Every time I come in the food is always fresh, and the Latte is on point, the bathroom is always clean.

What's the point of a to-go rack if the coffees are never put on it to grab and go? Every single morning I have to wait for them to ask me "are you waiting on something?" YES! First of all, I would like to say, I go to the facility to get my coffee on a daily basis, but lately there's an employee that every time you look at them at the drive-through feels like they don't wanna be there when they make the food. I feel just pissed off that they have people working here. That doesn't give a shit about customer service. This is the second time. I have noticed when I get my sandwich and ask for some butter on the bagel, they have put overwhelming amount like they don't give two rats ass. Sorry for my language, but it's true. Unacceptable. . Very bad service. I go to Haverhill every Saturday and when im early frm my apt, i stop by to this dunk. I ordered ice latte w oatmilk, when I received it, its way too watery, so this time i mentioned to the i need extra xtra oatmilk. When i pulled in, it takes a while to hv my order ready, Once i pick it up the young man who come w my drink scream at me have a wonderful day mam! And keep watching me from inside the store. I wasnt thinking at that time and just sip and drive. it was 80% of it is creamer taste "oatmilk" super dense, very buttery and disguisting. I guess they are offended that I told them I need more oatmilk. Never Ever again stop by at this location again in my life even im thirsty. The good- great service. Always well staffed, very clean and pretty quick service. The bad - they do not put the cream cheese on the bagel, so if I'm eating it in the car on the way to work, I have to pull over to apply the cream cheese - even though I request that it be applied. Also, the doughnuts have gotten so small and the Boston Cream- my favorite- has about a teaspoon of cream in it. You are halfway through the doughnut before you hit the cream. I go to Heavenly now, whenever there is one close by. Their donuts are far superior and their coffee is really good too. read more

I ordered a MEDIUM drink, was charged the correct amount and was given a SMALL.. when letting the drive through employee person know of the mistake, she proceeded to say "it's too much work to change" and insisted I take the small drink all while I was still charged for the large. 0/10. I'll go anywhere else even if it's out my way. read more

The customer Service at Dunkin' 259 Lincoln Ave in Haverhill is seriously HORRIBLE! If you want a cup of RUDE to go with your morning JOE this is the place to go. One of the morning managers speaks like she is at the neighborhood bar and some of the staff, well lets just say they must be playing a game of SIMON SAYS. You might get a mumble of good morning from some but most say "What can I get you" with an eye roll. All that this Dunkin is serving, I will stay thirsty. I don't need the extra calories. After visiting family in Haverhill we needed a cup of coffee for the road, so we decided to stop at this Dunkin' Donuts. The first thing we noticed when we walked into this restaurant was that it was packed with people, but no one had any coffee or other Dunkin products. While ordering our coffee the staff was short and they were a bit rude. Instead of welcoming us they said "what do you want" and little past that. The coffees were made quickly, but they seemed annoyed that they had to make our order. After receiving our items we sat down and realized that the majority of the people in the store were hanging out with the staff who were spending a lot of time fooling around and eating McDonald's. Before we left we used the bathrooms and we're a bit dissapointed that they smelled like old cat litter. This all being said, this actually isn't the worst location we have be to in the area. This should gives you a sense of the quality of Dunks in Haverhill. read more

Recently (2 years ago) moved to the area... And have tried every dunks around. I usually frequent this one due to it being a little closer to my home... Lately (the last 3/4 months) I've noticed EVERY time I get my order... (always 3 or 4 drinks everyday) they have been under filling the cups. Whether it's a frozen drink OR ice coffees. When asked about this, I've been told this is what they've been told to do and are being watched and can not fill it to the normal product line or "they will get in trouble, there are cameras and they watch us all the time!" pricing has gone up, which is understandable... It is everywhere. BUT if I'm a frequent customer and dmspend $5 a drink and buy multiple daily I'd expect to get the proper amount of coffee/product. Think Ill bring my business elsewhere. read more

The two women who work the drive thru in the evenings deserve a shout out! Not only are they super nice and happy to help, they make the BEST COFFEE of all the dunks in the area! On a positive note, this DD is an easy on/off from the highway, but unfortunately struggled to get our order correct. I asked for a large hot tea with four sugars and when I got to the car to take the lid off and let it cool down enough to sip the tea was white. When I went back in to inquire the woman who made it still didn't understand what was wrong. I had to ask a manager to make it, which he did in 20 seconds. So simple. Hopefully, your order will be done correctly. This location is roomy, easy to get to and has ample parking. Beyond that, it's a normal DD. read more

I have the "manager" Edie on dash cam having social hour at the drive thru window for 5 minutes while the line is around the corner she doesn't charge her friend anything and when I finally get to the window my coffee one coffee has not been made after waiting 15 minutes then I'm given an attitude because I asked to speak with the owner or manager no one came and they ignored me I never got my coffee. I love DD, but this one in particular rips me off whenever I have gone. I go here on Friday mornings before work to get a medium vanilla chi, what I ALWAYS get is a small, which in a medium cup, is filled half way. Just annoying to be charged more, get half of what you ordered, and then think I am dumb enough not to notice. Come on guys! Step it up. read more
