Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:33, there were no cars in drive thru but it still took about 90 seconds for them to acknowledge me being there. Mobile order was placed on the 23rd of February, when picking up the order 20 minutes after it was placed only the drink was ready . I waited there for another 20minutes and talked to the employees requesting my order . When the over all store manager is there everything seems to run smooth. But several times I've been told at the cashier window that they didn't have any change to give me or the individual walks away with my credit card for awhile. These are ploys a cashier will use to accumulate change for themselves. This is stealing! It should be no reason for the window cashier to walk away with your card unless the credit card reader is broken but this wasn't the case. Service sucks! I never get asked if I'm using my mobile app. But the biggest complaint is asking you to pull into a parking space because the timer is running on the inside and they will be ding for a car at the drive thru sitting to long at the window! Really Mcdonald's everyone knows what is going on! I set with 7 yes 7 other cars in the parking lot waiting for food. After awhile I had to get out my car and several other customers did also to ask about our food. After careful review I explained to the young lady that I was missing food and she made sure to tell me my order was correct. Wrong answer! The manager was no place to be found and after getting frustrated I decided to leave without making a scene. When I got home guess what my sandwich was spicy and I couldn't insert the straw in the top. I can't eat spicy food due to intestinal issues. This place is the worst! Tonight I pulled up to the drive thru and was told in a very nasty tone that I needed to come inside. I wanted to say No, I don't need to come inside, I need to find another place to get dinner. What happened to courtesy? It should have been " I'm sorry our drive thru isn't open right now but we'll be happy to serve you if you want to come inside.". I went in and used the kiosk to order. It didn't have any paper in it so it didn't print a receipt with the other number. They are calling out the orders by number. When it seemed apparent that nobody was claiming an order I said, "That could be mine but I don't know because the machine didn't give me a receipt with an order number." Again, in a nasty tone the cashier started to read the contents of the order. It was mine. I asked about a cup for my drink and that was evidently also a major inconvenience for her. I am just tired of being treated like that at this McDonalds. I wish I could just boycott them. Cut the attitude and be nice. If you don't like your job, go work someplace else! read more

Consistently one of the dirtiest restaurants I've been to. The floor is always greasy, tables are not clean and cleaning items (brooms, mops, etc) are left out. This morning at approx 7:45 am we walked in and noticed how slippery the floor was. As usual, the floor appeared to have a greasy film on it. My girlfriend commented to me about it and was overheard by the manager. The manager said she was going to have it cleaned. Besides the slick floor there was food on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up and trash left on tables. I pointed all this out to her. She said she would have it cleaned. We took our time eating to see if they would clean any of the mess. We left over 45 minutes later and nothing had been cleaned. This is nothing new at this location. This place has been a mess for years. I should also state that when we got there we were the only customers in the restaurant. It's not as if they were so busy they couldn't clean. During our visit there were never more than a few customers in the store at any one time. Filth like this doesn't happen in a vacuum. It is allowed to exist because of the lack of caring and leadership on the part of the owners and managers. Poor management, as in this case, leads to inefficiency, complacency and safety/health violations. I have to add that the employees are all terrific and the food is always cooked properly. This is strictly a management issue. read more

The line was slow and employees took forever to process customers. I ordered a large fry and asked twice for extra ketchup. I got none and left without it due to the line building behind me. Ive been to this location twice and both times they have terrible service. Like I know its fast food, but the employees dont care about the customers or getting their orders right. Ive worked fast food several times and when a customer orders fries its common sense to add ketchup, unless they specifically ask for something else. I dont keep ketchup in my car for gods sake. I will never return. Just a few moments ago I arrived at this location and was warmly greeted by a gentleman cleaning outside and that's where the great service ended. A larger woman inside watched me come through the door and never acknowledged me. I decided to be patient stand and wait. The same gentleman that assisted me saw after five moments I had not been helped and said to the drive-through attendant and the larger woman that I needed help. This was the first time she even acknowledged I was there..."hold on" she said and continued to prepare an orange juice. Initially, I decided to wait but when I could hear the drive-through attendant laughing and the two ladies speaking in their language to each other, I decided I had had enough of this gross customer service and I canceled my DoorDash order as this was the only reason I was enduring this treatment at McDonald's. Receiving this type of treatment makes me so happy that I never give this place business and seeing the dreadful attitudes of the employees with the exception of one man ensures I have no reason to return. I wish I could say a thank you to him and also I wish him a better workplace, one that is more deserving of how polite he is, and co-workers that have the capacity to match his cheery morning energy.
