I come here a lot and got food poisoning once. Still kept going to give them a chance. I went back yesterday because I always get the quarter pounder and I got food poisoning again. This isn't the only location in Hot Springs that I have gotten food poisoning. 3 times I have gotten food poisoning from a McDonald in hot springs. Food poisoning isn't something to take lightly either. I'm in extreme pain. COOK YOUR MEAT ALL THE WAY!! I'm calling the health department !!! read more

The biscuits were not buttery and flakey. They were dense and tasted like grease. They almost tasted stale.

The food tasted awful, and my order wasn't right. Will not be returning to this location. The driver through service wasn't terrible but it didn't make up for the food being awful. read more

The service was terrible, none of the seats had been cleaned nor the tables, there was a footprint on my seat and it took ten minutes just to get the table cleaned off. Nobody aknowledged me while I stood at the counter and manager was wearing earbuds while working with customer food. The restaurant wasn't busy either. One customer had to come in to ask for her frape because the workers forgot about it. And another customer was left at the window and had to pull forward, park, and come inside to get her food. Worker decided to argue with customer instead of providing good service. I will never be returning to this location. The only way to fix this is a change of management and crew. Went in again for DoorDash today (day after) and the workers are very aggressively arguing with each other in front of customers. read more

I was asked to wait at the second window, finally received my food after a few minutes. I checked my bag to make sure there was ranch as I had requested on my mobile order. (There wasn't). I knocked on the window to ask for some. The young lady who gave me my food ignored me. She seen I had been knocking and took another order outside and walked around the building to avoid me. I noticed she was handing out other orders. I had not any intention of rudeness toward her. Another lady asked me to hold for a moment using her pointer finger. I patiently waited for quite a while. I should have left after this point. Finally a young man came to the window and asked how i could be helped. I politely stated they forgot ranch. He kindly gave me some, I heard the young lady who ignored me and completely avoided me as if I was rude to her, which I was not in any type of way. I could hear her yelling and complaining in the background about how I just wanted my sauce. I understand they may have had a bad night, but rudeness toward customers is a way of also losing them. Everyone has bad days, taking their problems out on customers is not professional. I also had paid extra for the ranch on the mobile app. If I hadn't, there would have been no problem of me just leaving in the first place. read more

Just ordered 2 drinks, took more than 15 minutes just to get them. The workers service was terrible.

5 days a week I stop in for coffee. 4 of the last 5 days were horrible. Pay for caramel and never get it. Ice coffee without ice. When I brought it to her attention she looked at me dumbfounded and shut the window in my face. I completely quit ordering frappes because the machine is always being cleaned. They have even let me pay for a frappe then Said I'd have to get something else because machine was being cleaned. When I asked for refund I was told no I'd have to get something else. This store is conveniently located for me but I guess I'll have to go out of my way to dunkin from now on. read more

First off, let me start by saying I realize this is a McDonalds and not a 5 star gourmet restaurant. That being said, Fast Food or Five Star I should be able to enter a restaurant and expect some degree of cleanliness. There were no clean tables. None, zero, zilch. The ketchup packs were dumped in a bowl that was so sticky my hands were covered in ketchup and we hadn't even opened any of it yet. Placing our order was another challenge. I'm not even sure how we got the correct order after that ordeal. I'm certain the fish on my sandwich could have been used to resole a tennis shoe. The french fries were limp and bland. There is just so much wrong with this entire meal. There are several other McDs to choose from in this town. I won't be back to this one. read more

This morning was the final straw! Ordered an EGG MCMUFFIN and a large diet Coke in the drive through. Well...got to the window and had a sausage McMuffin. And...no straw...which is THE NORM because I have to ASK for a straw every time! I'm done!!! read more

Was there yesterday at 10:30 a.m. They advertise $3 breakfast specials yet they would not let us have them. So we requested lunch and they denied us that stating they don't serve lunch until 11 a.m. Were there for breakfast yet we cannot have the $3 breakfast special and there's a big sign out in the front advertising $3 breakfast specials. So I ordered a couple of breakfast burritos a biscuit and a couple of drinks and was charged $14. Very unprofessional, poor management,manager standing right there looking at me and didn't give a crap! So then I go to get my drink and the coke was all out of syrup and I got a carbonated water. In short don't advertise breakfast specials and then deny them to the customer and then in turn refuse lunch options. Just so disgusted. Bad experience all the way around! read more
