Went there today the guy overcharged me for the drinks. The manager was rude. None of them was friendly at all. The place was so dirty. Took my food back through the window which is a health code violation and I got a mc chicken with dehydrated onions they got it wrong the first time I understand mistakes happen and went through so they could fix the error they proceeded to take the food back then the "manager" came to the window handed the food and when I asked for there store number to confirm that the receipt I received was correct she said "what is that" then points at the receipt and rudely said it's on there. Half the menu board was down in drive thru, tried to ask about the $7 meal deal. Instead of telling me about the $7 deal I got told about other deals,its like she didnt understand what I was asking about. So then I go inside, wait for a good 3mins for someone to say something. We ask for the $7 meal deal,I actually point it out on the window this is what I want and another extra tea. She rang up I pay look at the receipt she gives me 1 drink cup..told my husband this isn't right. We ask for the manager to come up, she took our receipt looked at it threw it down, tried to explain look this isn't what I ordered or wanted. So then she gets hateful and goes well what do you need then. Well im trying to tell you I want the $7 deal which isn't what was rang up,but by this time I just wanna get my other drink and leave bc the more I tried to explain to her the order wasn't rang up correctly the more attitude she's gets. So wte give me another drink and give me something in my bag so I can just go. Then I clearly hear her in the back talking shit about me saying oh well I asked her and she said all she wanted was another drink yes thats right I did want my drink but I wanted you to understand that 2 diffrent times I tried to order something that is being advertised on your window and 2 diffrent times yall couldn't get it right. This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. They constantly get my orders wrong and today my daughter ordered a chocolate shake that when they brought it to us looked like chocolate milk with whipped cream on top. When I asked the manager for a shake that was not completely melted she told me that was the way it came out of the machine. Ok so you're the manager and your shake machine is not working. If you know this why are still selling the shakes and ripping people off. This place needs a change of management. I ordered online for curbside service. I pulled into #3 and made sure to receive my receipt in my email which said food will be out in a few moments. The drive-thru line was long so I figured it would take a little longer. I waited 20 minutes before I went inside, also having to get my daughter out of the car. It took another 10 minutes for the ladies in the restaurant to finally come to the counter after being told twice by them that they'd be with me in a minute AND another customer telling them that I was waiting. While I stood there I listened to them complain that they should have called in sick because it was too busy. One lady finally came to the counter and asked what I wanted to order and I explained that I had been waiting for 30 minutes at curbside. She didn't blink an eye and just asked what I had ordered. I refuse to ever order from them again until they get new employees that actually want to work an adult job. read more

So, I'm not even going to give this a star even though 1 star is at least needed to post your review. I keep going here and EVERYTIME they always manage to get something wrong- a few things wrong. So, if you come here.. be sure to ALWAYS order a side of disappointment with your order. I always get a Big Mac Meal..and, I know this isn't a 4 star restaurant and all.. but you would think they would know how to make it. Generally this location is quick and wonderful but today when I took the coffee cup from the drivethru employee the lid was not on it and coffee spilled all over my leg and was hot and burned. The employee apologized and put the lid on it and handed it back to me. Rude staff that will blatantly ignore you then indignantly give you attitude when they do decide to acknowledge your existence after merely asking to have your drinks handed to you that had been sitting unattended for ~five minutes. Drive-thru is a nightmare because it's a double lane situation and merging is REALLY HARD for people. Food itself is consistent for McDonald's. First of all not an impatient person and know there is a wait when they are backed up. The people at the drive through have no idea how to operate.
