Night staff is unbelievably rude and the store is dirty. They made my drink wrong and I spent 8$ on it.

Oh boy. This was very interesting to say the least! First of all, me and my angel grandchildren waited for 2 hours! I love my coffee, but wow! That's a long time for Shannon! When we did get our food, it was half full, the ice was melted and my coffee was made with 2 pumps of caramel syrup with coconut and almond milk. THEY FORGOT MY SOY MILK AND MY 3 PUMPS OF CARAMEL SYRUP. Shannon is very disappointed. Hope this review is valuable for someone! May you be blessed! read more

Came in and ordered a mocha latte and a cookie. Everything was fine except a manager I saw treating employees very badly. I'm assuming she's a manager because of the way she was snapping at them while she was doing nothing to help when the store was super busy. She had no name tag on so I asked the barista that was helping me what her name was and she whispered "Jackie" while rolling her eyes. Not a good look for your store when the manager acts like a b****! Won't be coming here again. read more

Selected a star because I had to. Slow slow slow service if you go inside. They make all the drive through drinks first, and 17 mins later you're still waiting for two drinks. Barista is slow and entitled. Go to another loxstion if you want to have a cup of coffee inside. read more

Worst Starbucks in gvl. Do yourself a favor and go to Laurens rd or Pete Hollis. They always mess up my drinks! They are right next to my house which is super convenient and unfortunate they suck! Pineapple frozen drink was separated and too syrupy! read more

I have visited many Starbucks locations all along the Upstate and this is HANDS DOWN the BEST location we have! The team here is INCREDIBLE! So friendly, they've never messed up my order, and the drive through always moves smoothly! I come here every day on my lunch break, so they greet me by name and always make my day! I am new to the area but have already chosen this Starbucks as my Starbucks of choice. I have only been inside once as it is rather small and slightly crammed. I come here pretty often and typically use the drive-thru and I have been pleased with my service and coffee every time. I love coffee, and I have visited many Starbucks locations in a lot of states. This one is an embarrassment to the Starbucks name. I have visited it twice, and that was one time too many. Each time it has been at least a 15 minute wait while one overworked barista makes the drinks and the rest stand around and chat with each other or their regular customers. Frankly, I don't see how this location could have regulars. The drive-thru doesn't move and the line inside the store barely moves. The coffee isn't worth the wait when there are other options up the road. read more

Phenomenal customer service. I ordered a venti London Fog. And they rang me up and I paid with my free reward. After I paid, they informed me that they were out of Earl Grey tea. (Bummer). She then said she gave me my reward back and they would be more than happy to make me any drink I wanted free of charge. After working at Starbucks for 5 years in 5 different states, I have a high standard for the stores I go to. This store is right down the street from my work and i have nothing but outstanding things to say. The team alone is spectacular. They are all so friendly, outgoing and inviting. I'm pretty particular with how my drinks are made and they never disappoint. My flat white is always deliciously creamy, just as it should be. I can't begin to rave enough about this store. I get greeted when I walk in, often by name. And they seem to enjoy chit chatting with me. I say this with sincerity and honor, this is hands down one of the BEST locations I have ever gone to. read more

I had a bug in my coffee then went to the counter but after waiting for several minutes (had been seen several times by an employee) finally had to call her over. She looked at the bug & asked what I had. "Cleaning the machine" was rinsing the coffee ground part & making a fresh pot. I said no coffee just take it off my card. This Starbucks location is tucked away in a mimi-mall plaza on Haywood Road, opposite side of the street from the Haywood Mall. It's a bit of a challenge to get in and out of the plaza during peek traffic times. The products are familiar and standard like at all Starbucks locations. The staff is always friendly and helpful; which makes it stand out. read more

I have visited this Starbucks many times and I usually have a good experience. As others have stated it is small and cramped.

I love this starbucks. They are always so sweet and compliment me or recognize who I am. Today though.. I don't know what the issue was, but this new guy at the drive through who took my order, got the order wrong when he handed it to me. I apologized! And told him what it was supposed to be. He rolled his eyes and practically threw my drink at me. I said thank you and he scoffed! It was just surprising. Maybe im a bit more sensitive since im pregnant..but it woukd have made me upset even if i wasnt. It made me not want to go back. Hopefully the original person who works the drive through is there next time. I like him. read more
