Breakfast ends at 10:30 on Sunday?!? Not happy about that! Most people don't start eating lunch at 10:30am.

Second trip to this location, could not be better. Service was outstanding, food came out within a minute of being ordered, even with a busy drive-thru line. Friendly cashier and a great and clean environment that invited us to stick around to eat inside. Food was great as well, nothing to complain about. Absolutely the worst mcD's, the slowest service on the planet. Then, headed out on the highway only to find that my sausage mcmuffin with egg did not have egg, the cheese was cold, and the English muffin was stale and crunchy like it had been sitting around for a week. Worst fast food customer service I've seen. Went through the drive thru and the woman on the speaker was really rude. Tried to order a combo from the screen but she wouldn't listen (and added the items individually, making it more expensive) and ended the order before we were finished (wouldn't let us edit after or create a second order). Don't waste your time. Stopped by this place on the way back down from the U.P. There were 3 women running the whole place, including the drive through. I went in and waited some time before I was able to place my order. The place was quickly filling up as the waiting area is small. No social distancing and 3 people with out mask. After the room was full, and between placing my order and waiting for it to arrive, it had been almost a half hour and still hadn't received my order, I decided to leave after the room filled and social distancing and wearing a mask were not enforced, I left without my order. order #182 I left because I knew I was getting ready to explode! read more

This THE WORST service we have ever experienced! Not only was the wait 20+ minutes but the employees are rude and were purposely ignoring customers!!! It was insane, 10 people ahead of us got refunds and no one was being rude about it EXCEPT the employees!!! One woman asked politely how much longer her food would take and the young man at the counter ignored her, she asked again and he said "I don't know, let me get someone to give you a refund" ???? What? Then another woman asked the drive through lady how much longer her food would take and she said "I don't know I'm only in charge of the drive through" seriously !? It was crap. All of it. The staff there needs to be retrained on customer service and how they're managing their time. If you have to drive a little further to get your food do it. Absolutely awful! We literally waited a half hour for our food. When we finally got it, the fries were cold and the nuggets we weird looking and gross. The worst part of the whole experience was the manager working, she was totally rude and horrible to the people that wanted refunds for waiting so long. Sat at the ordering box for a few minutes without anyone coming to take the order.... pulled up to window and saw employees just standing around eating.... they could have cared less about serving us. The Burger King across the street had a massive line.... guess this is why..... also a female employee was standing by side door vaping, in uniform..... classy! read more

This place is such a joke. The past about let's see, 15 times I've gone since 2018 has started the shortest wait we've had through the drive thru was 30 minutes. 30 MINUTES FOR "FAST" FOOD? & they usually forget something whether it's the $5 sandwich we pay for or something small. This place should just shut down or hire all new employees that can actually do their job of staring at a monitor and placing the correct food in the bag that people had to spend money on and wait all day for. I ordered a meal with a 10 peace McNugget, medium fry, chicken, and a Big Mac. the 10 peace McNugget was ok other then it being very soft and squishy which was very gross. The fries were terrible because they were given to me hard and cold and fries are not supposed to taste like that. The chicken came with lettuce and the chicken itself was good but the lettuce tasted like it was three days old and I know what three day old lettuce tastes like from experience. The Big Mac was all in all fine, but over all I had a bad experience with most of my food and I had to wait a very long time for it which did not help this review. I would not recommend this McDonalds to anyone read more

Worst fast food experience ever! Ordered a cone and a plain hamburger at the drive-thru window. Only 2 cars in line ahead of us, but it took 21 minutes from the time we ordered our food until we were handed our order. Rude and slow employees working at this location. We were several miles away from the restaurant when we noticed that we'd been given some type of breaded chicken sandwich instead of the plain hamburger we'd ordered. I grabbed my receipt and located the phone number at the top. I tried calling the restaurant several times throughout the rest of the evening, but no answer. It's obvious that the owners and management don't care about their customers. Lastly, this location is pretty dumpy looking and in dire need of a remodel. Do yourself, your wallet and your precious time a favor and AVOID this joint. read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. Consider it an indication that I made the mistake of stopping here. 9:00 at night, certainly not any time that would be considered busy, and I didn't see anyone pull in ahead of or order ahead of me. Pull around the corner and there is a truck, waiting to be served. I think, "okay, maybe he had a big order". And we wait. And wait. Wait some more. He's clearly getting frustrated and at one point honks his horn. During this entire time (now approaching close to ten minutes) NO ONE comes to window to apologize or give any update. There are virtually no cars in the parking lot so it's pretty clear they aren't busy inside. Finally someone comes and hands him a single bag of food and one drink, so not a big order. He apparently asks to see a manager and more waiting ensues. Someone comes and after a conversation that is obviously unsatisfactory, he drives away. I'm thinking my food should come right out the window, one Big Mac and a small coke. Nope. I wait. And wait. And wait. No one comes to the window. Finally an incredibly sullen young woman comes, pulls my drink and shoves it out the window at me. No greeting, no apology, no update as to why I'm waiting for a single sandwich. Another woman is walking around inside shooting glaring looks at me, apparently for daring to be a customer. Then my sandwich finally comes and is again shoved out the window, no apology, not a word. I would have asked for the manager but at this point I'd been there so long I was forgetting what my family looked like so I sped away and will NEVER return. I still feel bad for the two cars that had rolled in during the endless Siege of the Fast Food. And because I'm feeling pretty judgy....whether you can help it or not, if you have a pretty nasty looking skin condition, fast food might not be your best option for employment. read more

What a joke, they don't even deserve 1 star. Waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes AFTER ordering, then they forgot half of our order so my husband went in only to wait another 15 minutes before walking out. I then went in to get it and they acted like they had no clue someone was just in waiting for half an order that was missed. To top it off while I was complaining to the guy taking orders the manager was giving dirty looks from the back. Not the first time have run into this at this location!!!! read more

If you thought McDonalds was fast food. Don't go to this location. I stopped in on the way home from Petosky and it tool 15 minutes for them to give me an oatmeal. One Oatmeal! nothing else. Apparently this location makes food as you order it. Customers were all over the gas station waiting for their breakfast meals. We were in Indian River last week, and went to 310 BBQ for BBQ pork unfortunately there was no BBQ pork they were out and this is at 5 o'clock. So we decided to stop at McDonalds to try their sirloin burger. when we received our food through the drive thru the burgers were barely warm and the fries were so nasty you couldn't even eat them.
