I have never written a review in my life, but this McDonald's location, 663 Lafayette Road, is so horrible, that I decided to write one. -Food- I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal. The chicken was undercooked (pink in some places), the French fry container wasn't even half full, but at least my drink was normal thanks to the automatic drink dispenser. -Service- All of the employees at this location have no customer service skills. Both the crew and management lack any sort of problem-solving skills for even the most basic things. -Ambiance- All parts of this location, especially the bathroom, are in need of a cleaning. When the manager finally came she was rude I asked a question and before I could finish my sentence she said our ice cream machines down and walked away before I could even place my order for somthing. The 2 other women in there also had the same experience with the wrong order and the manager completely ignored everyone in there. Do not I repeat do not go here all I ordered was a simple Big Mac with extra Mac sauce and extra cheese simple right ? They gave me a messy burger that wasn't edible. When I brought it back 1 employee Hanna was clearly saying something to the cook so I asked for names I only was told tod (on the grill/manager) and Hanna the kid in the drive thru would not give me his name. So I get my new burger no extra cheese or sauce I asked for it on the side and you can hear a female (Hanna) yell f$&k off (I paid for extra cheese extra sauce) so the kid who refused to give me his name came back to the window I asked for the manger (which is when I found out the grill guy told is the manager) he really didn't care walked away and threw up a gang sign as he closed the window not ok at all when I parked the car in the drive thru and got out to find out why the rudeness I was told to get the f$&k out of here they was calling the police really McDonald's ? Ok, hear me out. I'm currently writing this review as I'm sitting at the "order here" drive thru. I've had enough time to write this review while I have been the only car in line for now 7 minutes. This is outrageous. I'm now deciding to continue typing until someone takes my order. It is currently 9:44, I'm setting the line at o/u 5mins before someone helps me. I cannot believe it has taken someone working here now 9 mins to take my order. I may be hangry, but you HAVE to be kidding me! Now 9:50. McDonald's Store #21583 - 99.995% of the time this restaurant has an issue with either service or food. I have only used the drive-thru and cannot comment on inside the restaurant. There have been several issues with moody or unprofessional staff serving at the window. How many times do I have to repeat my order back? The intercom/speaker system is lousy outdoors and I can only imagine that it is lousy indoors with the headsets, since the staff have such difficulties communicating through the system. Almost every time I have been here and ordered a drink, the staff person at the window returns the paper cup with lid on covered in soda; in other words - 'Wipe off the spilled over the lid soda before presenting to the customer!!' One person told me they did their best to wiping the soda off that spilled over from the automatic soda machine, yet I never saw them wipe the sides of the cup. Forget about ordering a chocolate shake here. I have ordered a couple chocolate shakes at different times and every single time I am given a cup that is nearly full of vanilla and a very small amount of chocolate. Where is the chocolate shake? The staff say that's the way it comes out of the machine. Then they should run the machine first until a steady stream of chocolate comes out and then present the consumer with a complete cup of chocolate. The shake generally tastes lousy because it is not mixed correctly or mixed with another flavor you don't order. During busy and normal times - it doesn't' matter at this restaurant - most of the time the drive-thru is extremely slow. Have been here with only myself as the one vehicle in line and took over 10 minutes to get a simple order. This particular restaurant seems to draw a rough crowd at night too. I will probably come back to this restaurant for something different but it's not the top choice on my list and would be near the very bottom of my list of places to go for fast food. read more

Two reviews of new McDonald's menu items. The chicken wings compared to KFC's hot wings are comparable in spiciness and crunch. The McDonald's wings are more greasy and are so rich that you will be hard pressed to finish the entire order. The size of the wings are substantially larger than the KFC version. All in all even but if you have time any bar or speciality wing outlet will be better. The quarter pounder BLT is a nice hamburger with the bacon a definite added flavor enhancer. read more

Slowest drive-thru of any McDonald's I've been through. It shouldn't take over 15 minutes to get a drive-thru order. Apology or not, there is a reserved drive-thru parking spot. Don't make people sit in their car and wait for someone else who has placed a special order. Not only that, I ordered a sausage biscuit and ended up with a muffin. I plan my time so I can stop before work if I want. Today made me 10 minutes late! I didn't have time to go back and get what I wanted. Use the reserved parking people. I used the ladies room and one of the two stalls, the toilet had pee all over it.
