I couldn't believe this they initially forgot 2 orders of nuggets called they said they were closed but I could come get them I chose to wait I proceed eat the rest of my food the burger had a pinch of sauce and a few shreds of lettuce I barely had fries and the chicken sandwich wrap was for sure old and stales I'm appalled really I couldn't believe it this location really shocked me and left a disappointing taste and impression I'm so sad this was the closest location after a long tiring day especially being as hungry as I was and still is. read more

I told the worker behind the counter and she went to the back acted like she was doing something and came back to the front empty handed. This place has gone down hill since the past year (2019) they seemed to have a good manager back then. We came here & several vehicles left the drive thru because of the fact that they had you waiting for 5 minutes before saying hello (rudely at that fact). Then we pulled up and home dude swiped our card and said it was declined, we literally had to tell him to swipe it again cause he did it wrong, he then swiped it and what do you know, it worked. He handed the receipt with attitude and didn't even say anything. The night manager (who the employees acted like they didn't know their own managers name) seems to remain anonymous at the time. I get being over worked but they literally had several people in the back working, so how does it take 5 minutes to get someone to answer the drive thru? This is why I recommend the McDonald's on Jones rd, they always have better staff. I have worked minimum wage as well. however, I've never been a shit person to customers so idk, maybe it's a work ethic thing. read more

Waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes just to finally get up to the window and be told that they're only taking cash at the moment. Horrible service. My younger brother went there and witnessed 2 cars ahead of him leave because no one was there to serve the costumers. It specifically says in the store website that the hours for Saturday end at 2 am He was a full two hours before closing time so there is no exception as to why I was not served. There were two employers that were inside the establishment. Instead of them taking the time to acknowledge the customers they flat out ignored everyone. Just left there ordered two burgers with no pickles and no ketchup both burgers came with ketchup and the ticket on the wrapper even has it correct but both burgers still wrong. i could be a real pain and make a small situation bigger than what it really is. make up something as if i'm allergic to ketchup, call corporate etc. i know it gets busy sometimes but slow down a little and read the tickets carefully. The two stars are not about the food. It's McDonald's. This particular McDonald's is in disarray. They do have an indoor play area, however it is so torn up and beat up, I won't bring my kids here again. It seems like the owner of this franchise is not investing any money toward the upkeep of the building. In front of the checkout they have coffee beans laying about, I'm guessing to get rid of the smell. My drink was flat. And tasted awful. I have been to thousands of Mickey D's in my lifetime, a fact I'm none too proud of however this one is the worst I've ever experienced, bar none. Walked in stood there for 7+ minutes no one including the manager acknowledged us or the people ahead of us in line who clearly had been standing there for over 10 minutes, so we used the automatic ordering system in the lobby (which was extremely confusing and not user friendly at all, especially with the payment). Then proceeded to wait another 5 minutes+ for the manager looking guy to actually take our money at which time ahead of paying we were informed we have no happy meal toys. Well **** we wouldn't have even bothered to come here and worse he could have deducted that from our bill, but instead offered us another cookie, or apple, and they didn't even honor that, or our request for double fries.. My burger was luke warm at best, chicken was cold, fries were barely warm clearly old. Not a clean table in the restaurant, every table had trash or food residue on it, drink area was disgusting sticky and coated in soda syrup, and believe me when I say the bathrooms were even worse. Absolute incompetence on all levels, clearly understaffed, unprepared, and out of happy meal toys and then he could have easily adjusted our bill but instead chose to lie to us. Terrible dirty unkempt store, terrible service/employees, terrible food, frankly left wanting a refund for enduring this level of incompetence and for wasting massive amounts of our precious time. I went today at 11:45am, and asked for an egg McMuffin, and the girl in the drive- thru said, " we aren't serving breakfast". I said, i don't understand when you serve it all day now. Got here just after 5 o'clock they inform me that they have no beef! A place that was founded on their burgers has no beef. They also tell me there are no large drinking cups. If I could give no stars with this review I would, the staff at this location is rude. The customer service goes out the window even at the drive thru. We asked if they were still doing the classic deal, the lady who helped us at the pay window said no and the staff working inside are rude. Well pulled up to refund the money and get the deal the staff had previously told us they didn't have. The manager pretended not to speak any English!?! How are you a manager and can't speak the language!?!!! Anyway wasted 20minutes of my life bc that's how long it took to get my money back and then lady who helped me said word for word..
