I have been here multiple times over the past year and this place is so underrated. I love all their food items because they are all so cheap, and their drinks are really good too. These are the drinks I have tried: Lychee Mango Tea, Premium Cana Oolong Milk Tea, Oreo Cake Cream Matcha Milk Tea, and Taro Milk Tea. As for the food, I have tried: Kimchi Fries, Squid Balls (spicy), Popcorn Chicken (garlic parm), Spicy Ramen, Takoyaki. Everything is good but the best drinks gotta be the Oolong Milk Tea and the Lychee Mango Tea, and the best food I always get is the Kimchi Fries. The interior is really nice and cozy. They have a lot of plants and they are real! The only problem about this place is that they're a bit too far and really deep in the Clear Lake area, they're right next to Go Shabu Hotpot. I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I ordered three drinks for myself and my kids and specifically asked for 0% sugar in the hibiscus tea. I explained that we simply wanted hibiscus mango tea with lychee jelly and boba, and I was explicitly told there would be no added sugar in the drinks. When I tasted mine, it was unbearably sweet--honestly, it tasted like Kool-Aid. I brought it back to the counter because this was clearly not what I had asked for. Only then was I told that the mango syrup they use is already sweetened. Had that been explained when I ordered--especially after I specifically asked about the sugar--I absolutely would not have ordered it that way. I wasn't asking them to remake the drinks because I changed my mind or didn't like the flavor. I ordered based on incorrect information their employee gave me. Yet when I asked if they could remake the drinks without the sweetened mango syrup, I was told I would have to pay an additional 50% for each drink. That is incredibly poor customer service. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but when a customer specifically asks about an ingredient, is given incorrect information, and purchases multiple drinks based on that information, the appropriate response is to simply correct the order--not charge the customer again for the business's mistake. We would have been perfectly happy with plain hibiscus tea, lychee jelly, and boba. I wasn't looking for anything for free; I simply wanted the drinks I thought I was purchasing based on what I was told. This time I ordered something light and refreshing: Earl Grey Black Tea with Tea Jelly. You can customize your sweetness and ice level! I also went for a special combination banh mi with no jalapeños to try. The tea hit the spot for me. Refreshing and strong tea flavor. Exactly what I needed! The Banh Mi was delicious. I finished it all in one sitting. I thought combination meant actual grilled meats, but it seems like they are the processed Vietnamese sliced meats. No big deal. Still delicious and flavorful. It came with cucumbers, pickled veggies, cilantro, and a mixed mayo spread. They had plenty of seats inside for groups and individuals to sit and study/relax, along with greenery to make this place more cozy and relaxing. They also had a shelf of games you can play! The banh mi was perfectly toasted so it's crispy but also soft at the same time. They were generous with their mayo and pate, along with the fillings of meat and veggies. I would definitely come back for the banh mi alone. I liked it that much. Popcorn chicken (spicy) 5/5. Wow, I don't know how they could've made this even better but the crispiness of the chicken and the seasoning was perfect. The taste is also great and it feels like they used new oil so you can't taste the saltiness of the old batter. I also loved how generous they were when they gave me this order as well. I was so full, I couldn't finish but know that I'll be bringing this home to share with my husband! Overall, amazing experience. I gave them a couple months before coming back to give them a full review, and I am just impressed. First off, really disappointed at the fact that there were no Banh Mi; I was told they ran out and they would serve it tomorrow. The food was good but it seemed as if there was too much of the same flavor in the same items we ordered. Eventually your palate becomes overwhelming and even cloying. They should offer pickled items like cabbage and carrots; kimchi is a substitute but I can only eat so much of it. The mango and lychee tea was good but I've had better. The trash was full and dirty. They should pay more attention to hygiene. The cashier didn't know anything about the food items and even gave us the wrong info on one of them until a lady from the kitchen came in to explain. The place overall needs to declutter a bit. Christmas stuff still lingering around and it's the end of January. This is a college hangout place. Fair prices, comfort food (no real meals available) and obviously your coffee and tea fix. Unfortunately this is marketed for a different segment than mine. Would I ever go back? The drink I ordered was a yuzu lemon tea since I don't often see that flavor on boba shop menus and my total was $6.28 with the addition of boba. There's yuzu bits inside which makes the drink taste refreshing, and something that they offer in their tea options is "T Jelly" which the cashier explained to me was tea in jelly form. It definitely is different and in a good way! They also have a loyalty card, which after 9 drink purchases, you get the 10th one free.
