My spouse and I are in town for the weekend. There aren't a lot of places open for lunch. When we walked in, the manager was on the phone with a customer that was lodging a complaint. Of course, I didn't hear the conversation on the other end, but the manager was condescending and rude. There was an older gentleman who came in to order and you could tell he didn't eat there much and instead of taking a few minutes to explain the menu, she copped an attitude with him. He tried to apologize to an employee for his behavior and she came back with "I wasn't the one who took your order". She could have gone and got the manager who did and allow him to apologize. He looked so upset. It also took 15 minutes to get two Big Mac meals. They were put together so sloppy that I just took mine apart and ate it with a fork. All but two tables were dirty. There was water all over the ladies room floor in the stalls like something was leaking. At least I hope it was water. The one seat was either broken or not put on tight enough and when I sat down, it slid. read more

Beware of crackhead Betty... I placed an order late a few nights ago. I drove up to the drive thru and had to place my Oder 4-5 times for this woman to get it. She wasn't using the thing where I could see the screen. My order was pretty basic. A McChicken (with added ketchup), a McDouble, a small fry, and a tea 1/2 sweet, 1/2 unsweet. I got to the first window where she told me my total. I paid. She handed me my red and slammed the window. I then looked at the receipt. She hadn't charged me for the fries. I waved trying to get her attention, but she completely ignored me. I drove to the 2nd window where I tried to get the attention of the man standing there. He looked right at me then just looked away. The same lady as before came this window I said "you didn't charge me for my fries". I didn't yell; I wasn't rude. She could have taken my card and just rang them up; it really shouldn't have been an issue. Instead she literally yelled at me "well I asked you if that's all you wanted. How would I know you wanted them." At this point I was really confused so I did get sarcastic and replied "because I literally ordered them FOUR times." It really doesn't take a genius to know if someone orders something they want it. If you're confused, just ask. After being verbally attacked, I asked to cancel my order. She actually told me no. But there was NO way I was eating or drinking anything from her. There's no telling what she would have done to it. And yes, I do believe she would have done something. I don't usually think that way about people but between seeing her and seeing the way she treated me as a customer, I think she really would have. I did drive off. I contacted the corporate office. I also contacted the person listed on the window to call in case of issues. I have not heard back. I did a charge back on my card. But even if I don't get the $6.50 back, I don't regret driving off instead of arguing with crackhead Betty. Also, I spend quite a bit of money on fast food. Too much if I'm honest, but I don't like to cook. While my measly couple hundred dollars monthly might not hurt a big business McDonald's they still will not get another penny of my money. I guess my next course of action is to advocate for a 24 hour Wendy's read more

Very unhappy with how me and my girls were treated. It was their mistake we ordered 2 Carmel frappes and only had one when we went to the second window. And was told we would have to go and get back into the long line we had already sat in to get the second one. And there was another car that had the same done to them. The excuse was there was no manager on duty. Won't be back to this McDonalds. Tried to call there numbers posted on the window. That is a joke as well. I'm sure they won't miss my business. The lobby was a mess. All the tables were dirty, dead flies on the window sills, trash in the lobby overflowing. Nastiest Mc Donald's ever!

People there were super distracted and my simple order was wrong and coffee made wrong twice.

Breakfast is good here in the morning... late-night sucks here.

There is trash dust dead flies in the restaurant. You cannot even enter the bathrooms. Filled with homeless people and rough crowd. They didn't get the order correct. Fries are beyond undercooked. I would keep driving out of town starving before stopping here. It doesn't even feel safe. read more

Excited to view the interior of the newly re designed east grand McDonald's. Looks beautiful...is McDonalds movin' up? I think so. Chef crafted customer choice sandwiches are good, buttermilk chicken sandwich delish!! What's the from scratch biscuit advertised, have 2 check it out!! 12/20/15 12:30pm. Spoke too soon... Don't know their own menu...tried to order buttermilk chic special... Only would give me the burger special ..only wanted one sandwich ended up with 2 mistakes, said they would fix it at the register, did not happen. The place is clean, the food is good, and the staff is courteous. The food is served quickly. The counter worker was fantastic. I don't like the touch screen menus. I do not use debit cards because someone stole my identity once. I use cash only. I have heard their goal is to do away with all counter help by 2020. Huge mistake. Please don't. read more

Okay, so honestly you really have to upset me for me to waste time and write a review. First off, I am well aware that everyone needs a brake, I get it, but not the whole restraunt at once. You are litterally going to shut the whole restraunt down and tell us you aren't going to take any orders for 10 minutes then cut the mike off? Not how a restraunt works. Especially one we get to way before closing just so we don't cause any issues. Well anyways, we pull up to the 1st drive through lane and they immediatly just say, "Hi." That's it. A ,"Hi." We try to start our order and then we get cut off by them telling us they aren't taking orders for 10 minutes. So we, stunned just say okay and drive around to wait our 10 minutes because this is the only restraunt next to us that serves soft serve ice cream. So we pull around and upon pulling around we notice every single employee, yes about 6 or 7 employees litterally sitting outside the building all at once smoking. This did bother us, but not to much as once again we understand. We do not smoke, but we do know people need to take a brake from time to time. Finally we waited a bit longer than the 10 minutes, we waited about 15 due to the cars that were pulling up out of nowhere. So we let the line go down, assuming that they were getting their order taken and not just driving off we get in line. We then proceed to sit there for another 5 minutes as they aren't answering the intercoms at all now and people are just driving off. Finally it gets down to only 2 people in front of us and we finally hear the intercom ask, "What do you want.?" Umm okay. So this person orders and drives up. The guy inbetween us speeds off really mad because he got stuck in line. Finally we get up to the intercom again. Round 2. We get the same, "What do you want?" Then I proceed to order 2 ice cream cones, and 1 hot fudge sundae. No problems till they repeat my order and then state that oh our ice cream machine is down.. this was no true as the people at the door recieving their food also got a McFlurry and was being handed it through the window as we drive by. This is not the first time I have had problems with this McDonald's.. this is every single time. Either our orders are wrong, our order wasn't fully taken before we are sent to the next window or we are get cut off and get upset before we can get our order taken.. so for this it deserves a lower star, but unfortinitly we can't do that so here we are. read more

There is this one woman who works the lunch shift that always looks like someone farted right next to her. No matter how often I smile and thank her, she still looks at me like I just made a doo doo. This makes for a crappy dining experience. read more

This to me is the best McDonalds in Hot Springs. The service is fast and the tea is always sweet (unlike most of the others around). And if you go there 2 late at night then you might catch some weird characters working in the kitchen. read more

Most of the staff including the manager are extremely rude to their customers. People off the street who don't buy anything are allowed to just sit in there and use the wifi 24/7 but paying customers are not. They constantly screw up orders, which is not nearly as bad as how they treat people but doesn't help. read more
