Waitstaff and cashier, Alicia really made my evening at Mickey D's enjoyable.. really nice, sweet, attentive person. My friend and I ordered a double fish sandwich with three medium fries and what do we get? A double fish-o-filet and three medium fries. We got exactly what we ordered. I needed mustard for my fries and my friend needed salt for her fries, we both asked Alicia and she was on top of game. I especially liked that they had real mustard and not that yucky honey mustard mess. To add, Alicia was always smiling, no nonchalant attitude.. I read the reviews before coming, and decided to try them out anyway. I ordered the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. When I went to go eat the hotcakes, I noticed there was no syrup. I removed everything from my tray, and lo and behold, no syrup. Let's try this again "Big Breakfast with Hotcakes". No syrup. Place was clean, including parking lot. I did not visit the restroom. This place sucks so bad. like... they are literally garbage. i'm 19 and don't care ever enough to write a review for a place, but this place really knows how to screw up 24/7. They always make me pull up in the drive thru and make me wait even when there are no costumers in line. They take FOREVER ! 4 times I went by there before work (I don't learn my lesson) they open up at 5 and didn't open until 5:10. This has happened all four times. The MANAGER slammed his drive through window on me when I asked for my iced coffee to have more coffee in it. I could literally see the thick layer of cream at the bottom of the cup and I don't feel like I was making a ridiculous request. This location is a total joke- the customer service has become incredibly poor and that starts at the top obviously. This is the only location that charges for a cup of ice water too! We were hungry! There were few other options! We came through the drive through and I thought this was supposed to be fast food... The person in front of us took a long time, that's forgivable. But it took so long for us to get our cheeseburger and nuggets. We didn't even ask for anything special.
