I wasn't expecting much from the reviews and it's McDonald's. Location is a bit awkward but not the absolute worse. It's close enough to the hospital. service was eh. Took a very long time with just 2 cars in front me. Once I got to the window, no one was there to even take my order, no note nothing. Say there for a few minutes before driving up. No one at first window. Drove to second window, lady was nice. Took my order quickly and food was fast

He was welcoming, made suggestions and extended genuine gratitude. He did a great job sharing about the menu since it was our first visit, offered us a sample of their signature drink and sharing details about their refill policy. Perfect 10 on the service. I enjoyed my frozen cappuccino- very creamy, flavorful and a good portion size. My hubby tried the house coffee with lavender flavoring. Definitely something new, but he really enjoyed it. I look forward to returning and enjoyed our first visit.

I…read moreorder Iced Puccinos every time for me and my kids and have always been happy to support this location. Unfortunately, my last visit was extremely frustrating. For the past three visits, my drinks have been made incorrectly and I was given iced coffees instead. After ordering the same drink for years, I know exactly what it is supposed to taste like. What makes this especially disappointing is that the first two times this happened, it was handled completely different. The lead barista corrected the mistake, and the new employee was polite and apologized. I had no issues with this because mistakes happen. I was also told that the Puccino and iced coffee mixtures are kept in separate gallon jugs, so I understand how a newer employee could accidentally grab the wrong one. This time, however, I took a sip and immediately knew it was iced coffee. Honestly I could tell from the color because one is significantly darker. I politely explained this to a different new employee, but instead of checking the drinks or simply remaking it, he argued with me and insisted it was correct. The manager then came over and became defensive as well, telling me she had watched him pour the drink. At another point, she said she had made it herself, even though the employee had already told me that he made it. When I pointed out the inconsistency, the situation became even more frustrating. I was quickly dismissed and refunded, but the refund wasn't really the point. Mistakes happen. What matters is how you treat a customer when a mistake is brought to your attention. I've watched this location have some genuinely good employees over the years, only to see them leave, and after this experience, I honestly understand why. The customer service and management at this location have gone downhill, which is especially disappointing after being a loyal customer for so many years. I don't expect perfection. I expect someone to be willing to say, "I'm sorry, we made the wrong drink. Let me fix it." That's all this situation needed. Unfortunately, after years of being a regular customer, I won't be returning. My kids love their Puccinos, which is honestly the main reason I continued going, but I can make coffee at home. I don't need to spend my money somewhere that makes me feel like I'm being argued with for politely pointing out that I received the wrong drink. I hope someone above the store-level management sees this and takes a serious look at what is happening at the Harahan location.

I got a cheese bread for about $3 and a tuna sandwich for $5! You can order your drinks at the kiosk or at the counter. And you can bring your items to the counter for them to ring up. The process was pretty easy. It's a nice open space for grabbing a drink and yummy treat. There is no wifi however so it's not the best place to work for the day. Service: Self serve and then pay at the counter Drinks: Lots of different options here Wifi: Unfortunately they don't have this. Parking: There's a small lot in front and signs for parking in the back. Outdoor Seating: None

Location is right on Veterans, but you have to watch for it in the small strip mall. Plenty of parking in the back and there are entrances on both sides. Clean, well lit, and smells heavenly! I had the worst time deciding because they have everything from tuna salad sandwiches and puddings to the yummy cheese dog danish I devoured. Garlic cheese bread was good and the spinach kale danish was packed with flavor. The almond bun was subtle and not overly sweet. There were several items I had no idea what they would taste like, so I put them on the list for next time. :) Pricing is VERY reasonable. Garlic cheese bread: $2.25, Cheese Dog: $2.30, Spinach Kale Danish: $2.60 and the recycle bag was $1.85. I do plan on returning. I think it's a perfect place for that person who likes to experiment with their taste buds.

But here I am today, December 2025 sitting to do some light work, enjoying a Birthday Shake in 50 degree weather... I know not the smartest thing to do but hey a girl wants what she wants when she wants it right? So I stopped in after work for a quick online meeting and have been posted up ever since. I think they close at 7 PM. Definitely enjoying my birthday shake and just taking a minute to take a load off. Bounce back from a hectic day. I love the environment. Most of the seating is booth seats. Therefore, you can be comfortable and you can stretch out and enjoy yourself and relax with a friend or even by yourself. If you don't want to sit in the booth, you can sit at the wood table with two chairs for a more intimate setting. I utilize the app most time when purchasing something here because I'm pretty much always on the go. I love that. I love the option order ahead, access the drive-through or walk up, come on in and pick up your drink at the end of the counter where it says mobile pick up. (Just look up) Haven't had much staff interaction however there's a brunette with curly hair that's most often in the driveway in the morning. She's very friendly and customer friendly. I found pricing to be fair. The free Wi-Fi is not so free. You actually have to purchase something to get the code from Free WiFi, but I get it. Nobody wants anybody just sitting around using their Wi-Fi. It's all about the bandwidth baby. Lol. So make sure when you come in, you order ahead or mosey on up to the register and place a sit down, enter your WiFi code into your browser and be productive. Oh, I forgot to mention there are other drinks that you can purchase that are not coffee or tea based. They are energy drinks. There is orange juice, apple juice, as well as there are things for you to nosh on like Hubig's pie, cookies, brownies, avocado toast, cake pops and the like. Last thing I forgot to mention is there are benefits to your purchases. The more purchases you accumulate the more reward points you get and the more free stuff that you can redeem with those points. So make sure that you purchase in the app or in the store utilizing your phone number and check your points.
