I fill out the survey occasionally and it's always the same; food is fine but the place is always neglected. Maybe things are better when the mgr is there. At night the floors, fountain area, and tables all need attention. The floor around the urinal in the mens bathroom is very sticky/nasty. Other McD's are cleaner. This location needs work. This location rarely pays attention to mobile orders. I always order burgers without cheese. They almost always put cheese on them anyway. We ordered last night thru the mobile app like we always do. Went to pick it up,clicked the "I'm here" button. 15 minutes later,nothing. Finally after 20 minutes and still nothing, we went inside. The staff at this restaurant are far from considerate. I went to get ketchup from the dispense and the damn thing blew up and sprayed ketchup all over my clothing. They would not do a damn thing. All I asked for was a toy from a happy meal for my 4y old and they wanted to charge me. I waited in the drive thru lane approximately 8minutes. Deciding to use the mobile app to save time. My order was placed and finalized at 10:57am. I then had to go into the store to pick up my food from a 20 minute wait. Not to also mention the manager ignoring the many guests in the lobby also waiting, the customers parked as well as the drivethru orders. I understand change over is difficult and staffing is hard. However ignoring a guest who has a genuine concern is unacceptable. Had i been approached and told inwas waiting on a biscuit i would have fladly accpeted a muffin instead. I have lived in Holly going on 8 years. EVERYTIME I have gone to this McDonalds they are rude, mess up the order and this last time refused to allow me to get what I wanted. We ordered an Arnold Palmer - half iced tea and half lemonade. I was told "we can't do that." What!? Never in the history of ever have i been told that. That was the icing on the cake. Horrible service. If I order an egg McMuffin I get sausage, if I order a coke, I get diet. It doesn't matter what is ordered 9 out of 10 times it is wrong. But today was the worst... Hubby picked up dinner, he ordered 2, McChichen sandwiches with no lettuce he received 2 sandwiches with nothing on them just bun and chicken patty. He ordered me a chicken ranch salad with lt. Italian dressing he received the salad with just 2 small bite size pieces of chicken and no salad dressing. He also ordered a coke, he received a diet coke and no straw, also no napkins or silverware... How is it possible to screw up every item that was ordered... They must have gotten new management/ownership at this McDonalds. Have lived in the area for several years. Service used to be terrible. Moved away and returned...what an improvement! Even in this age of everyone being short-staffed the drive-through was efficient and fast and workers were pleasant even during the lunch rush. Food was hot and my order was correct. read more

If I could give a negative review, I would. Today, I went to this mcdonalds for lunch. I ordered, went to the first window and paid, went to the second window and received my food. Realized it was not my food, gave the bag back and was told that they had to charge me more if I wanted to get my real order. The MANAGER stood there, holding my bag of food, while they charged me again, so I ended up with cold food. I shouldn't have been charged a second time, it wasn't my fault they screwed up, and they could have at least given me FRESH food. Literally the worst customer service I've ever seen. read more
