The service at this McDonalds was truly sad, I didnt even get the chance to order..I waited at the drive thru board for 15 mins no answer tried hunking no answer . Waited another 15mins before pulling to the first window . At this window I could see employees walking past the window . I tried waving/hunking. 4 employees saw me at this window and ignored me.. the reason I even waited this long is because while at the first window I could see the car ahead of me being handed their order so I was confused as to what was going on . When the car ahead of me pulled if I pulled to the second window , the employee shut the window and walked off. At this point I am in dis belief !! Ordered a McFlurry and soda through the app. I get to the store and they tell me they don't have ice cream and asked if I wanted something. I said no just the soda so he gives me the soda and says nothing else. I ask him what do I do about the mcflurry and he says he will get the manager but instead He starts naming different items for me to get instead I eventually accepted a frappe to be nice and not cause any extra work of getting a refund especially, since I paid through the app, he told me he will give me a large frappe the I hear his manager the background being rude saying no she's not getting a large its more money than the mcflurry. First of all I didn't want the frappe, i accepted it to be nice and not make things more difficult for him and it's just horrible customer service for him to act like. I don't know what the deal with this McDonald's but there's been two incidents where I left dissatisfied and in a rage. But tonight was the icing on the cake. The lack of urgency from the crew members to the manager. I knew beforehand from my crap visit last time to place an order through the mobile app to save me the hassle and confrontation with these people. I knew if I came in and placed an order nobody was going to serve me and greet me for 30 mins at the counter! I placed my order at 9:42pm got the the store before 10pm there was a Spanish gentlemen waiting longer for me for a mobile order as well. I asked the young girl that was working drive through to see how long my order would be and to check in because nobody has acknowledged me YET!!! She speaks to the male black manager who has dreads and inform me that it's going to be a wait. They're probably working on it right now. Another 20 mins goes by and I speak to another manager by the name of Benjamin not sure if that's his real name but he told me that he just got here and he looked at my order and said nothing was placed but I showed not one but 2 other members the mobile receipt. He goes on and on about no milkshakes and he just got here and doesn't know what's going on in a condescending tone speaking like he was being passive aggressive... dude! That's not my damn fault that you just got here but I did I pay for this order. Either you look it up or give me the money back and when finally I asked why are you speaking to me with such aggressiveness when I'm just picking up food that I paid for!!!! Then he gets mad and tells me well I can't help you you're going to have to contact customer service and walks away doesn't give me a resolution or a number. I call my husband and flip out get into it and I told him if you're getting mad at me you come talk to them because you're around the corner than Benjamin walks back to speak to my friend and I cut him off and say why are you speaking with her? I'm the one who ordered so tells me he's going to comp it as soon as I open my mouth and look up the number and say I'm calling someone because this is twice you guys have screwed up!!! I saw a woman reach into the fries and take a fry and then dip it into some sort of sauce that seems meant for everyone....she had no gloves or anything on. 3. As most of you may or may not know I love McDonald's. Now don't judge me as you have to look at this logically, where else can you go around the world and still get a high quality product. The other day my travels lead me to this location on 441 across from the Hard Rock Casino. It is open 24 hours and that is great. As I pulled in I noticed this is either a new store or completely renovated. I pulled in to one of the many drive thru spots to place my order. What can I say that you don't already know fast,friendly, and the correct items ordered. The only thing is that it has gotten a little pricey. But I am a firm believer you get what you pay for and my Egg McMuffin was made perfectly. If I am back in this area this will be my first choice for a quick bite to eat. read more

It's 6am and I was told they cannot take my debit card for purchases and so I had to actually leave and go to a gas station and try to use an ATM and the ATM did not work for me regardless of three separate attempts. And then I had to go to 7:11 to go and get cash back at the store. Then I had to drive all the way back to the McDonald's and I had to give them the money for my meal for $6. Then when I asked them if I could have an extra hash brown with my breakfast for the inconvenience for their machine being down they had the nerve to tell me no. Best service I've received at a fast food restaurant (outside of Chick Fil A) in a long time. The girl taking orders also took great care of the customers who were dining inside. She was very affable and genuinely seemed to care about the dining experience of the customers. You just don't see that these days in this type of establishment.
