I'm a teenager working at the little caesar's in the shopping centre just across the way from publix and sometimes get off pretty late. Last night i clocked out at 10pm and was pretty hungry i would've just went to publix but sadly they close at 10 So i say whatever ill just go to mcdonald's i have to cross the street anyway and it says there open till 12am, I walk to my way over to the mcdonald's ordering my food on the app happy to go home and enjoy my food, The app told me that counter was unavailable personally i though the app was just messed up as it asked me to update and i hadn't.. never the less i place my order through the drive thru what the hell i have nothing else to i'll just go inside and explain to them my trouble with the app... yet when i pull on the door to enter inside the door is locked? I look at the sticker posted on the door and it says the dining area is open till 11pm? okayyy i just got off there's no way it's 11? i'm on the phone with my girlfriend and ask her hey what time is it? as i didn't want to take my phone out of my pocket she replied 10:08. okay you know that's weird but whatever ill just walk through the drive thru it's late shouldn't matter, i walk around the store going through the line there's a couple cars in front of me waiting to get their order eh that's fine i can wait i exchange a glance with the man at the window as I'm just standing behind both cars, not once does he pay me any mind. a minute passes a car gets their order one left to go, as i'm waiting for the last car infront of me to get there order another car pulls up behind me, a family i presume they start joking with me and start talking "hey that a strange looking car got room in the passenger?" i laugh and point to my right "you're welcome to join me" a moment passes and the car infront of me finally gets their order woohoo my turn!... or so i thought, i'm told at the window by another boy around my age a teenager that "they don't do walk ins" in the drive thru i say "oh okay that's understandable i tried your doors but they were locked i placed an order though showing him my phone with the app pulled up showing the code 0A33 for my order number, he reads my order then flat out tells me he can't do anything for me and that next time i should think about coming back with a car? i explain to him that the money was taken out of my bank account and my order says it's been placed for pick up at your restaurant another person comes to the window a older black lady that tells me they have my order on the screens but it's not prepared at all and that my money should just be put in my account within a few days. i explain that that's crazy and how it makes no sense as to why i can't get my order your dining room should be open for pick up, after arguing for 5-8 minutes she reluctantly tells me to go to the front of the store and they'll bring my order to me ( i believe it was to just get me out of the line ) i say okay and move to the front of the store just a few steps away from the front window i wait about 10 minutes until i get my order a long enough wait to where the people behind me got their order first i they actually spoke to me as they were leaving asking if i had gotten my order and they'd go through again to get it for me i said no and it's fine you guys have a great night. finally i get my order the food is cold and possible old the bag was cool to the touch and i was only given one of the three sauces i asked for on the app All in all this establishment has rude classist workers, false advertisement posted on their doors showing their dining room is open till 11pm. this is not my first review here but i believe it will be the last as i am not going to be continuing to go to this mcdonald's read more

I ordered a medium size coke and two fish sandwiches. The coke tasted like the Syrup they used was two years passed its expiration date. In short it sucked. I bought the fish sandwiches because they always had a good tasty fish sandwich. Well the fish sandwich also sucked. I haven't been to a McDonalds in numerous years. I called and was unable to return due to being at work and they said if you don't bring us the food to show us there's nothing they can do. I said i can send a picture but I can't return. Stopped here to grab a few frozen cokes after our departure from the St. John's River Ferry at Atlantic Beach - the girl at the drive through was pleasant as was I after she told me this location doesn't offer frozen cokes, unbeknownst to me, I had no idea that all McDonald's locations didn't offer this frozen refreshment or I wouldn't have pull in and wasted my time. I changed my order to regular coca-colas being I was no less parched after hearing the disappointing news. Not sure what is going on but this is not fast food. It's not even the dinner rush. It's 8pm

I have to work at 6 am. Signs on the doors and windows say they open at 5 a.m. If lucky, one out of three visits will find they answer at the drive thru. On the occasions they are open, I'll place my order. If the older, tall lady is working I get the same response by my Sausage McMuffin with Egg order... We don't have the round eggs now, we only have the folded. No thank you - money back - those eggs taste nothing like real eggs. Once after taking my order, then taking my money, told the cook hadn't arrived yet, I'd have to wait. 20 minutes later I had to leave to make work on time, and lost out on my breakfast and money. It is sad, as Starbucks across the way, is always open on time and fully staffed. I just don't enjoy their breakfast sandwich as much. Up your game McD's. I placed my mobile order at 11:30, arrived at 11:40 just for me to sit at the speaker 5-10 minutes with several cars behind me and a worker tell me they are closed. Mind you their drive thru doesn't close till midnight and I responded with that, for them to then respond with "we are closed and no longer taking orders". The workers at this Monument Rd location are lazy and usually have bad customer service. After watching McMillion$ tv show on Hulu, my husband and I were craving some McDonalds. We decided to go to the drive thru and order some of our favorites! We each got a Big Mac with no pickles and extra Big Mac sauce! This has to be the best burger on their menu mainly because of their Big Mac sauce. I'm not a fan of pickles so I ask them to remove it. Big Mac sauce tastes similar to thousand island salad dressing. My husband and I always go to this McDonalds (because it is the closest to my house) whenever we crave McDonald's and never had an issue. Our order is always correct. The food always tastes fresh. We never have any issues at all. We introduced McDonalds to our son for the first time today and he loved their french fries with ketchup just like his mommy. read more

