I placed an order that was going to take time because they were so busy. My food never arrived. I have a ring camera so I am not mistaken. I called the manager who informed me they would immediately reverse my charge. That was weeks ago. I am going to have my bank reverse it as a fraudulent charge and that makes it look like I don't balance my account. Very unhappy! read more

Said they were pet friendly for nice dogs. Not at all. An elderly woman that worked in the bar area was harassing me from the moment we walked in and came up to me 3X before we even ordered. Needless to say, I cancelled the order, I was barely even able to make almost the second after it was made, on Easter Sunday no-less. Extremely poor service from this elderly, narrow-minded person. My medium size chihuahua-golden retriever is extremely nice and well-behaved. The restaurant then claimed they have FDA regulations to follow after they invited us in. WTF?!? Food is usually very good and customer service excellent. Can't go wrong with grilled Chicken Alfredo, Alfredo boat all delicious. We usually get a couple of Fried Calamari plates. Best we have had. We shared a moose chocolate cake and it was just amazing. Great atmosphere and food. read more

Amazing!!! Our server was so amazing, so kind, so nice. He even would update us and apologize for things that we might have not even noticed. Food amazing as always! Also beautiful scenery! I've included a picture! ALSO THE BATHROOM WAS AMAZING! It was clean! The stall doors also closed all the way from side to side and the locks actually worked! Had the pleasure of eating at Olive Garden, Bentonville Arkansas yesterday. We were seated immediately and our server, Hannah, was there within minutes to take our drink order. Hannah was very friendly, knowledgeable and kept checking to see if we needed anything else. Her friendly "southern hospitality" shined. The food was good, perfect temperature, and brought out quickly. It may sound like business was slow when we were there but it wasn't. The parking lot is usually packed, We were in the area on Tuesday afternoon. This is a Very nice restaurant and the Server was good. We ordered Shrimp fritto and Tour of Italy. Salad. I went in this evening for a pickup order. After a long day at work, I just wanted to pick up a meal and get it home to feed my family. I went in and stood while the sole employee was on the phone for quite a long time. By this time, I decided to go and use the restroom and come back, she'd been on the phone so long, completely ignoring me. She could have made a gesture to acknowledge that she realized I was waiting, offered me a glass of water, or something civil. When I got back, no one was around, it was easily 10 minutes before I placed my order. I ordered the steak gorgonzola meal for my husband and the chicken picatta for myself. I asked for my husband's meal to have no cheese, and she assured me that was no problem. My husband's meal did not have the requested changes, and it tasted awful, he says. I asked for my salad to have no peppers and his to have no olives and they did not do either. We are not overly picky people, but this was too much. For a dinner over $50 and a 12 tip, they should make the minor adjustments to ensure that people enjoy their dinner. My dinner was fine, except that the chicken was really tough and chewy, overcooked to a fault. Lastly the breadsticks were soggy on one end, possibly because of the way they were packed while still hot and steamy. Dining in this restaurant seems to be ok, but their takeout needs a serious overhaul. read more

Stopped for something to eat after traveling all day from Miami. Arrived a little later in the evening so it wasn't busy. We were seated right away. This is a new location so everything is fresh. The server that waited on us was pleasant but IMO still needs some experience or further training. I can overlook many things that I personally don't prefer but having a server talk to us about food with something hanging down from their nose is a turnoff. This is a nightclub. Maybe I am wrong but I expect a salad to be served prior to the appetizer. This didn't happen. My wife ordered a ravioli entrée and it was good. We ordered calamari and it was greasy. I ordered shrimp scampi. I expected shrimp in a butter sauce on top of pasta. Instead it was loaded with tomatoes' with asparagus. I was bland at best. I don't care for tomatoes so this was not good to me. It was disappointing and I will give the server credit for offering to make something different but after flying I wasn't in the mood to wait. Now, the disappointment could be lessened but for the price of a entrée, nearly $20, I hold them to a higher standard. Will I return? Probably not. There are too many choices and when I have a disappointing experience I will choose somewhere else. read more

