining in or driving through. I've been here twice but was here last on a Saturday night and I noticed the parking lot has signs for a neighboring restaurant. Not sure if you could get towed or cited but I was on my way out when I saw one of their staff members asking people to not park there unless they were dining with them. This location is a total nightmare. AVOID at all costs. First, getting in to the parking lot is beyond frustrating and takes forever. I'm surprised there aren't constantly fist fights in the parking lot or someone hasn't been shot. People regularly block traffic and drive dangerously to get in. I'm shocked the city hasn't done anything about it. Clearly management doesn't care. The parking lot they share with Fuji is far too small and they've actually taken away parking spots recently. I love In-N-out. The burgers are usually good and the service people unfailingly polite and helpful. Today was an exception. The worst double double I've ever had. The lettuce was rubbery and the meat was tasteless and seemed to be made of gristle and who knows what. I think they must have lowered the quality of the "beef" What ever grade of meat it is it must be rock bottom. I've seen this before. Restaurant compromising quality so they not not have to raise prices. It's always a bad move that alienates customers. I will be reluctant of go back in the future. There are other good burger places that put decent quality meat in their product. Last thing, The burger was exceedingly salty it was repugnant. Bad tasting and bad for your health. Whenever we're in a State where there's In-in-out, we make it a point to eat or drive thru from them at least once. Hubby and I love burgers but we're Canadian so there's nothing close to In-n-Out where we live. This location has a drive-thru and ample parking space compared to the one on Brand Ave. it was a busy Thursday night when we went and we got our order in about 15-20mins. This is the worst in-n-out I have ever been to! The parking lot situation is the worst. Theres only one entrance and the parking lot is shared with the buffet next door. While trying to find a parking spot, some numb skull driving towards us going the wrong way forced my husband to back all the way up and then we got caught up in the horrible parking lot again and were forced to exit. We didn't even get to try the food, but trying to enter that parking lot again was not even worth it. I can't wait till the Alhambra one opens again. I waited over 45 minutes at the Tujunga location drive thru within the past two months and was disappointed with the long wait, so I decided to drive further to the Glendale location on Harvey Dr. tonight and also waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru here as well. I know lines can be physically long but they usually move fast. For someone to drive down and wait this amount of time is unacceptable. No one working there would tolerate that wait time, whether working the location or at the corporate level. To add to tonight's issues, there was no one outside working the line on an iPad which I'm sure slowed down the line. Also the girl that gave me the drink carrier didn't assemble it correctly and it collapsed and my drinks spilled. Extremely upset and disappointed.
