thus location has had its share of problems right from the beginning. i thought i'd try it out again, but as i reached the food counter, there was a female employee checking the cold items with a food thermometer. first take - something was wrong with the refrigeration. but worse than that, this employee was not wiping the thermometer down before inserting it into all foods. not only is that personally discusting, but as a retired food manager, it is illeagle to do that. it's called cross-contamination. i was so discusted and grossed out, i left. do not go to this establishment. salem food inspectors take notice read more

it was better than McDonald, I think it's very overrated and kind of overpriced. The kids enjoyed it. That's all that counts. My son on the other hand got a number one. It was literally chicken on a bun. They were no condiments no lettuce no tomato. Nothing literally chicken on a bun. That was a little disappointing. When he brought it in with the receipt, they told him he would've had to have gotten the deluxe to have condiments on it. read more

I stand there for 10 min . Even the apps say my order ready . 5 employees are stand there to talk and two employees they see me but they ignore me . Nobody come ask me what do I need . I went to chick-fil-a yesterday to only get a milkshake before going home. When I arrived there was one car on each side of the drive-tru and I picked any lane as any one would when there is an even amount of cars on both sides. After waiting 10 minutes behind the same car and being second in line I was upset watching everyone who had just arrived going infront and leaving . The woman taking orders then went to her coworker in the other line and started talking to her. She then came back and told the car infront of me to pull up to the window instead. When it was my turn to order, the lady asked me what I would like, I told her what I wanted and then she said she was sorry (why did she ask?) and she couldn't put the order in because she needed to delete an item and she didn't know how to delete it from the order. She then used her walkie talkie to call a manager outside to help her. at this point i've been in line for 15 minutes trying to order a MILKSHAKE! Nobody ended up coming outside to help the girl at all! Nobody responded to her or assisted her until she went herself! She ended up leaving and going inside without saying a word to me... I Ordered the 4 Nugget strip meal with the salad, and told order taker NO drink...threw the order taker off..."you have to have the drink with the meal"....repeated NO drink. So I guess he changed my order to a side of 4 Strips and a side salad, which ended up costing more than the meal with no drink. The Salad that I received looks nothing like the salad on the web site...easy to spot the missing tomatoes...and the volume of the salad is less. I also ordered an 8 piece nugget side....similar to the salad, the size of the nuggets on the web site looks nothing like the nuggets I received. One of the nuggets I received is so small I wouldn't even call it a nugget. And of course when you are having an order to go or carry out, by the time you realize there are issues with the order, it is too late to go back. So there you have it....very disappointed. I was excited to try chick fil- for the first time 8/16/24 the morning after a wedding in Salem,nh. What I experienced was memorable for sure. From the employee picking her nose on break at a table next to mine while keeping eye contact with me, to the flies we had to shoo from our meals and to the paper thing egg in a breakfast sandwich. The Chick-fil-A at Tuscan Village is a very popular spot. This standalone location with drive thru is now closer to my home than the Methuen store and the 2 stores in Nashua. A lot of my friends are diehard Chick-fil-A fans and have a craving for their chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, Mac & cheese and shakes here. My friends in the Albany, NY area will be thrilled to have the first standalone Chick-fil-A stores in Clifton Park NY and Latham NY very soon. Currently, there is only one Chick-fil-A in that area, but it's at the Albany International Airport post security. I've seen them make road trips to the former next closest Chick-fil-A in Chicopee, MA, 90 miles away. For food delivery drivers, Chick-fil-A is usually a good place to pick up orders since you are not waiting very long or the order is ready to go when you arrive inside the store. The drive thru line can take longer since many customers don't want to leave their vehicles. They will have staff outside during busy times under the covered canopy next to the drive thru lane to help facilitate efficiency. I like their simple breakfast here and I stopped in at the Tuscan Village location a few times very recently for breakfast and dinner. I placed my orders on the Chick-fil-A app and my order was all set as I walked in the door each time. I ordered the Chicken Biscuit and Hash Browns (sort of like BK's) and you can get up to 2 complementary sauces per item. I drizzled my chicken biscuit with honey and got the Polynesian sauce and BBQ sauce for dipping the crispy greasy hash browns. The fried chicken cutlet was tender and seasoned as always and the warm biscuit falls apart though. I've also enjoyed their Grilled Chicken Sandwiches, mac & cheese and waffle fries too. I am so glad they opened their third NH location and hopefully they can expand to Londonderry, Manchester and Concord in the near future. Let me preface this review by saying that the food as always is still chick fil a. However - compared to the average chick fil a - the service is extremely poor. The employees are not engaged and as a result the service is extremely slow and mediocre. One of our orders took 15 minutes + to come through, while another was made in a weird way - multiple cherry stems placed into a milkshake. I hate to review a place that I've been to a number of times only to give it a bad review. I guess it's human nature. I have been to this chain at least 50 times in various locations, at least 10 times to this one. This is the first time I ever had a bad experience. After ordering they left it sitting for 10 minutes at the wrong place then I finally had to ask where it was. We came in for takeout but decided to stay and eat our meals in. I placed my order and waited. A few minutes later after looking at the receipt I realized I had made a mistake where I meant to order three chicken meals instead of just the chicken burgers. I went up to ask if I could update the order while it was being prepared and pay the difference. The manager stepped in and happily resolved my mistake and what's more it was on the house. They are an amzing crew at this location. The food was also the tastiest we've had in New England at Chick-fil-A. The other lcoation being in Raleigh NC. Always a issue here. Long waits when there's no one else in store. Avoid at all costs.

The food here is consistently very good. The issue I have is with the service. My orders always seem to take much longer than I would expect. The most recent order I've placed was for dine in. It took over 27 minutes to receive our order in the restaurant. The explanation I received is that there were not enough people preparing the food. The worst part was the general lack of concern/ urgency for the fact that my order was taking a very long time to complete. read more

Like every Chick Fil A location the food is always good and the staff are always friendly. Not sure what is so different about this location but I've been here at least 5 times and the service is so much slower than any other location I've been to. Tonight it was 25 minutes for 3 regular chicken sandwiches. I know everyone is short staffed these days but other Chick Fil A locations seem to still somehow have great service.
