Y'all don't know what the heck you're doing- Coffee was ordered as Carmel iced coffee, NO CAREML was put into the coffee, ordered a McChicken no lettuce, got a hot and spicy mccrispy, NO RABCH AT THIS LOCATION, no sauces were provided, no sal on fries, and NO napkins provided. Disgusting dirty place tables need cleaning and floor is sticky. No customers here and no one in drive thru so no reason to not come and clean your restaurant and restock things. No ketchup and no large soda lids. I rate this place a big fat 0 read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Even the ones in South Central LA and East LA have better reliability and service. Ice cream machine routinely broken, iced tea usually tastes terrible, specialty items usually out of stock, your order usually screwed up, etc. etc. How this place keeps its franchise name I don't know. They are not a credit to the business name. It would be better for the area residents if the land owners yanked their lease and put in a mom & pop family run burger joint. read more

This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever stopped at. I will not be returning. Every time I stop they make me pull ahead for my food. I wait 5+ minutes most of the time and my order is still wrong! Today I have waited 10 minutes and still sit here. I don't understand why food is not ready. A few months ago I and another person came in to grab some coffees to go. We waited 15 minutes, and all the customers in line were just completely ignored. I would have appreciated a simple "no way can I handle this" from the poor lady behind the counter instead of having our very existence denied. The restaurant area looked like garbage as well. Clearly this business doesn't want customers except from virtual orders by door dash etc. I have a few questions: who the heck would work here? Why? No, really? Ordered breakfast earlier this morning. Get home to find pieces of eggshell in BOTH my sausage eggs McMuffins. I ended up eating the first one, I did notice some crunching but I didn't think much of it, then I go in to the second on and it's full on crunch central. BAR FAR THE SADDEST MC DONALD'S I'VE EVER BEEN TO!The floors, walls, windows and seating areas are always dirty. The cooking equipment and flooring area that is visible from the register is also filthy. The food is always cold, and I live one block from the store! I drove through the drive through a couple of nights ago in desperation (because I told myself I would never go back) for a couple of chocolate shacks and when I received them, they were watery. I drove around to the front of the store and brought the two shacks back. When I told the manager, the shacks were watery, I was told that's the way their shack machine makes them and there's nothing they could do. It's obvious the Mc Donald's corporation doesn't audit this store. I've called a number of times complaining about how dirty the store was and how cold the food is delivered. On one occasion, their corporate office arranges for me to meet the general manager of that store. I met him at the store and of course the store was cleaned. I voiced my concerns to which he replied he would make sure that stay up on the cleaning and food service. I retuned two days later, and the store was dirty again. How the health department doesn't audit this store, I'll never know. Mc Donald's needs to take the store away from whoever is the franchisee, its obvious he/her doesn't care about the store! read more

Fast service for our large order we've been here during breakfast hours and dinner time

Stood in line 10 minutes...in the restaurant....no service. Appeared to be unorganized... terrible. I walked out. Fast food? ROTFL.

Made a bad decision and tried again. The usual pull around and wait so they can beat the drive through timer. Manager worried more about their rating and they never complete an order at the window, Corporate should investigate the manager. The girl comes to my car and before even handing the bag to me asks is everything in the bag OK? I told her that is your job to check that it is. She said thank you and walked away. Got home and all 3 burgers were RAW on the inside. People die from this type of food handling. Stay away from this place. They have never ending issues and I will never go back again. read more

