Really bad service! Only ordered a chicken sandwich not including fries or drink. Pull up to get my order after paying and only 1 car in front of me and I'm told to pull up to the second window. I assumed the sandwich wasn't ready which was fine..5 minutes...10....20...no one in sight and several cars had gotten their orders behind me. At this point I was frustrated my order was not complicated nor did it require that much time. I called the restaurant and no pick-up (what a coincidence). The night I decided to dine at this McDonald's was the night my soul deteriorated. It all started when the workers made me feel sick to the core with their lack of welcoming and warmth. So as my boyfriend and I drive down from LA we decide to make a pit stop here and grab burgers, we are the type to always check our bag and make sure our order is complete. As we are driving down the freeway my BF pulls out his McChicken, and guess what?! It's a McChicken without Chicken, like how the hell do you forget to add the chicken to the burger?!! This location just opened a few days ago and has been really busy every time I have stopped by. Yet for the amount of customers the orders seem to be prepared rather quickly and made in a presentable manner not a mess like you might get elsewhere. I have noticed the best time to stop by is around 2 or 3 in the morning.. probably because most people are asleep. read more

The facility is so clean and new feeling, totally an upgrade from all the other old drab locations. It was pretty impressive. I had a Filet-o-fish meal and an order of nuggets. Lucky for McDonald's they have a "Dollar Menu" which is no longer accurate. The staff cannot conceptualize the idea of special orders or dietary restrictions or seemingly temperature control as by the time the cashier drive thru or inside can understand any order, my food has yet to be fresh. I routinely return my food because they will often make it and leave it there for an extended period of time before noticing. And they always seem surprised when I am upset that my food is either cold or when I made the mistake of ordering a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, the burger was so raw it was bloody, how offensive. I always follow up on my surveys because nothing has changed since it has opened. I have come to the realization that the Management is only there to collect an undeserved paycheck as I've spoken with them in person and over the phone more times than I care to mention and I can go back the next day, with the same Manager and have the exact same problem. Just go to Burger King or purchase a frozen burger to microwave, it's a better use of money and expectation of quality. read more
