It was literally horrible, the lady's who work there are so rude to the teens who go to the middle and highschool near by and the Manager has called me and my friends slurs in Spanish because she thinks we don't know Spanish but most of us do. On multiple different occasions they have called me and my friends Fagg*ts in Spanish and has call my friends and other random customers the n-word also in Spanish. I tried asking the lady who did this her name but she kicked me and my friends out and told me that I was banned even though all we did was sit down, eat, and talk. I come to McDonald's when I want a quick bite. The menu is not complicated, especially when each item has a number. How hard is it for you to put down that I want two spicy deluxe meals? It's not a special or customized order either. Well for here, the girl taking the order deliberately acted like she didn't get my order down and was passive aggressive. The workers start saying that we haven't payed and once one hears all the other workers come to tell us we didn't pay for our order. They were so rude to my mom and didn't even hear us out when we continually said we did pay for our order! Once i walked inside the manager was SO RUDE, and did not seem sympathetic at all. If I could give this 0 stars I would, a HORRIBLE experience, although it is McDonald's and we don't expect a 5 star service this was just unacceptable, firstly on the intercom the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional, even got our order wrong, it doesn't stop there, once we head to the first window to pay for our order the old lady didn't say anything took the money we handed and gave us our change, as we head up to the second window in order to get the food we are told we hadn't payed for anything and would not be receiving our food! After vividly remembering giving money to the lady at the previous window they refused, it doesn't stop there if gets worse, all the workers cluster up and YELL at us, very unprofessional in ANY profesión, that we never payed and we were lying this lasted a couple minutes we decided to pay AGAIN in order to receive our order. It wasn't the money that angered us as much it was the people making us feel crazy and screaming at us that made us angry, again we don't expect a 5 star review but no one has to go through that especially when we had done no wrong!! After they had us park at a parking lot and a worker step out and very rudely hand out change, after waiting for what seemed hours a man with our order comes outside and apologizes for all of the workers! Turns out according to him, everyone in there does NOTHING and are lazy and he has to constantly tell them to do their job! How outrageous!! We go inside to talk to the manager, we had not only payed for our order when the workers were demanding us to pay but we had payed double too! She goes and talks to the lady who took our money when we had payed the first time and she refused and said we hadn't payed! After they double check ( which should have been done sooner) we come to find out we had payed for the person in front of us and they had left with a meal we had payed for!! We get our refund in a rudely manner the manager throws the money on the counter having some coins drop on the floor, as she mumbled how she hated her job and wanted to quit!! Firstly if she hated her job so much she should've quit instead or ruining other people's night and her own, and would honestly save herself some headaches but to each their own, but what she has no right to do is SCREAM AT US for a mistake her AND all the workers did!! So, after the horrible service, rude attitudes, and incorrect orders at the Studewood at I-10 store, I decided to "show them" by driving past their location to go to this location on Yale instead. Ordered my Mushroom Swiss Melt, was all excited because they actually had Texas toast, the one on Studewood hasn't the past 2 times I've been, and drove home only to find and ice cold sandwich and fries (home is 2 minutes away). And, to top it off, there are NO mushrooms on my burger. Just a big glob of whatever the sauce is. I don't eat fast food often but I really like the mushroom swiss burger.Unfortunately, the Studewood location gave me an overcooked fried chicken patty instead of my mushroom swiss burger and this location gave me no mushrooms and cold food. For $2 more, I'll drive down to Hubcap Grill and get a real, hot, delicious burger. This is unacceptable. read more

This got to be the worst McDonald's in the WORLD every time I've gone I keep saying I'm not coming back but I do because it's convenient or I'm tired something so the last three times it's just bad news bad service very bad service this time I'm drawing the line I go there about I guess 12 or one and I order breakfast you know an egg and cheese biscuit with a hash brown and a coffee OK I'm at the window now mind you I'm checking my order and lo and behold it had the sausage on it I told them no meat just egg and cheese OK so they take it back and give it back to me with the same thing on it oh my Goodness so they give it back to me I go around to the front and I park to eat well honey I bite into the hash brown it looked like it might've been five days old so I go back to the drive-through and I tell them I'm doing an exchange can I have another hash brown and she said oh you want a fresh one (duh, wouldn't you want a fresh one) they ask me to park and They'll bring it out because they had to make it fresh I asked them how could you sell someone something like that. Then to make matters worse, they just took the sausage off the sandwich and gave it back to me. I told her people that don't eat meat especially pork don't eat like that I'm so upset I would go back and just get my money back but I just didn't feel like dealing with them anymore. Like others have said, this McDonald's seems incapable of getting orders right. Is it really that difficult to look at the ticket and bag what the customer ordered? My ticket clearly read what I ordered: Egg White Delight NO Canadian Bacon, and what did I get? Just the Canadian Bacon. Whomever is packing the food for the to-go orders needs to be fired. They're losing customers fast. I went in the morning when other fast food places that serve breakfast were crowded, but not this McDonald's. I was literally the only one there. Now I know why. So I just visited this McDonald's late at night after one of the best workouts I've ever had and you know how after you work out you get that super hungry feel you just have to eat something well I was in between going home and having some fruit after my workout or getting McDonald's and me being the failure that I am went to McDonald's and I do not regret it the fries are so crispy and fresh my order was correct and 10/ 10 would go again! The employees here are some of the friendliest employees I have ever encountered, at a McDonald's or any other restaurant otherwise. I came in on a rainy Saturday night and they young man behind the counter greeted me so nicely, I asked him if they had chocolate ice cream, and he said no... But then he proceeded to suggest that he could make me some chocolate ice cream on his own. He then spent 10 minutes carefully mixing chocolate fudge with the vanilla ice cream to make some perfect chocolate ice cream in a cup for me. And he only charged me the one dollar hot fudge sundae fee. Sometimes I think that all of the old fashion goodness between a employee and a patron must be a thing of the past, but I feel like I got a classic soda fountain 1950s experience at this McDonald's. The drive-through line was really long, which can be an issue because there is not much space for cars to line up in the drive-through before they start backing out onto Yale Street. But with customer service like this, you don't really have anything to lose by parking your car and going inside. The inside was of average cleanliness and everything seemed to be in order. This is definitely my go to McDonald's for the Heights area. read more
