Service and food especially when you do a mobile order they don't seem to know how to read when you ask for certain things left off the order. Not targeting the workers but the managers they are allowing these things to happen so I know that there is no accountability. People are too afraid to tell people they are not doing a good job and show them how to approve and not set there and let them do whatever. You shouldn't have the title of manager or leader if you won't lead or manage. read more

This review applies only to the drive through since, as of May 3, 2021, the lobby is still closed. But! They have cleaned up their act (described in my prior poor review) and now offer pretty smooth, reliable service in the drive through. I consistently get the correct drink and food each time! The timing runs pretty smoothly through the drive through system also. For ordering through the app: not as smooth at all as other fast food apps. The required "I'm here" check-in isn't allowed until you are at the location, but then it takes time within the app system for the order to be transmitted to the restaurant, so there can be a limbo where you have a mobile order number but the restaurant can't "see" it. Then, the app is set up such that you aren't charged until actually at the window for payment, and only THEN do they start preparing your food, so there can be a little wait. If you know that in advance, though, so expect it, that makes a lot of difference. I go here weekly, at lunch time, and recommend them. read more

I wish I could have given them no stars. I had to wait for fresh fries, which too 15 minutes. The young girl used her hand with no gloves to push the old French fries back into the bin, prior to adding the fresh fries. Very Very unsanitary. I at that point just asked for a refund and she display a terrible disposition and tried to explain the issue to her manager (apparently this was the norm for her). I've been to this location multiple times and have yet to have a good experience. Expect to sit in the drive-thru line for at least 15 minutes. Once you get to the speaker, it's a good chance that no one will speak to you and tell you to hold for a moment. On two occasions, I had to say "hello??" Into the speaker before someone took my order. The second time, I pulled up next to the speaker and no one spoke to me for over 10 minutes, so I pulled up to the window to place my order and pay. They might be understaffed or they are just not watching the cameras, but expect to wait a long time before you get your order in. On a different occasion, they were out of every drink except water. On a different occasion, my coupon did not load properly on the app and I was charged for something full priced, and the staff member at the window told me there was nothing they could do. I practically had to beg her to speak to a manager who could help me, and it took 2 seconds for the manager to refund me, so I'm not sure what the hold up was to begin with. The last time I went, a car full of teenagers sped through the parking lot and shot all of the cars in the drive-thru with a BB gun. Oh, and once someone got arrested in the parking lot and it was all around an unsafe place to be. That was the final straw for me and I will not be returning.
