STOP HIRING FUCKING MINORS. I've been coming to this McDonald's for many years I've never had an issue until Friday when 3 minors were working behind the counter. My food was nasty and cold, my drink was a flat Dr Pepper and it was an extremely long wait. So much for "fast food" these children are so beyond sloppy and slow. Please never hire another minor at this McDonald's as the reason I stopped coming to the north main one was because the kids are careless AF! Not to mention the time before this when 2 of the minors were working the front window they were rude as FUCK and starred at me with a blank ass face. Attempted drive thru 5pm. Both lines at a standstill. Many others waiting. Never was able to order anything, apparently closed? Only reason I left one star is it's necessary to post review, otherwise zero stars. I ate elsewhere no problems. Lesson learned. read more

8 times out of 10 the food is very poorly made and takes a very long time. And today they did not have any fountain drinks, forgot the sauce, and didn't give extra fries in the happy meal. The nuggets are just awful almost un edible this place needs help! read more

Ordered a Fish sandwich, quarter with cheese, hamburger happy meal, and 2 mcdoubles. Was handed a bag without the fries. When I told the person at the window, she told me, not so nicely, to give it back. She gave me the drinks, the happy meal and the bag back. Her attitude was pretty bad. The restaurant was super busy, but her attitude should be per customer, not dumped on everyone like they all deserve it. The quarter with cheese looked like it had a big Mac patty on it instead of a quarter pound patty. The mcdoubles were put together by what appeared to be a child throwing the parts of the food from across the room. This place has gone so far downhill, it's just sad. read more

Stopped this morning for a coffee and a frappe through the drive-thru. Cashier was very pleasant, polite and sweet. Our order came quickly and told the lady how nice she was. She's a keeper!!!!! read more

Threw wrong order through our car window and ran back inside without us being able to respond to whether it was my order or not. Stopped in off the highway while my partner got gas at Speedway. First impression was overflowing garbage cans inside and out. Bathroom had 1 out of 2 stalls open with used tampons & pads overflowing out of the trash container in there. Mold growing in back of sink. Just... ew. McDonald's server just glared at me when I walked up. I ordered 3 things. A hamburger, a cheeseburger and 10 pc nuggets. Waited 10 minutes and left with 2 out of the 3 things I ordered because the cashier forgot to ring one up. Low key glad it was my hamburger that was forgotten... after seeing how dirty everything else was I can't help but wonder about the kitchen. Do better, McDonalds. This is an updated restaurant and has potential to be what you'd expect from this franchise with the right employees. read more

The Hhds McDonald's right next to the highway is the worst!!! The soda machine is CONSTANTLY down, often the floors and soda area are filthy, and today I stood and watched someone ignore me for 10 minutes. Stopped the other day as part of a tour bus on our way to NYC for the Macy's Thanksgiving day parade. I cannot imagine a fast food place being thrilled with the sight of a tour bus pulling up, but they were kind, pleasant, fast, and efficient at an early hour so two thumbs up. The place itself is a typical McDonald's, same you get anywhere, but this staff made us feel appreciated, and even gave us a table to put out our Wegman's doughnuts for dessert after using their establishment for restrooms, and food. This McDonalds has a 2 aisle drive through. I had no idea those existed. However, even with two lanes, it took a while. Agree with the previous reviewer, the fries left something to be desired. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and a medium fry. 20 minutes later, I'm still waiting. Oh they also made me pull ahead to wait for this, even though there's no one behind me. It's sad that customer service doesn't exist at this location. I'll never waste my money here again. read more

Hardly fast or correct food, waited over 25 minutes at drive thru for my meal. A deluxe quarterpounder meal with an extra cheeseburger. Well got a sesame seed bun with a regular cheeseburger on it and a bun with nothing on it(guess they are looking out for my cholesterol). The soda and fries were both the same temperature. Although their service was so very friendly - friendlier than ANY fast food in this region, their food was an epic failure that did not match the quality or consistency with McDonald's food. Their fries tasted like oily cardboard. Yes, oily cardboard. Can someone do something about this, because I didn't have the heart to "reject" the fries. Imagine taking expired frozen french fries, then frying them in 5 day old oil. That's what it tasted like. I am sure the owner of this McDonald's is sitting rich on a resort somewhere. But I hope they read this and realize that they are a disgrace to fast food - if such a thing exists and are robbing people. Little do they know, that elsewhere in the world and America, McDonald's fries are still delicious and quite addicting. Honestly, after this experience, I will NEVER eat any ANY McDonald's again.
