Admittedly we hadn't been to a McDonalds in years so we did not know it changed so much! First off after a morning of playing with the grands at a playground what better lunch for them then a Happy Meal... we thought! So when we went in I asked at the counter for a paper menu so I could decide for myself (I was wanting calories, fat, carbs, etc) the counterperson looked at me like i was speaking Swahili or something, then said look on kiosk! Another change at McD! I bellied up to the kiosk and tried to decide what to order..not easy because you then have all these choices..which are good but then it takes time! We ordered then at the counter-2 happy meals with milk, apples, hamburgers and the specific toys they wanted. They added a small container of French fried which I suspect they figured got to get them hooked young...lol. We the adults caved and ordered big hamburgers ( mine with bacon, too) large fries to split and me water! My only hold out on nutrition but at least I didn't order a chocolate shake to dip my fries in. read more

This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! This location does not deserve even 1 star. I felt for some French fries and in speaking to my daughter she advised that they are open. I went thru the drive Thru which was very busy and at 9:57pm I was parked by the rear entrance door and saw that the lobby was still opnen. I remain in the drive Thru and checked the door which was open, I then pulled out of the drive Thru parked and then went in. I proceeded to the kiosk and was told that they wete not able to help I need to go thru drive Thru. I explained that was already here and literally was almost attached by two of the cashier/ cook. I then asked for a manger and one other told me to f--k off! I was totally in awe. astonished I insisted on speaking with a manager. Short story very rude personne. one young lady decided to assist but I was so stunned I forgot what I needed. Affter awhile I was told that I needed to leave as I was trespassing. I then said I can leave but I need an apology. Apology given and I asked why was this not done before. Response was that he did not know this was not done before. i was then pleaded with my the person who apologized as he did not want to call the police. I actually wanted to see a police as I was refused a manager. on getting ready to leave I asked for the manager information to call about my exoer and again was refused, reason I do not want to give out their personal information. This place sucks. Literally I've given it three chances. EVERY SINGLE TIME I'm in the drive through it takes AT LEAST 25 minutes to get my food. The first ordering speaker never works, (good use of your money, McDonald's. Also all these employees suck. Might wanna look into that) on my third try it was so ridiculous that I started a timer. Just for fun. There's nobody ahead of me in line, and we're currently at 12 minutes just waiting for somebody to take my order. I'm not sure if they died or what. This place only gets three stars because their food can be really good. Specifically at night when I go there anywhere between 8-11. The food is hot and the fries actually are seasoned. But for some reason, you'll find that the line would be wrapped around the building at midnight but not at 3-4PM when everyone is picking up their child from school or possibly getting off work and the traffic is busy. The line at night takes a really long time and it will still be wrapped around the building. They need new people on the shift at night. read more

It's McDonald's, shouldn't expect much. I've been a few times- although I really hate McDonald's food I do have a soft spot for the fries and it's easy to grab a mcmuffin on the way to base. Not big on flavor, but like I said its McDonald's. I do want to say that one morning my husband accidentally went to work w my debit card so I paid in quarters (I know, I know) but the lady was so friendly and sweet about it. Sat in the drive through for 8 minutes. This is only the time from me paying and waiting for my food.. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal and a six piece number. Good thing the food was got. My car was also double charged. Thank god for my bank correcting the issue. I have lived in this community for 27 years and I remember seing this place being built. But it is the worst of any McDonald's that I have ever been to. I wish it was better because I live here. Probably the worst McDonalds on the face of the earth. I've walked out on 2 different occasions. The staff ignores you. They expect you to order from the machines because they just can't be bothered with you. The drive through takes forever. The last time I went through the drive through they read back my order and I confirmed it. They then charged me for the wrong order and gave me the wrong food. I had them correct it. I got tons of attitude for it and they wanted to charge me more. If anything they should have been giving me my food by that point, not trying to fix their mistake by charging me more. The funniest thing is there are signs EVERYWHERE saying "AZB Foods cares". They obviously don't. Never use the Drive-Thru at this location. Apparently they have no clue that there are supposed to be TWO patties on a DOUBLE Quarter Pounder, and yet they DID put two on the one on which I did not say "Hold the pickle & onion". Then when I called to complain, they handed me the line that BOTH were rung up as single Quarter Pounders, and hung up on me as I was asking to speak to the manager! I have been going to this store for years because it is on my direct route to work. I have put up with poor service. The food quality is spotty, sometimes it is great other times poor. I have finally reached my limit. My last visit I was forced to use the keyosk. I refused. I pay with cash and won't stand in line to order the stand in line to pay. Within the last three years of coming here, I can't say that much has changed. While I've had numerous occasions of receiving wonderful customer service, I have also had less than favorable encounters-maybe too much of them. The last time I came here, I was told that they couldn't make a particular item on the menu because they were closing. Mind you the drive thru is open 24/7. Super slow, ordered at the drive through tonight and when I asked if I could get a snack wrap she said, "no you may not." I thought she was joking so I kept ordering but she again said I couldn't get that. I just said.. what? If I could rate a zero I would... so many negative encounters at this McDonald's. Today (1/27 @ 4:16 pm order #1294) was just unacceptable. We went through the drive thru and it was surprisingly really quick and the girl who took the order was friendly. Although, The girl working the window, who says her name is Kaitlyn, was so rude. When we got to the window she handed us our drinks and closed the window while she waited for our food. Meanwhile, I put the straw in our drinks and they were unsweetened when we asked for sweet.... so my fiancé, who was driving, said ma'am a few times she could clearly hear and didn't respond so he yelled ma'am and she put a finger up, knocked on the window and then eventually opened the window a few moments later . My fiancé said "these are unsweet and we ordered sweet" and she said "well we're out so do you guys want something else?" He then asked "you're completely out of sweet tea?" She told us there may be some in the lobby and half way closed the window. Kaitlyn and her fellow associates were joking and talking crap about us for asking for the correct drink that we paid for. She came back to the window and had the biggest attitude as if we were inconveniencing her..... when she gave us the wrong drink so we asked for it to be fixed and she quite literally gets paid to do so.
