Every time I have visited, it's been very clean, busy but with no wait, and very lively. I have had the same server every time, and she is very bright & pleasant each time. The service is quick, and servers are attentive! Now... for the main event: the food. The forester burger has grilled mushrooms, caramelized onions, swiss cheese, fried shiitake mushrooms and truffle aioli. The combination, along with a juicy burger patty is amazing. The bun was perfectly toasted, and the truffle aioli doubles as a perfect dip for the fries. I cannot recommend this burger enough. I am picky about restaurant burgers and often find them overcooked, and Flip Side nails it every time. I had a cocktail as well, and it was perfectly balanced, and delightful! I'll be back soon, and probably bringing new friends, it's just that great of an experience.
