I should have known better than to attempt to Door Dash food from an establishment that has taken two months to complete what they listed as a two day renovation. To begin, the Dasher had to wait in the drive thru line to pick-up my order. When they gave the store my Order Number, the employee informed the Dasher that they did not have that order number on their screen. All of this happening as I can still see my order is being picked up via the Track Order section of the McDelivery app. The Dasher calls me to let me know that I would have to contact Door Dash to have them get in touch with this horribly ran establishment. After Door Dash tries calling the store three times, they apologized for the inconvenience and refunded my money. After this ordeal cost me a total of 90 nonrefundable minutes of waiting for food I never received, I feel substantially worse about the future of the human race. Simply put, I cannot shake the feeling that every ounce of positive energy I've ever put into the atmosphere has somehow been negated by trusting this restaurant to do exactly what they are expected to do...take an order, receive payment, and hand the bag to the appropriate order representative. This specific location is horrible every time we come here. Ordered a happy meal through the app and waited forever; we had to go inside and that was another 20 minute wait. My husband and I have gone here several times and each time there is something wrong with our order. Today we ordered Mc griddle sandwiches and one of my husbands sandwiches had only meat with no egg and cheese. The sandwiches were very dark and the bacon in one of mine was burned. Not a 24 hour location--Google Maps, Apple Maps, and even their own McDonald's app says it's open 24 hours. If it has changed, then it only seems reasonable that someone update it to reflect their accurate business hours. It seems like a lazy oversight. Not sure if this is just the way it is these days in the USA, but the location is always remarkably busy. I'm sure the employees are working as hard as they can, but the drive-through line has almost always moved slowly. I've been here three times, and the wait in line has been 20+ minutes long each time. One of the worst times was over 30 minutes. To make it worse, I got home and saw that they got my order wrong lol. The food quality has been hit or miss too. I placed a simple order today. It was a large fry with no salt and a cup of ice only. My order was placed through the drive thru. I confirmed everything was correct on the screen and my receipt When I get my order my fries are loaded with salt and I had a cup of ice water. So either they didn't read or can't read. 41 minute lobby wait for Big Mac meal. Not during peak hours. Not to mention the workers taking breaks and coming on shift ordered and received theirs in less than ten minute. The Quarter Pounder meat is bloody and uncooked, the McDouble's bread are hard and flakey, lastly the Big Mac's have a very salty taste. This has to be the worst McDonalds possible. Terrible customer service. Today I went there and got a a Big Mac.....so I thought. When I opened up the box I thought some idiot put a bun and some sauce in there! I didn't see any meat at all. I recently went to this McDonald's on August 3 2020 at approximately 9:45 pm and I ordered 4 sandwiches a 20 piece chicken nugget and two medium French fries. I came up to pay for my order the young lady in the back booth took 2 minutes to open the window to acknowledge me and when she did she asked told me a complete different order and took my debit card before I could answer then when I caught on I told her it was wrong she apologized. I went to the front window where the young man told me it would be a few minutes. Not really that bad half the time, but when they are bad, they are bad. Had orders missing food, food with wrong items on it, and just plain old horrible atmosphere if stopping by late. Just stopped in one night around 9pm and the drink station was filthy. No ketchup, soda everywhere, lids empty and almost no straws - all while the employees stood behind the counter chatting. The tables needed cleaned, the trash taken out and I didn't have the guts to visit the restrooms. As a fast food manager over 20 years ago, I know a busy night can trash a store.
