This McDonald's has really turned itself around... everyone!!!! something is different now.. I stopped going to this McDonald's a year ago because I just couldn't take it anymore. It was really ridiculous quality people everything ....not sure if it's management and hiring the right people.. not sure... but tonight at 7 o'clock dinner time I was in and out in less than five minutes... usually in the past, it takes sometimes up to 20minutes because people were hanging out out of the drive-through smoking pot. No one inside was organized. Also, whoever is hiring the people ...kudos !!!because I was greeted by a lovely young girl that was sweet at the payment window and two equally sweet girls at the serving window... whoever you are that owns this individual McDonald's and the changes that you made Thank you thank you thank you they are working and you have redeemed yourself. Food is usually good and when you go thru the drive thru the wait isn't too bad, but don't do a curbside pickup especially if you cannot get out of the car yourself because you might have to go in and get it. I just sat here and watched a woman argue for 45 minutes at the window because she paid $35 and they refused to make her food because they claim they didn't see the order. Plot Twist I jumped a line of about 30 cars, wrapped around the building into the car wash parking lot. Straight to the second window (behind said lady of course) & got my food instantly. Would you like to know how? Would you like to actually get what you paid for? Would you like speedy, reliable, & friendly service? Order Uber Eats Pickup, skip the line, & tell them your order name and code they'll already have it bagged for you when you get there. If you order at the window or inside you're bound to be ignored, cussed out, you might not get the right order, & all of that is if you get any food at all after waiting 1.5hrs on AVERAGE. The staff at this McDonalds is completely unprofessional. I was in the inside drive thru lane behind another car. When I got to the speaker I was not acknowledged and 4 cars were served in the outside line before I got frustrated and just drove around to go inside to speak to a manager. Once inside no one was working the counter and customers were being ignored. I was finally able to stop someone and get a manager but was told 'Sorry, they were understaffed.'. No explanation for why the inside line was not being served. Very poor service. Ordered a medium drink. The cup was 3 fourths filled. I gave it back to cashier and she ask did I want more ice. The cup was already filled to the top with ice. I said no more soda. She said it was self filling drinks. I told her obviously machine needs to be recalculated. I ordered a large fry which was only half full with 6 packs of ketchup on top of the fries. Because it was unsanitary I couldn't eat the fries. I didnt even ask for ketsup. How about some napkins. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker exactly at 10:25 hoping to catch breakfast as I know was getting ready to be over at 10:30. No one was in the drive through at that time & when they finally came to the speaker at 10:29, I was you'd breakfast was over and their wasn't anything left. I went there the other day. I was new to the area at the time and they gave my sisters half cooked nuggets.

I completely stop going to this McDonald's the staff is rude and acts like they don't want to be there. One morning I went there to get food and I could see the staff through the window sitting on the counter laughing and talking but completely ignored that I was in the drive-through I drove back around to check the times that they were open in which they should've been but the staff refused to take any orders or even answer.
