Found myself in La Canada in my pursuit to find the best burger in LA. Love me some smash burgers so I decided to check out this truck. It's parked in front of an abandoned mortuary home, so I don't think anyone would mind if you had a seat out front to have your meal. The menu is really simple: it's just the smash burger, which is a double patty, fries and drinks. They do have wings, but you're really here for the burger. It's pretty pricey for a burger, but everywhere is pricey nowadays. Is it worth the money? I think so. You're getting a quality burger with wagyu beef patties. It's built and tastes very similar to the classic McDonald's Quarter Pounder. If I had to describe it, I'd say it's like the Quarter Pounder's sophisticated older brother. If you get it with everything on it, it's a double patty, with chopped onions, pickles, heavy mustard and ketchup and some nice spring greens. Cheese is extra. The bun is soft and quality. The patties are nice, but in my opinion just a tad bit underseasoned and just a little dry. The fries are shoestring and remind me a lot of McDonald's fries. But you can't really replicate McDonald's fries, though. Overall, this is a solid burger spot if you're in the area. I think they rotate from DTLA and La Canada, so you might want to call before you head down. read more

The smell of the food was insane, absolute 10/10 sensory overload that I had to let the owner of the truck know how good it smelled. I'll pass on this next time. The ranch is not good. Too sweet and tastes like cheap store-bought Hidden Valley Ranch. However the BURGERS are legit.
