Upon arriving at this McDonalds, we were in the drive thru line and the man in-front of us clearly had a very bad experience with the lady at the window because he drove off very quickly and was screaming out of his window. When we pulled up to the window I was given my food, with no BBQ sauce which was requested at the speaker when the food was ordered. I wasn't given my Oreo McFlurry which I paid for until asking for it 2 times. I had asked for 3 waters and was only given 2. The lady at the window rudely told me that she was not allowed to give out any more free waters and had a terrible attitude while explaining her self. We then parked and entered the location to speak to the manager which turned out to be the woman that was rude at the window. We asked if we could PAY for a third cup of water and she began screaming at us saying the cups aren't free even though we repeatedly said we were willing to pay. She then started to say that she would charge us for multiple sodas and not give us anything if she wanted. I have worked in customer service for MANY years and I can assure you that this company is going to fail miserably and loose many customers if you do not hire a proper leader to run this location. No one in this building was nice, no one was friendly and everyone seemed to be angry for no good reason. The level of disrespect goes far beyond anything I have ever experienced. read more

This McDonalds is an abomination to the franchise. I used to view McDonalds as a wonderful place for friends. The workers complain about not being paid enough, yet they REFUSE to bring me my food. Nothing like waiting in line for over an hour at 1 in the morning. Not sure what they're doing in there, but they're definitely not working. When I finally got to the last window, they're standing around talking. On top of everything, they were only serving chicken. I would score a zero but 1 is the lowest it will allow me. We come here several times a year as my sons spend weekends at the nearby Boy Scout camp and are always hungry when the weekends are over! The service is okay but has definitely gone downhill. The windows are dirty. The lady cleaning the tables in the dining room rinsed her towel at the drink station under the nozzle marked 'water.' Eww. Bathroom (ladies) needs some upgrades. Soap dispenser missing the outside cover. Had to wait a few minutes while the Dr.Pepper was replenished. This is the most nearby McDonald's to my house and has been my whole life. It has and still is the worst one I've been to as well. It's 24hours but after 10pm you'll find the workers hiding in the back and not answering the intercom. They're not friendly at all. They answered "Uhhh... no??" condescendingly when I kindly asked if they had a promotion I saw on TV. Would give 0 stars if I could. Supposed to be 24 hours but went late at night and saw a huge drive through line around the building and workers standing inside hanging out. We knocked on the windows to ask what's going on and the employee was refusing to bring us the manager saying "you really want him to walk over here? He'll say the same thing I am." It took way too long to get our food and some lady was waiting for someone to take her order for over 15 minutes. People in front of us were asking where their order was (apparently they'd already been there and hour) and a worker proceeded to start yelling at them and the other workers. Placed an order at 10pm from curbside, sat there for 20 minutes before deciding to go in. All the doors were locked and all the lights were on. I saw someone leave the McDonald's a couple minutes prior to me ordering and they were sitting in their car on their phone (my guess is this was who was supposed to be working). The CSR taking our order said we could not add bacon to a kids meal cheeseburger even though I told her I would obviously pay for the bacon to be added on. So we had to order an additional bacon cheeseburger on the side. Both burgers to be plain but the one not in the kids meal would have bacon. When our order was ready, they did not give us the large fry with the large meal that was ordered. When we sat down, my son was disappointed to find both cheeseburgers not to be plain. I brought them to front and explained situation, they seemed confused and annoyed and up until this point I was still ok with it all, I understand mistakes are made. But after standing up there for a total of 12 minutes (3 minutes of me explaining the issue + 7 minutes waiting before I ask for the manager again and ask what the hold up is + 2 more minutes of waiting). My daughter was eating by herself and finished her meal while mine was sitting there getting cold and my son patiently waiting for me to come back with his food. I'll never be back at this location. Not even an ounce of empathy or sorry, absolutely nothing from the staff or managers. read more

Probably the worst location I've been to in multiple states which is unfortunate because it's the closest to my current home. Wrote to corporate in August 2020 with an email back that was generalized stating I would be contacted and I was valued. Never heard back. Now it's October 2020. Same store. 10:03pm, same "manager" as my last complaint from August, with a line of cars at least 6-7 deep and no interaction. Sat at the window for 16 minutes. Nobody said anything. Went to first window, nobody in sight. Went to second window, nobody in sight. Called store worried something was wrong or somebody was hurt. No answer. Called 4 more times, 4th time calling got an answer from a recognizable voice of Bennett. Asked if store was open, she states no closed 15-20 minutes asked for what, no reply, asked for her name, states it's McDonald's, asked again for her name, she hangs up on me. So disgusted with "customer service" at this store. Literally never seen a business run like this, no care for customers, corporation or store quality. read more

I tried to order at the drive thru last weekend and they couldn't accept anything other than cash. TODAY---as I'm sitting in line---I was alerted they do not have fries. To be honest, I would have left the line and gone to Taco Bell down the road but I've already committed waiting 5-10 mins already. Currently it is 9/30, 12:40 am. No fries. Not a surprise anyways. This mcdonalds is right near my house so I usually come to this location if at all. It is always backed up 15-25 mins at night past 10:30pm. I can't understand why it is so slow, and so often that something is wrong or wrong unavailable. It's frustrating because sometimes you just want fries or a cheeseburger, and apparently it has to be a hassle. The customer service is not that bad---it's just SLOWWW. Once again, I gave this McDonald's the benefit of the doubt and once again, they mess up my order. A very simple one at that. All I ordered was a McGriddle with hash browns and 2 large Cokes. I love love love mcdonald's food when i get off from my late night shift, especially for how convenient the 24 hr one is SUPPOSED to be. I just left my local "24 hr" mcdonald's so upset but not surprised to see that they weren't answering the drive through but there was plenty of workers in there doing nothing at all. I know I should stop going to this mcdonald's because this happens all the time but i think sometimes it might be worth a shot. I wait at the drive through for 7 minutes then go try the window and see all the employees leaning against the counter. Somebody really needs to fix this at some point. Very slow service when ordering inside. Waited 15 minutes for out food! They forgot to give us bbq sauce or didn't have any left and didn't tell us. Ordering through drive thru, they messed up our coffee order. Asked for 2 milk 2 sugar in both coffees, got one coffee only sugar and the other only cream (not even milk!!) Went there with some friends tonight to grab a quick bite. sat at the order screen for 5 minutes with no response. pulled up to the window someone finally came to the window. When we tried to order food, we were told only chicken nuggets were available, no fries or any other food. we ordered nuggets and went to pay with cash. I was in this McDonald's today. I believe I have the right one. It's the one on Indiantown Road by I95 in Jupiter, FL. The women's bathroom toilets were so disgusting. Both toilets were broken and could not flush and obviously had not been flushed for a long time. I told a woman behind the counter to let her manager know and she just gave me an ugly look. I hope this message will get to McDonald's management to please clean up your bathrooms. That was very disgusting in a food establishment. Your customers should not have to see that. read more
