There needs to be an investigation on this location. THIS many 1 star reviews is concerning enough. I placed a mobile order and then went to maps to get directions, that's when I saw the ratings. The worker who handed me the food stared me down and in a VERY creepy sing-songy tone said "Here you gooo" for BOTH bags. Immediately went home and looked through it. I love McDonald's for breakfast however I ordered two sausage burritos that were apparently microwaved and been sitting there for a while. I couldn't even eat half of it. They were too hard. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Was told to pull up as usual because they have to try and trick the numbers to be good which is a joke. The "person" I talked to on the phone said she was a manager but just how she spoke to me I can't believe they would have such poor management. I asked for the store managers name and she refuses to give it probably because she didn't want to get in trouble. I can see this is a pattern as most of the recommendations are poor as they should be. I am driving through on my way home about 2 hours away and they didn't give me my whole order and refused to do anything to rectify the situation which is poor customer service period. Even when I asked if sauce was in the bag which often you have to ask as you won't get sauce otherwise the person said there should be as they walked away. Didn't even verify just walked away. We stop here fairly often as travels take us through Joplin. It has gone terribly downhill. The counter folks are friendly and nice. However, the bathrooms are atrocious. They look like they haven't been cleaned in months. The toilet paper rolls are not put in the holders. It is disgusting. I'll drive the extra mile up the road to Chick Fil A from now on. read more

I'm sure there is a huge variation in the operation of a McDonald's depending on who the on-duty manager is. The manager at 8 p.m. at this store sucked. Three loser employees playing hackey-sack with a cup and one making not-so-subtle comments to the skanky one about what he was thinking he'd like to do. As I stood there listening and making eye contact with each of the three, I was amazed when not one asked if they could help me, or at least tell me they would be with me when they were done acting like idiots (but really cool ones). No manager in sight. So I walked out and went somewhere else. I'm sure the food here was the typical reconstituted McJunk that is okay if you're starved and in a hurry, but the professionalism exhibited at this store at this time of day was completely lacking. read more

Was not impressed by this location. We stopped there because it was close to our hotel. The cashier taking our order was either brand new, had no training or all of the above. She had a hard time getting our order right in the computer. When we got the order, it wasn't correct either. The large drink was a medium drink (McCafé drink), one of the sandwiches was completely wrong, no sauce for the breakfast burritos and no napkins. When we went to fill our cups and one machine had no ice and the countertop was absolutely disgusting. It's apparent it had not been cleaned for some time. I'd give 5 but the people who work on Wednesday morning have their heads up their patoots. I go through on sun-tues on occasion. The ppl on that shift are extremely nice, and the orders always correct, and fresh. Then comes Wednesday, every time...hard as a rock muffin, biscuit etc. Wait for cookies to be made. Doesn't matter what you order. Last week I waited 12 minutes in the drive thru and had to just leave to get to work on time. The other days, less than 3 minutes every time. read more

I spent almost an hour and a drive-through for the worst food they were incredibly understaffed and when they had the double drive-through system they would take three orders from the first one and then three orders from the second one making the lines completely unfair. Had spent a long day on the road and was staying at an adjacent hotel with no restaurant, everything else in walking distance was closed, except Waffle House which I'm afraid to go in, so we walked over to Mickey D's supper club about 9p on a Sunday night. Bad decision. Staff was very busy engaged with one another and not with customers. Clue should have been the five people waiting on their orders when we walked in. Tables were dirty, service was glacierly slow. Ordered a salad as i expected that would be quick, NOPE, took almost 10 minute to get a chicken bacon ranch salad. It was surprisingly decent amount of chicken and bacon, but skimpy on the lettuce and a ton of salt in the dressing. Several others in the party made the bigger mistake of ordering the artisan burgers. Those took even longer, closer to 15 minutes. An employee brought it to the table we had cleaned our selves, and was told the order was a dine in order. She said "oh" and walked away, returning several minutes later with a tray for my two dining companions. The burgers themselves were reported to be expensive and so-so, not likely to be purchased again. This is not your typical McD's. You go into one with certain expectations: the food will be at least mediocre or better, the service will be quick and efficient, and the place will be clean. This location failed on two out of those three. Next time, if their is a next time, I'll get a sandwich at the Kum and Go gas station next door. read more

As always this place is cheap and good to get if you're hungry. I like coming here and getting a Nice fat hamburger. The fries and always yummy and warm. The atmosphere is casual and very open to all. Nice place to come with friends and family. They have a dive threw in case you don't have time to sit down and eat. Usually it's not the best health wise but usually they have been getting more and more health conscience sides you can get with your food!! The kids love coming here and so do I. Brings back good memories of my childhood. My girlfriend always gets the salads and says that they are to die for!! Great price and good food. read more

DO NOT USE THE MOBILE APP!!! , especially at this location. It doesn't work very well AND no one inside, including the assistant manager knows how to use it. He told me so himself. It WON'T be ready when you get there. Even if it happens to be there they don't recognize it. It may charge your account multiple times AND even after you pick up the order you stay connected!!!