OK, so the reviews are awful, but I have to give this place a fair shake. I've had good and bad service here. I've had OK food here. My kids went to school with the owners and rumor has it that this is one of the busiest McDonalds in the area. It is also the closest to our home. We do not go here often. Occasionally for breakfast or late night feeds. It's McDonalds. It's not going to be perfect. At least someone is there late nights. I was at the beaches last weekend around 11pm and no one was even at the drive thru at the Atlantic location. Anyway, I'll continue to come here every 2 or 3 weeks and be patient and not expect a 5 star experience. It's just not gonna happen. read more

Found a bone in a chicken nugget. Asked for NO salt on fries, received under cooked/cold fries WITH salt on them. Over heard manager (green button down) ask specifically if there was "NO salt on those fries?", manager (blue button down) responded back with "No". Employees were rude by first ignoring us while we stood waiting to pay. When manager (green button down) finally came over to cash us out, we had ordered on the kiosk, when she saw our order, she heavily sighed "oh great', and continued to shake her head and sigh the entire exchange. Once the other manager (blue button down) saw our order, she exclaimed loudly, "Are you kidding me!?" We felt as if we were shamed, and treated unfairly, for being a large family (5 kids 3 adults) ordering a simple dinner. This is NOT the first time we have been treated as such, from this very same establishment. This location has been left in the dark for reviews. I have visited this location about once a month. Every time we come, it's breakfast time, and the staff is always so nice and happy. They greet you with smiles through the takeout menu & you are still greeted with smiles at each window. I think they haven't been given the recognition they need. I wish this McDonald's had their morning shift and afternoon shift manager during the late nights versus him. This is your usual McDonalds. Nothing too special. It is a "McCafe" location so there is free WiFi and TV. The food is usually pretty consistently good (for McD). The thing that drives down my star rating though is that it is SO slow. There is nothing "fast" about this food and it's frustrating. Due to the lack of other near by fast food restaurants, this location is almost always busy too. It's very rare to pull up to the drive thru and there not be a line. The employees rarely seem to be enjoying themselves here as well and "service with a smile" is very rare. Finally, for my fellow nerds, there is a PokeStop here if you want to chill, eat and play Pokémon Go. There is another PokeStop across the parking lot and tons at the park across the street. read more

I had to say "hello" at the speaker for them to tell me this or acknowledge me in any way. 2:47: I have again been informed they are undergoing shift change, however this time they informed me they they will be closed until 4:00 AM. Why nobody could tell me this 27 minutes ago is a modern day mystery. This is fairly typical of this location. Not the exact experience, but by and large the outcome / wait / customer service level. Thought it would be fun, or at least entertaining, to document it real time for once. Simply put, don't waste your time. The entire staff need to be replaced. This is why people think it's a joke to raise minimum wage to 15$ an hour. No matter what you do, you have to take yourself seriously before anyone else will. My wife and I have lived within 5 minutes of this location for 10 years. While we rarely ever go we have this running joke that the ice cream machine is always broken. Every single time in ten years we have asked for some kind of special McFlurry or just a simple cone the machine is broken. They might as well take it off the menu. Yall I'm VERY tolerant to people but we came here and ordered "4" cheeseburger meals with 4 large sweet teas and 1 of the meals with xtra onion. 5 min later they are still trying to figure out this order ‍‍‍ after we finally pull up to the window someone else is taking money. Our order was $24 and change. He told us it was $42 and change. My husband looked at the cashier dude and then dude apologized and said oh I'm sorry $24. My daughter and her friend were behind us and 10min now and still no food. Cash dude said more than what it was as well. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! This location does not deserve even 1 star. I felt for some French fries and in speaking to my daughter she advised that they are open. I went thru the drive Thru which was very busy and at 9:57pm I was parked by the rear entrance door and saw that the lobby was still opnen. I remain in the drive Thru and checked the door which was open, I then pulled out of the drive Thru parked and then went in. I proceeded to the kiosk and was told that they wete not able to help I need to go thru drive Thru. I explained that was already here and literally was almost attached by two of the cashier/ cook. I then asked for a manger and one other told me to f--k off! I was totally in awe. astonished I insisted on speaking with a manager.
