The coffee and service were just as I remembered. It was busy as ever! Cozy and warm, with all their tables filled as usual. I resisted ordering the almond croissant even though it was well stocked and waiting for me to order. I'll be back for sure!

Adorable new cafe new near Westgate plaza. Even better than the vibe, was the food! I tried a curry chicken sandwich which was tasty and served on a croissant and a cappuccino. Both were excellent! I took home some baklava and enjoyed it for dessert later in the evening. The cafe has Greek influence and you can see it in their food options and friendliness. While placing my order, I had great conversation with the worker who ensured my order was exactly as I wanted. I enjoyed my meal on site, and was happy to see it so busy. For nice days, they have a few tables outside. Will return the next time I'm in town!

Cute little Cafe. Offers a variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and pastries. The staff is very friendly. They really make you feel welcome. Lots of coffee options. I had the iced carmel latte. Tasty-not too sweet. Great outdoor seating. Very comfy, spacious inside seating as well. Easy access from highway.

Staff were really welcoming and gave great recommendations! Cappuccino with cinnamon and sugar was tasty

Fantastic service from this family own establishment. The pasties were great in variety and quality. The best part was the very personal customer service. Ambiance was just perfect.

Delightful spinach feta croissant at this lovely new cafe.

Excellent new addition to the Merrimack Valley coffee society. The cafe has a good assortment of coffee flavorings, and so many mouthwatering pastries and savory options to eat with your beverage, you will have a hard time choosing. Very high quality ingredients and food craftsmanship with a Greek flair and Franco-European training. A few tables outside this strip cafe just off Route 495 on River Street offer a fresh-air option, or you can perch at several tables or at the pub counter. Eager, friendly staff want you to settle in and linger and chat with them and tell your friends. The place had good traffic on a recent Saturday morning, so word of mouth is getting out. Often, the coffee overshadows the food at these little cafes, or you have only have 3 food items to choose from, but that is not the case here. The food and beverage have equal excellence, and quality options. A great beginning for this lovely new cafe.

Freddo iced coffee, best this side of Athens.

The pastry chef is a genius. He has mastered the ability to balance flavors and keep everything light. Even the savory items are perfection, I had the spinach & feta and ran back to buy 3 more to go. The food is also excellent, not too overpowering, not too salty, just perfect. There is no seating and the plaza is a dump. The benefit is that the cheaper rent helps keep costs down, everything is reasonable

The variety of pastries was honestly overwhelming and it took us a while to decide. We ended up getting a raspberry cube croissant, small pain au chocolat, large almond croissant and the following trompe l'oeils: blueberry, pear, mango, lemon, strawberry and almond. The raspberry cube croissant was one of the most delicious croissants I've ever had. It was flaky and buttery with a light raspberry mousse filling. We're still working our way through the trompe l'oiels, but they've all been delicious so far. The pain au chocolat and almond croissant were kind of bready, with the pain au chocolat having very little chocolate inside, so I'd probably skip those next time. I would definitely recommend getting whatever cube croissant they have as they are so unique and delicious. I now understand why my family drives an hour to get pastries here!

I've seen ads for Cottage Gardens and had them in my radar but just never had a real reason to go. Then I saw the coupon/ad for their Breast Cancer Benefit Weekend. I figured if ever there was a time to get my butt there, supporting a good cause by shopping was it! Although it doesn't look like there's enough room to park, there is a large lot in back. It is very country cozy looking with the house on the left, plants hither and yon and little cottages scattered about (well only three but...) They sell plants and trees so I asked the owner if she had any ligularia. My garden is in deep shade and I have difficulty finding plants that will thrive in deep shade. She did not have ligularia but made some recommendations for my garden. I ended up purchasing a bush and two plants all of whose names I have promptly forgotten. I'll have to update later with how they do since I just planted them this weekend. On to the best part, the cottages! One is a gift shop and they have cut flowers & other girlie gift items. I spotted scarves, lotions, decorative items and cards. A nice little place to putter around for a unique little item. The last little cottage was the best one though! That one holds the bakery. Homemade cookies, brownies and scones, need I say more? Actually, yes! A Warning: Do not attempt to eat your scone before leaving. That will only entice you to purchase more scones. These were seriously the best scones I've ever eaten. The first one I bought was raspberry white chocolate. I nibbled it on the walk back to my car. When I stopped up front to load my plants, I decided I could not finish the day without trying the cinnamon brown sugar scone. Deliciousness! If for nothing else, I will be back for another scone (or two).
