Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Dunkin' needs to seriously retrain or replace this person. (I was to angry to ask for a name and pulled off. Was an Older woman, grey hair and might have had a cane. This place popped up right over the town line in Lawrence very cool decor cool twist with the umbrellas for the overhang and also next to some restaurants, easy parking . They serve Hershey's ice cream and Horchata's decided to get the strawberry for my daughter and a chocolate milkshake for myself to touch with a chocolate milkshake adding some syrup in there on the side really gives the chocolate a good pop if you're in the area definitely recommend a small place worth your time to check out.