What a GREAT experience! While I'm not a fan of Olive Garden, my family surely is. We arrived to a wait of about 25-30 minutes. We checked in and received phone updates of our position on the waiting list. (I Liked That) When we did get inside it was PACKED. I figured we would be forever getting our food and drinks. (WRONG!) Within minutes of sitting down our sodas were served and our order taken, soon we also had our salad bowl, soups, cheese sticks and bread. As we were finishing up, our entrees came out and (WOW) they were incredible!! The guy who isn't a fan ate every bite. I mean it was excellent but let me tell you the best part. I watched the staff, they all did their thing to make sure every experience was good. But our waitress, Harley (like Davidson not Quinn), is the one you want, wait to be seated at her table! What a fantastic, hard working, young lady. We never went without! Also, the management staff is superb! There was a lady beside us who had gotten confused about her order, she had two elementary aged kids. When the bill came she was short on being able to pay. A manager came out and spent about 20 minutes with this woman and her kids. Not only did she work to help the lady understand, she took time with each of those children to look at things on their phones and give then 1-on-1 attention. The kids soaked it all up and when she left she acknowledged each child and told them bye. I'm a grumpy old man and I was impressed! Someone helped the lady to pay the bill and everything worked out but the staff was MORE than professional AND compassionate. Hey, I don't like Olive Garden but this location I loved it. I'll go back. Try it! It is well worth the wait, and again, Harley (like Davidson not Quinn) is your waitress. read more

Let's clear one thing up. OG does not make it's food fresh! All of the pasta, protein and soups are PREMADE and shipped to the restaurant and then reheated and served. The chicken, eggplant Parmesan are all frozen and then refried and served. Same with the pasta. The food is revolting and subpar. I don't understand how anyone thinks this is is good food. Soup and salad are amazing. I liked the Shrimp scampi too. The new facility is beautiful. Our waiter was awesome. We went there April 16th for our anniversary. We sat at table 2, a nice enclosed booth near the front. Our food came out fast and we didn't have to ask for refills on our drinks. Our waiter kept them topped off. And we didn't have to hunt him down for anything, he visited our table frequently. Now that's what we like in a waiter. read more

We love Olive Garden for the price point and comforting taste, but are generally prepared for meh service and ambience when we attend. This location wow'ed us. The building itself was aesthetically pleasing w vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and elegant appointments. We were pleasantly greeted and promptly seated with Kim who was obviously knowledgeable about the food and wine list. We knew what we wanted, but the table behind us was putting her through the ringer w wine tastings (.25 in Arkansas) and questions - she handled them deftly. Our food was great - my husband has eaten the chicken and shrimp carbonara a zillion times and said this was the freshest and best he had had. Kim even provided a tip for next time that he try it w angel hair instead, which she said could be done w no charge. This is a typical Olive Garden and the food was as expected. Although we were seated quickly and the server took our orders, the "endless" replenishment of the soup and salad was very slow. The serving sizes were very small; a partially full salad bowl for 3 people and very shallow soup bowls only partially filled. On another note, there was a little flat screen thing that my 14 month-old granddaughter was playing with. When we got our bill there was a $2.99 charge for a game which she could not possibly have played and there was no indication that there was a charge associated with the screen. I asked to have it removed and the server spoke with the manager about it and said it would be removed. We waited for over 10 minutes for the charge to be removed from the bill but finally gave up and paid it so we could depart. We will not be back. read more

Went late at night to grab a bite, we love Olive Garden. But when we went they had bus boys who thought it would be okay to sit behind my husband and I and start talking about stuff they do in the bathroom and things they do at school. Then they decided to finally get up after 5 minutes to sit at another table and talk with a group of girls they worked with and talk about their paychecks and tips. I've worked in restaurants my whole life and never have I ever experienced this before or done this before. I know you're ready to leave and excited to get home and excited about the money you made but it's very disrespectful to do so in front of customers who are trying to enjoy a date night. We told the manager about and whether he talked to them or not is besides the point. That is a parent teaching problem in my opinion, be respectful of others and their personally space.
