Fries weren't fresh but the chicken nuggets were. Overall good for what it is. Customer service was amazing tho.

Ordered with the app and after they gave me the drink at the window they told me to park in stall 1. I pulled up and parked in stall on but I waited and waited. After 20 minutes I called but nobody answered so I went inside. After waiting in line several minutes I told the lady that I didn't get my order and what stall I was in. She mumbled and disappeared so I asked another employee and they told me they already gave us our order. After several more minutes and all employees avoiding eye contact with me they finally told me they gave the wrong car my order and they are making it for me again. Yesterday... 2:30pm... McDonalds on 30th. The drive-thru line was so long I went inside to order. There were five customers inside, two women were at the counter when I walked in, three customers were seated. The girl at the register was completely lost and fumbled around on the register. I ordered two hamburgers, catsup only, two small orders of fries, one medium ice tea with two sugar packetts and one medium dr pepper, to go. The girl at the register handed me the two cups for the drinks and I removed the top cup, asking her to hand me another cup and told her to keep her fingers out of the new cup. Yup she had her fingers in the top cup of the first two. Sooo... I was standing at the drinks counter when a McD's employee walked up behind me and said "Two hamburgers and two small fries?" I turned around to see the order on a tray and said, "To go." Evidently the girl at the register didnt mark it to go. I was still fixing the drinks when the McD employee came back and handed me a bag, yup she was fast. Got the order, went to the car gave the bag to my wife, she gave me a hamburger, sure was dry... no catsup. OK... drove off... second burger...; no catsup. Horrible manger tonight!! Boyfriend call me saying that the manger named Juliana Chavez sent him home because he change the filter on the fryer because they supposed to change it ever 6 meals. I went to this McDonald's hoping to get something to eat before I go to the Kansas State fair to exhibit my cattle, but it wasn't a quick trip to McDonald's. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle with a breakfast burrito and I wanted to get a caramel frappe, but the machine was broken. I ordered and sat down and after 30 minutes of waiting, I was tired of that so I asked if I can get it to go and after I said that they gave me my stuff. They grabbed it off the counter and put it the bag. It seemed like my stuff had been sitting there for 20 minutes. I got my food and started heading to the Kansas State fair and on my way, I found a big piece of hair inside of my breakfast burrito. That grossed me out so then I went to eating my sausage egg and cheese McGriddle except it wasn't a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. It was an egg McMuffin. This place is absolutely terrible. Only a handful of times has my order been correct and fresh. Not only that but the workers who operate the drive thru are nearly incompetent. The frustration I have towards this McDonald's and it's employees is other worldly. I was just there and I was asked what I wanted again at the window. Somehow when telling the worker exactly what I wanted to her face she still managed to get my order incorrect. The amount of barely competent workers honestly disgraceful to the company as a whole. Service has been chaotic at best... They forgot . My drink tonight - Apple juice carton. I got home with my sack of food..no drink. Called back to McDonald's - it rang and rang and then they hung up on me. Three weeks ago - I waited in line inside for my breakfast McGriddle when the lead that day and a helper got into it in front of us customers and I had to leave for my appt. without my paid for order. I don't even know why I keep going back here. Every time I come here I order the number nine which is the two cheeseburgers and I get them with ketchup and pickle only. If you like raw hamburgers, this is the place to go. On 1/4/19, I was served a raw hamburger from this location. It was approximately 2:00 p.m. and they were NOT busy. This was the proverbial last straw for me. My family and I will not eat at McDonald's ever again. read more

I would describe this McDonalds as working Chaos! Went through the drive thru. After waiting in line for 5 minutes with 2 lanes I was finally able to place my order. Two for $5.00 deal. Two ten piece chicken nuggets and Two drinks. The line of cars in front of me just were not moving. After another five minutes I finally got to the window to pay. There appeared to be issues with the cars ahead and after another five minutes I finally made it up to the pick up window. It was cracked open and I could hear what sounded like angry confusion coming from the direction of the kitchen. As I sat and waited a few more minutes a you do man came to the window only to shut it...... Now it started to get weird. The young man came back to the window to confirm my order. I sat there another few minutes, he came back to the window to tell me to move forward to a third window. I did as I was told and sat there for another 5 minutes before deciding to go inside and see what was going on. Asked the counter attendant why my order was taking so long? They could not tell me. Should it take 15 minutes to go through the drive through and still not have my order? I went back to my vehicle and continued to wait for another five minutes before they brought it out all the while they were having other drive through patrons pulling forward into parking spaces waiting for their orders. Whoever has the franchise rights to this location better check out the management they have hired because the service at this location is horrible.
