The trays were overflowing--there was honestly enough food for 40+ people! Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious and every single guest loved it. I only have one big issue with Mooyah, though: they oversalt the hell out of the fried potatoes. It is especially bad with the homemade potato chips, which really sucks because I can tell they are homemade. Unfortunately, when I order online, I do not have the option to request no salt. This is frustrating because I like to control my sodium intake, and I do not get any real say in how much salt is put on my potatoes. I clearly get an overload of salt whenever I eat fried potatoes here. Otherwise, I like this spot. I just have to be prepared to get a small size of fried potatoes for my body's sake, sodium-wise.

It was on me for not checking in detail, but it's a bit ridiculous that a majority of my orders here always come out messed up and that I contacted via email afterward about it and had no response.

The worst customer service on Monday evening. There are more than 5 workers working, that includes 3 at the front. These three somehow get all occupied and can't help customers to order. When I arrived, the girl told me to order at the kiosk because there is no one to help me at the counter.... Uh... There are many ppl at the kiosk and are struggling to figure stuff out. I tried but couldn't make the special order as it was not available on the kiosk. After wasting time at kiosk I had to stand in line again to order at the counter, which now is being served by the girl who told me to use the kiosk... What is this? Some type of racism? Did she start serving because a Caucasian old guy stood at the counter, but didn't want to serve me because I'm Asian? Come on... There were others who were available to help me but didn't care a bit. I don't get why the service went downhill here. It must be the management not instructing the workers right. I will make the review on the receipt as well. Hopefully the regional corporate recognizes this. read more

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige. One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!". Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs. I even dip my fries in McNiger sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant. read more

**Terrible Experience at McDonald's** Recently, I visited McDonald's and had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered food through the kiosk and selected 4 sauces, which were listed as free ($0.00) on my receipt. However, when I approached the counter, they refused to give me the sauces despite them being on my receipt. The staff stated that I had to pay $0.25 for each sauce. To make matters worse, the staff was very rude and claimed that because they are a franchise, they can set their own rules. This incident is completely unacceptable. The kiosk system misled me, and the staff refused to resolve the issue on the spot. This experience left a very negative impression of McDonald's service. I hope they improve in the future and stop misleading their customers. read more

MacDonald at culver and Irvine Center dr. Is a very bad location to eat. Order takers always have rigid look. Always new faces and not well trained and no good manners. The emplyees talk very loud, hearing eletronics loud and noisy with no earphone, and always staring at your eating, very discourteousy. They lack basic courtedy and the managements don't teach or tell the employees the basic manners. Even quite a few customers are talking very loudly. The whole location is low. When the emplyee did things wrong, the manager or supervisor don't tell that employee he or she did wrong and still maintain bad manners to customers. Their employees thus always look angry to customers. If you want to get good mood and good food, consider going elsewhere. Mark my words! read more

Im as American as apple pie and im treated horribly everytime i test this location. If your hispanic there nice to you if not...good luck on receiving anything close to service. Im disappointed as first an American to be treated the way they do and secound of all McDonalds Corp should pull there franchise contract from this owner who also operates several within Irvine and newport beach. It amazes me that no one fixes these issues, Corp shoud get involved and send "Secret Shoppers"to regulate there operators more. I strongly advise against visiting this place if you're dealing with late-night cravings. The manager's (Alejandra) behavior is completely unacceptable, marked by rudeness and mockery towards customers. Despite spending $50 on fast food, I experienced disrespectful treatment. Moreover, the manager's attitude towards her team members was unpleasant. Providing only 2 sauces for a family of 4 and neglecting to offer additional items reflected their poor customer service. McDonald's is pretty much McDonald's. I like this place a little better than other ones because it's so clean inside and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Maybe it's a placebo effect, but the McDonald's here has food that seems a tad bit fresher than other McDonalds in other cities. Granted, I've only been in the general Orange County area's McDonalds, but I think having been to about 4 or 5 of them, this one is one of the better ones. read more

Drive thrus these days have really stepped up their game. I saw a mcdonalds commercial about the maple bacon dijon and thought i'd give it a try. Went to the mcdonalds right next to my house for thr first time in forever and got the meal. It was not good. The meat and fries tasted like they'd been sitting out. The meal cost $10.50. With the habit, mooya, and carls jr delivering a much better product, i don't see why people go here. read more

This is one of the better looking Mcdonalds in chinatown. You wouldn't want to dine in if you come here pass 12am. This is good considering that they open 24/7. A good pit spot if you need some TLC for your bladder. Don't expect it to be clean, just know that you don't have to pee on the streets. I wouldn't recommend these fries, it wasn't hot nor was it crispy. I like to order happy meals because it comes with everything. read more
