This has to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Ever time something is always screwed up. Tonight my quarter pounders meat was burnt on one side. It was so bad I threw it in the trash. I tried to see if my dog milo would eat the meat and he would not. The 2 large teas taste like coffee was mixed in with it. So those had to be poured out. I ask 3 times if my wife's 10 piece nugget had the BBQ sauce in box I was told yes.she got it out of the bag shocker no sauce. This will be the last time I go there. That was 19 bucks thrown in the trash. read more

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and I forgot to tell them no whip cream. I was talking to my husband and told him I wish I would've gotten it without the whip cream. The guy working heard me and he fixed me another one. He didn't have to do that because it was my fault. read more

Awful wait time and order was missing items. I called and asked if they would bring my fries out to me since I couldn't get out of my car and come in and the drive/thru was around the building. They refused. Will not visit this location again. read more

If I could give a negative I would. Went through the drive thru. Paid was given part of the order then told pull up it is a wait on the rest. The manager said we can keep it under heat lamp. So had fries and burgers. So then look at fries they not even full and they were hard and dark. Get home. Stuff made wrong. read more

Another first for me. My review was removed, so I will post again... The fries were old and cold. Old fries out of the warmer are bad enough, these were old, rubbery, and cold. Worst McD's fries I have ever had, and I have had a few. Don't know how it happened, place was busy, but not covered up. No one was rushed, but somehow these fries were left out at room temperature for at least thirty minutes. Cross another one off the list. read more

Very dissatisfied. Staff did not seem to know what was going on. I ordered a mcmuffin to go and they never called my nimber 649. There was a bag on the pick up counter and no one called the number and it sat there for a long time. Finally, i asked if it was mine and the girl lookled in the bag and said no. I waited 5 more minutes and went back to the counter showed my ticket. By then everyone else had been served. The same girl looked in the same bag and said this is yours. When i opened the bag the egg muffin was unwrapped and had come apart in the bottom of the bag. Of course it was cold. I walked straight to the garbage can and threw it away. I was not going to wait another 20 min for them to fix this bad experience. I will not go back to that store!!!!! This is a newly remodeled location that is very efficient, friendly and worth the price you pay. I love the any large drink for $1.00 ! That's a big draw for us to go there for that !!! I love that they are open all day and night. The drive thru runs really smooth and my order is always right when I get it. Clean.parking lot. They have some beautiful Zinias blooming all over the parking lots gardens they are brightly colored and are truly a showpiece and a must see.. read more

We traveled through Guntersville around 8:30pm on August 21. We were just looking for something quick to eat and a nice restroom (McDonald's usually have very clean restrooms). We pulled in and parked, entered the building and found two of the most disgusting restrooms we have encountered in a long time! Filthy and nasty, looked like they had not been touched in days. Then we got in line to place our order. The lady in front of us paid for her food and was about to leave when she asked a simple question. She asked "Why is the drive through closed?" The clerk looked at her and replied "To be honest, we just did not feel like working it, there are only 4 of us here and we don't have time." Wow! You don't say this to your customer! She should have been fired on the spot! But it gets better, after the lady left, they all laughed at her and the one that looked like she was in charge said, "If she wants it open, she is welcome to come back here and open it." We continued our meal and there were a couple of young guys walk in, the counter staff was all over them, flirting and telling them to to apply for a job and saying to make sure they put them down as a reference. The manager would hire anyone they recommenced! They guys were not ordering food, just hanging out. Meanwhile there was an elderly couple that had walked in and were not getting any attention. After a couple of minutes of being ignored, they left without ever being acknowledged. The most interesting part was as we were finishing our meal, we got to hear the girls behind the counter talking about what they were going to say about the drive through. The final idea that we heard was to tell everyone "The monitor was down". Overall you have a bunch of useless, immature, juveniles running this location down and it is apparent that no one cares. I can only assume that the owner is tired of the location and is trying to run all of his customers away. Yes, it is fast food, but still you have to have pride in the job you do. You have to be proud to go to work, proud of your interaction with customers and proud of yourself. The people at this location FAIL on all counts. Quality Management Training would be great for these guys. Update: 08/28/2017 Got a call from the management today and they seemed very interested in our concerns. I just hope this results in a better experience for everyone. read more

This is my favorite McDonald's! The staff is extremely personable and the drive-thru is much faster than other McDonalds! I just brought my kids to the playground yesterday and it was extremely clean, which is shocking for an indoor restaurant playground. The kids loved it and we actually stayed there for almost 2 hours! read more

Best mcDonalds ever. 24/7 open. Staff are nice and give great service. Very busy spot but always clean and again great service.

It's ok overall. I tend to get the same thing and out of habit ask for my fries and chicken sandwich to be made fresh. Because having worked in fast food before. I can tell the difference between recently cooked and something that's sat for a good 30min. And they will try to send that out the window. It's happened often enough for me to specify it be made fresh. I rarely have messed up orders and even at their busiest times they tend to get orders out fast. read more