Consistently terrible service every time we visit Goodyear The McDonald's app for pre-ordering food is a total waste of time - either the food is never made on time or the ordering the app states it was processed, but in reality was not processed at all, and you start the entire order again and then wait for the food to be prepped. I don't often write reviews, but when I do, they are well deserved because it takes a lot to impress me. Not only was every employee who helped us extremely friendly and super cool, they went out of their way to make sure we were more than happy. I asked for an F-Ton of ketchup and boy did they not disappoint! Never have I had a Micky D's be a true Micky D's and go all the way from incredible quality to incredible service, but they did this at 10:30 at night on July 30th, 2021. Each member deserves a bonus and to know that they were incredible! This is what McDonalds is all about and why people come here. I don't get any of the negative reviews, must just be people who expect Micky D's to taste like French Laundry... Bravo to this location and its staff on this night, they all deserve a bonus! One star because it doesn't allow ZERO. I don't often write negative reviews....usually just go on my way. But today I had the worst experience at this McDonald's. I went through the drive thru and was asked to park, which I did. After sitting for almost 15 minutes the girl brought out a bag which was not mine. A few minutes later she came back and asked if I had my receipt, which she took with her inside. After waiting another 10 minutes I went inside to check on the status of my order. The girl who took my receipt saw me and promptly went and hid. As I stood there not one single person offered to assist me. I finally stopped a girl walking past me and asked if I could speak to a manager; apparently she was the manager so I told her I had been waiting for almost 30 minutes for my order. She asked if I had my receipt - so I pointed to the girl who was now standing at the drive thru window with another girl and said she came out to my car and took it. She went and asked her and the girl said she didn't know where my receipt went. Spectacular! That girl gave my order to the truck parked in front of me and obviously was trying to hide that fact (and shame on the dishonest person in the truck who knew they didn't order 2 happy meals and took it anyway). I told the manager what my order was and after much repeating and even more waiting finally got my order and left after almost an hour for "fast food." I will not return to this location ever again. read more

Always asks us what we want for sides but never gives us them ..... Every single time it happens. We can never get our full meal. A happy meal is a simple set up. A hamburger, fries, SAUCE!!!!! and a side of fruit, and toys if they have them. I don't blame the workers, I think the management is probably just bad at this location. The manager was not in at the time there was no one to help me they screwed up my order and I had to wait approximately 12 minutes from the time I place my order until I got my food. She even told me just pull up to window one to place your order we're having problems. I was never given any sort of gift card for my inconvenience. This has got to be the worst McDonalds in the West Valley of Phoenix. Never in my life have I had to wait over 20 minutes for 3 drinks! 3 drinks, that is all I ordered. When my kids and I pulled up after school, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, so my thinking it would be quicker to go inside, did so. To our surprise, the customers in the drive thru were more important than the people inside. And why in the world is the dining area still closed off? I couldn't even get my own drinks because the fountains were all blocked off. Forcing everyone who just wants drinks to stand around and wait for 20+ minutes. This location seriously needs new management. This is not the first time I have experienced this slow paced location. I stopped here 1 time before 2020 covid happened and I waited over 15 minutes for 1 sausage mcmuffin. If I could give this location negative stars I would because they are just awful. read more

Please shut this McDonald's down or re-staff it with competent/courteous people!!! Please train your staff! Whether you go early morning, middle of the day, evening, or late night the service and the food are trash. If my food doesn't look weird it's cold! I usually don't express myself so negatively, but each and every time I've given this place a chance I leave super mad. Their drive-through has had no cars or one car ahead of me and I'm still asked to pull forward and wait. In two different occasions we've waited more than 15 minutes, and my food was cold! For one, one of the managers has a bad attitude and calls out for her staff as "bruh"! Second when I've asked to have my food cooked properly, the attitude is not so great from the staff/manager. I am PAYING for food and a service. I'm not requesting anything for free! Do you like shitty food and service??? I understand that " you may not get paid enough" to deal with crap, but you chose that job so the least you can do is act courteous because it's not a customer's fault you're in that position. Keep that in mind. You can always look for another job that you actually enjoy doing. In fact, I understand they pay a lot more than minimum wage. There are people who wish they can land a job and can't. Be grateful every day, your outlook of life will change. You don't know how a customer's day is going so a smile goes a very long way! To management, keep in mind that your restaurant is a reflection of you! This location is not worthy of this Community!
