We went there today and it was terrible. We usually don't go to this McDonalds but it was raining and my son was hungry so we stopped by. Big mistake. The line wasn't that bad and we ordered pretty quickly. The wait for the food took longer. We confirmed our food when we paid for it and it was right on the receipt. When we got to the food window, they gave us half the food and one drink (we ordered 4 meals). When we told them what we were missing, they got us the 3 other drinks, one was an iced vanilla coffee. I don't think she knew how to make it because it was not right. It was just straight coffee and vanilla but no milk. When we tried to tell her she was confused so we let it go. Then after 5 more min of waiting for the rest of the food she asked us to move to slot 1 where we waited 20 more minutes and no one came out with the food. Shitty service and communication. Just left the McDonalds located at 1151 S Clearview Pkwy (6:12 a.m) and for the 2nd time this week I have been left at the speaker for more than 5 minutes without placing an order because no one responded. Ordered kiosk breakfast only to watch my number on the overhead screen to disappear after 11 minutes, yet I here still stand waiting on the order. Finally someone asked what I ordered, I am guessing it was just out of curiosity because still no food. After 20 minutes of asking for a refund manager type refunded something to my account coming up short of what I actually paid. Pulled up at 9:40 PM on 11/28 to wait by the speaker for ten minutes before ordering on the app, I think they were trying to play like they were closed. Rolled up to the window and told the server we ordered on the app and she was very unenthused. Five minutes later she gave us 1 sandwich and one happy meal. I get home to give my kid his food and there's no hamburger in the happy meal, just a toy, tiny fries, and LOTS of napkins. Made a mobile order at 11am. Mind you lunch has just started. Ordered the Big Mac Pack and it was horrible. Everything tasted like it was day old food. I even customized it to get extra cheese and MAC sauce. They didn't put any cheese in the sandwich, nuggets were cold and fries were cold and tasted old. It's a basic McDonalds, no better or no worse. Service was a little slow, but people were nice and friendly. Access is a little tricky, in that there isn't an easy way to get back out where you can make a left onto the main road. You otherwise have to make a right in most places and then do a Uturn. To leave you may have better luck going out the back exit along the railroad trestle and then drive the direction you need. read more

The self-service kiosk didn't give me a receipt, which should have been my first clue there was something wrong. After a few minutes, I was summoned to the counter, given a cup, and informed that there was no ice cream for the milkshake my wife ordered. A few minutes later I was called to get my order, realizing immediately that I wasn't given either the cup for MY soda or the chocolate milk for my son's Happy Meal. This is by far the rudest encounter I have ever had with a McDonald's manager. Yesterday, 2/10/22 around 4 PM I was given a nasty attitude because they got my order wrong and I wanted them to fix it, instead of fixing it like they were supposed to the manager on duty asked countless times if I just wanted my money back and typically I would say yes but this time I didn't want my money back I wanted them to fix my food that they got wrong in the first place, I then got asked to pull up, And I asked why do I have to pull up for a two second fix? Long story short I want without pulling up and was at the door for no more than a minute with my food was bought out to me I said thank you and then she proceeded to give me a nasty attitude saying "yea whatever" And then proceeded to curse me out and flip me off and I was just so shocked that a manager of all people would talk to a customer this way she was screaming and causing a scene, She refused to give me her name when I asked for it. If I could give less than 1 star I would , I will be contacting corporate to see what can be done with this behavior. read more

I know this is McDonald's, but it is always frustrating when there's a long wait or they mess up the order. Many times we've been asked to wait in the spot up front even for a simple order when there's no one behind us or it seems they cannot get the order right (e.g. onions when we said no onions; putting eggs on the side for an egg Mcmuffin for no logical reason). Besides that, in my experience the drive-thru folks are not friendly which I feel you should be if we are giving you business. Mistakes happen. End up with someone else's order and well it's annoying but a mistake. Today I went through the drive through and asked for diet coke. The display said sweet tea. I told the order taker it was wrong she said she would take care of it pull up. I got to the first window the woman said sweet tea I corrected her and she spoke to someone up the hall. I think she was under the impression they had no diet coke. I pulled up got my order and they didn't fill the drink at the window someone went out to the seating area and put a drink on the counter. So I'm thinking ok the soda machine at the window is out of order and they took the time to get me my requested drink from the other dispenser. Got back to work and nope they gave me SWEET TEA.
