The food is the best, the prices are unbelievable, and the quantity is always enough for leftovers the next day. The fact that you can upgrade your steamed vegetables to tempura is unheard of and it is literally the best tempura I have ever had. The service is fast and easy, and the dining area is no frills, but comfortable to eat on your way through on a road trip and I can't say enough good things about this place. Very good portion of chicken and rice the only downside to me at least is that there were only 2 pieces of vegetables so if you like veggies I would ask for extra or just order a side other than that the chicken was cooked fresh and hot, teriyaki flavored to perfection. The place was not that busy when we visited on a Tuesday evening. While there were a few to go orders, we were the only ones dining in. The service was excellent as they were prompt and pleasant. The restrooms were very clean as well. We ordered the calamari/fries and the shrimp tempura plate. The food was delivered to our table and we were impressed with the portions. They are very generous. Unfortunately for us the fried items were a little too oily/greasy for our taste. However the rice was on point as was their tempura sauce.
