She returned just a few minutes later and answered all the questions that I had about the menu - which were many - because there's quite a selection to be had here.
I finally settled on the Gouda burger with crispy bacon on a lightly toasted, brioche bun and all the fixings. I upgraded my Fries to beer batter onion rings, and boy was that NOT a mistake.
Onion rings were crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside, with a little bit of that tangy beer batter flavor. The burger was piled high with tart, crunchy pickles, crisp lettuce, and a big tomato wedge that was perfectly ripe. My waitress, Allie, was Jonny on the spot with everything. I'd give Allie an 11 out of 10 because she really went above and beyond not just for me, but her service was so good, I actually watched her with the other patrons and she was all over it like a bad topure on Howard Cosell, only in a good
