This is for sure the worst McDonald in the entire area. They always missed with the order. I went today, I ordered bacon ranch salad with no bacon and chicken on the side, and I ordered five double cheeseburger absolutely with no pickles and onion. My salad came with chicken and the bacon on the side, and all the burgers had pickles and onions, which means no one is going to eat them. if i could give this place a negative star i would. i used to always go to this place because it was much closest. i stopped going because my last visit grossed me out so much i hated fast food for a good year. my friend treated me with McDonalds from this location and the person taking our order didn't care about anything what so ever. we asked for a bacon,egg, and cheese McGriddle meal with orange juice and they said "we don't have it. want cheese?" as confused as we both are we didn't want to make a big deal out of it. we took our food and drove off and i never received my hash browns (the only thing i was looking forward to), no egg and bacon (so i guess they were out of both bacon and eggs?), and handed my orange juice with a few flies in it. as a fast food worker myself, i could see that instantly before handing it out so knowing they see that knowing someone will get sick from it, its heartless of them. if they don't want to work, just leave. it shows you don't care what your working hard for. read more

Ordered 3 breakfasts and when I pulled to the window to pay they said their system just rebooted. So I gave them my order again and pulled up to get my food. Lady at that window in broken English asked me for my receipt. Handed her the receipt and got the food minus one drink. I asked for that and got it. When I got home I noticed that they didn't put in one if the sandwiches. I was furious. I will never go back to this location. If you have people working the window here are my recommendation s: 1) speak english; 2) be able to READ english!! Dont ask for a receipt and not be able to read it!!! I had ordered a simple order of a hot n spicy and a larger fry so I roll up to the window and luckily I checked the bag but I had no fries so I asked them for the fries they said they were making them so I get the fries and there cold and hard some hard some crunchy so disgusting I just threw it away! Well, I fell for it due to the virus scare and ordered from this place using Uber Eats. The delivery service was great. The "food" was even worse than before. Worse than ever. Two drive thru lanes open. Only one is taking orders. I'm getting skipped by 4 cars. Decide to go inside to order. Theirs a girl that's clocked out hanging out behind the counter all the employees including the shift leader look lost! My order gets taken. The manager is talking to the employee off the clock about how he's gonna miss her and is gonna have to work without her being in the restaurant. I talk to the manager and mention that two lanes are open and only one is being used to take orders and he's like yea we're transitioning and just blows off my concern. I have been eating at this location for 17 yrs, over the past 5 years it has gotten terrible. Tonight the ice cream machine broke again, we had to wait 10 minutes for food in drive thru & when we got home we had small fries instead of large, they were RAW. The fries are usually soggy and my order is usually wrong. The other customers' orders were being messed-up, too. The workers were switching food between bags. The drive-thru lady was talking about me loud enough for me to hear: "She was supposed to pick up the order in the drive-thru, but she came inside." I went to get dessert there tonight, hoping they had the dipped cones, as I saw that another location has them and I thought I would ask if this one had the dipped cones. They didn't, but that's not what bothered me. The lady at the pay here stop was very rude. She said in an aggressive tone, "We don't have dipped cones here!" Ordered a premium grilled wrap and when I got to the window was told to pull forward they had three minutes left on the chicken. No problem, I understand they need to keep the line moving as well as keeping their time down. I pulled forward and sat there for about 10 minutes before I drove around to the window for a second time. The guy who was taking orders (the only one who was helpful) did seem concerned and went and got it for me. When I got home I unwrapped it and it had just been thrown into the box. The quality control at this location is atrocious!! Why are there continuously no biscuits after 10:00. Really!!!?! If I want a bacon, eye & cheese BISCUIT, an English Muffin does not cut it!! My husband always orders his sausage biscuits with NO cheese and he ALWAYS gets cheese. Not to mention that part of the problem could be that the employees dont speak English!!! Do not come here! I took my kid to get some ice cream and I was craving a Dr Pepper so we stop by. As I was paying we noticed the guy in the back with his hand down his throat picking his teeth. Reluctantly I paid and when we went to the receiving window guess who it was?! The guy handed us our order and I took it but was speechless. I waited for the next guy to come to the window and asked for the manager when I was informed that the guy that handed us the order was the manager! So I calmly requested another manager and she came to the window and I explained to her what was going on but she pretended like she didn't understand so I told her in Spanish! The dude then comes back to try to argue with me and say he no pick his mouth! Big mistake because I didn't want to make a big deal about it and would calmly take my refund but now he's calling me a liar! I'm totally grossed out and I will never return there again. I have visited this McDonalds many many times. Every single time I have gone through the drive thru, the usual lady answers to take my order. Very pushy and rude. When I pull up to give her my card, she never says hello or anything, just puts her hand out to take my payment. I know this is McDonalds and I shouldn't be expecting anything different, but come on...at least say hello and pretend to be friendly. She is the reason why I will not be going to this McDonalds anymore. Just leaves me in an irritated mood when I leave. Also, the last time I went here, I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin. Got home three minutes later and there wasn't any egg on it. Terrible McDonalds. Just don't waste your time here. RUDE staff and they can never get an order right. read more

Apparently this isn't open 24 hours... they have times during the night to "reboot" so make sure to not tell 20 people like I did to come give them business after an event because they can't accommodate you... Whataburger is better and down the street. read more
