Sadly wish I could give a negative review. Hot coffee was down. The English muffin was burnt, the bagel was harder than leather and the biscuit was rubbery. The McDonald's smells of puke while the bathrooms reek of urine. There are also fly traps hanging from the ceiling with about 1 million dead flies. Obviously our expectations were low for a McDonald's attached to a gas station, and we were still disappointed. Bring hand sanitizer. read more

RAW FOOD!!!! My 75 year old mother ate this before realizing it was RAW and spoiled meat!!!!! She is on dialysis and any bacteria such as raw meat could possibly be fatal because she can't process the toxins. Sadly, this is the 3rd AND FINAL bad experience we have had with this particular location!!!! We have had wrong food, cold food and now RAW food!!!! The 1st complaint with the manager was a joke!!!!! I mean, this is McDonalds at a gas station. Be nice to the people working here as an old fast food employee it's not easy working understaffed. I have never had any problem with this McDonald's, I go here anytime I go to Texas or just when I can leave to get McDonald's from Mount Ida. I drive 35 miles out of my way to get me some food I crave. There breakfast is always hot and yummy and their fry's to die for. Like all McDonald's, it'll be slow and sometime you'll get the wrong food but they'll fix it and everything. ALWAYS LOOK AT YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU HEAD HOME. Thought that I would try this horrible place again. Man I must be stupid. I think it is getting worse. The cleanliness is like a port-o-potty in India after a curry feast. Just unbelievable that the health department doesn't shut them down. He must be blind or paid off. The service is so rude, the lady who takes the order is constantly sweating to the degree that it is falling in the food she tries to serve. I have never seen a worse place to eat other than some places in South America. The only way to fix this is to fire everyone and hire someone who actually cares about customer service. So sad. The one in Hot Springs on Central is great in comparison. I'd rather starve than eat here again. The food was hard, like it had been out for a month. I use to give a friend of mine my receipts from McDonalds for free food? She doesn't cook and works all day on her feet so I try to help her out, right? (She is of size, shall we say).This McD store, does not like to do that kinda business:( I guess you have to be and look a certain way for these store employees to like ya. They made her feel a 1/2 inch tall for wanting the free food:( Cody, has ALWAYS been nice to me and everyone. He is an exception to the rule there. Another instance was, I went inside for a free refill on my coffee and to get a large cup of ice and was handed a small plastic cup. I asked this other young man if I could have the usual large Styrofoam cup? He told me no. I asked him why? And I was informed that people might steal a fountain drink. Really, McD? And if I wanted the large cup of ice, to go through the drive thru! And that this was apart of their training. However, they give free refills on sodas? I didn't want a soda, just a large cup of ice! And if I wanted a soda, I'd pay for it! Apparently this store is not a fan of me and the feeling is mutual. I kept trying to be nice until this happened one morning some months ago. A young, medium build, male, with light colored hair, who took over a young female's post at the drive thru(2nd window). He thrusted a hot coffee at me, with a grin on his face, much like the Grinch! What does that tell ya? I was too scared to drink the coffee after he told me to have an, Excellent Day. I thought about having the coffee tested, seriously. I decided not to make a fuss and moved on, as I did. This undoubtedly was the straw that broke the camel's back, with this store. Needless to say my friend and I no longer frequent this McD store. We no longer do drive-thru at any stores, of any kind. We get our own drinks, at drink stations or sealed container drinks anymore. We have our eyes wide open now. read more

Worst fast food place I've ever been to ...takes forever to get your food and when you get the food it's wrong or they leave out some of it and it looks like a blind person made the burgers because they're just slapped together. It's McDonald's. It's clean. Get all the mc muffins, Big Macs, French fries, and Coke your American heart desires.

It could use better employees, who are actually good at what they do. They need to focus on making the customer happy by getting the orders right. The food is good when they actually get your order right. read more
