Despite how busy they were, service was super quick, the girl at the register was very friendly, my burrito was great, & there was also lots of seating. The chicken Caesar wrap is SO good. I personally think it's the best one in Greenville. And great coffee too!!

When you enter you order food and drinks at the counter and they give you a number. I enjoyed my chicken Caesar wrap but wish they used chicken tenders instead of the "chicken patty". The texture of a tender would elevate the wrap. As is, it was pretty good. I am glad i got extra Caesar on the side to dip into. The coffee was great and the food came out shockingly fast. Next time i return i would love to try a breakfast sandwich. They looked great at the table next to us. It is a casual spot with some people doing work while eating. First time visiting on a busy Saturday morning and hands down, shes real cute. Don't be alarmed by the line if it's at the door or outside of the door-- spoiler alert: that's when you know it's delicious. As soon as you walk in, you are welcomed by a long wooden community table to sit and enjoy the delicious food. There is seating for 2 and 4 top tables, and outdoor seating with umbrellas. The staff were extremely helpful for our group who had never been before pointing us to the right direction for extra toppings for our coffees. Highly recommend visiting, taking in the adorable natural aesthetics of Vintage. Oh yeah, grab a yummy bite. Every bite of my friend's food was chefs kiss. I'll be back! read more

While on vacation I always like to shop local shops instead of chain stores. This coffee shop has a very nice welcoming appearance from the out side. Once I entered it was a very different experience. I stood at the counter waiting to be served while workers looked at me like who are you. I guess if you're not a regular customer they don't want your business! The gentleman that waited on me was very curt didn't offer carrier for the coffee I ordered. While leaving and trying to carry two cups of coffee and baked goods the one coffee cup was collapsing. The cups they serve the coffee in are very weak. I got to my car and while trying to put the coffee in the cup holder the lid popped off spilling coffee all over. I cleaned up the coffee and went back to the hotel. The coffee was cold and had to be microwaved once at the hotel. The drive to the hotel was only 5 min. After warming the coffee it was very good and the cookies were also very good. I would not recommend this shop because of the poor service and materials used to serve their products. read more

Delicious & great service. The pastry case looked amazing and it was so hard to pick just one item. We got one of the huge chocolate chip brown butter cookies to take home. And then my husband got the coffee cake, which was amazing. The avocado toast had a tomato marmalade on it, which was so yummy. Unfortunately, I had to get rid of 2 stars because of the high prices. I am not someone to typically complain about prices, as everything is high these days. But I spent $24 for a breakfast burrito and a latte... and then I realized that they charge $1.50 for an alternative milk which is absolutely way too high for me. 50 cents sure.... We have been to Vintage coffee Café several times and usually enjoy our time there. Sunday was the worst service day I have ever been a part of. We waited over an hour and a half for very simple food. There did not seem to be any system with those that had ordered as people that ordered well after us had gotten their food way before us. They were very busy, but there was not good service and attention to making sure that people were taken care of in a timely manner. Several people ended up getting refunds and leaving due to lack of service. read more

I have just eaten at the Vintage Coffee Cafe. I ate the Farro Grain Bowl. It is a very nice and comfortable environment. The people were really nice. You order when you walk in and since I'm retired military, I appreciated the military discount. I have lived many places in the world as well as many places I the United States. I have eaten all kinds of food. But, I'll tell you, the Farro Grain Bowl was the best tasting thing that I've eaten in a long time. It's not horrible, but it's not good either, first off, the avocado toast, there was more jam on the bread than actual avocado, and that point call it toast with jam, the jam and the amount of it ruined it for me. Moving onto the pancakes, I'll be honest, they are not worth what I paid, they were bland and overcooked, and the chocolate chips were burnt to a crisp, it was like eating coal. If you want to eat some good pancakes go to IHOP, they're less disappointing. Nice menu with quality food for breakfast and brunch. The decor and location is nice. Keep in mind outside seating is hot if temperatures are high. Even though there are umbrellas, it's full sun with bright white tables. Would have given 5 stars except service was lacking. The lady at the register was slow to enter orders, missed part of our order, and didn't give us the muffin we ordered. She also was touching our coffee mugs at the top after touching everything else (use the handles). Also, they didn't think through the flow as there is only one register, bathroom is right next to the kitchen and the crew bringing out dishes had to break through the long wait line every time an order was ready. You can look past some of this and have a nice morning stop, but a place that looks this good and tastes this good should have service and flow up to that level. read more

Sad to write this because we didn't even get to try the food! Will give 2 stars because it's a cute spot and the menu looked great. The service was awful and inconsiderate to customers with young children waiting to order. We stood in line for 20 minutes without it even moving, with the door propped open and in the baking sun. They really need shade over the door area if customers are expected to wait outside, as the line moves extremely slow. A water station outside would also be helpful and nice for patrons (especially young kids) waiting in the sun. The counter clerk taking orders also should consider being more speedy, or they need 2 people working to take orders. There wasn't a ton of open seating either, they should try a concept like Tandem in TR that assigns patrons tables, and some 4-top tables only had 2 people seated and took space for larger groups.
